I’m writing to express my disappointment regarding a recent experience at your location. Before driving down, I called and spoke with Reggie to confirm whether we could change the tires on our vehicle on your property. I was told this would be allowed.
However, upon arrival, I was informed by another staff member that this is not permitted. This conflicting information resulted in a significant waste of my time and effort.
Clear and consistent communication is essential, especially when customers take the time to confirm details in advance. I hope you will address this internally to prevent similar situations in the future.

Thank you for your response. I appreciate you taking the time to review the phone recordings. However, I must respectfully disagree with your conclusion.
As I stated previously, I spoke with Reggie before arriving and specifically asked about the tires. Furthermore, during my visit, I spoke with a female staff member who acknowledged the miscommunication as we listen to the call together and apologized for the inconvenience. To now be told that I did not make my intentions clear and to be accused of misrepresenting the situation is both disappointing and unacceptable.
I am not disputing that I picked up property or released the vehicle to my insurance company. My concern is with the conflicting information I received, which led to wasted time and unnecessary frustration. I made every effort to clarify my intentions in advance, and I believe the call I listened to yesterday supports that.
I respectfully request that the recording of my conversation with your staff be made available to me. I am not seeking to escalate this unnecessarily, but I do expect to be treated with honesty and respect. Dismissing my concerns and suggesting that my review was excessive only reinforces my disappointment.
I hope you will take this opportunity to review your internal communication practices to ensure consistency and clarity for future customers. God Bless!
I had my vehicle stolen and towed to with tow yard, I had prestigious recovery, told my vehicle from that site to my house.Richard ramos provided me with great customer service.Also gave me the option to have my vehicle.Repeat and the ignition replaced for a great price.I will be using those.I will be using him for those services. This guy provided great customer service.Though he got the car into the gated area on the side of my house, i've never seen a tow truck driver.Be able to do that the way he did.Because I did not have keys for the vehicle.So he had to kind of jimmy, its way in there. My car got a flat tire and was on the side of the 303 for no more than 45 minutes we left to get a jack and tools and came back. Dps had the car towed by this company. The representative was rude on the phone. I explained this is a custom car on air ride and would be damaged if towed that way. Well i wasn’t surprised to see the car damaged as this car being on air ride and lowered to the ground was drug up on to their truck and drug on its frame off. When i showed up to get the car i was able to take photo proof of the damaged bumpers, damaged wheels, and the drug my exhaust on the ground. Drug the whole car on the ground. I have photo proof of all the damage i have photo proof of my exhaust full of dirt from being drug on the ground. They made me drive the car out of their yard on the flat tire which caused more damage to my tire and wheel. My suggestion would be to never use or trust this company with your vehicle. ESPECIALLY IF ITS A CUSTOM VEHICLE. I will be filing claims against this company for damages.
Marco was very responsive and professional and he handled my car with care. I also appreciated the follow-up he provided as well showing my car was securely at the dealer.

Wouldn’t trust this company at all! Their drivers are thieves & the owner turns his head to it .
They towed my truck away from a crashed scene I took It out of their yard no more then a day later & I had more then $500 dollars worth of items missing !!! The state trooper showed me the body camera video from them & you can clearly see my personal tools in my truck & now they are missing ! Alexander the owner is aware of this & does not answer !

Towed my 1994 Lincoln Town Car Limo, got it there fast, safe, and did an amazing job dropping it off! Super professional and good with small talk! If I need a tow again I know who I’m calling!
Ended up driving over something on the highway which led my vehicle getting towed. Prestigious towing and recovery were quick (took less than 30 mins after being dispatched to get to me). Super helpful and got my car where it needed to go!! Would definitely recommend them!
Have been waiting on a tow for 4 hours horrible service . Nobody has even reach out to say anything. Constantly pushing back the time very unprofessional when I called just hung up saying can’t hear you . Never again
I can’t thank Xavier @ PT&R enough for the help he gave me last week! I was stranded on the side of the 17 with a flat tire and no clue what to do. It was late, I was stressed, and every other company I called either didn’t answer or told me it would be hours. A friend recommended this company and I’m SO glad I called.
They picked up right away, gave me a realistic ETA (which they actually stuck to!), and the driver (Xavier) was so professional and kind. He made me feel safe, got my car loaded up fast, and even gave me a few pointers about tire maintenance I didn’t know.
Affordable, reliable, and genuinely great customer service. I hope I don’t need a tow again anytime soon, but if I do—this is the only company I’ll be calling.
Horrible. Slow service. We're given a 60-115 minute wait time. 150 minutes later and they have just updated their ETA to 45 minutes. When i rang progressive insurance, who the tow is through, they tried ringing Predtigious, and they didn't answer. Should get negative stars. Predtigious.. what a sad joke...
UODATE: 3.5 hours and no truck. Progressive called multiple times and either got no answer or were put on hold and left hanging. Eventually Progressive canceled the request and we got our own provider. Obviously not Prestigious....
Very tricky manager/owner I called several times he wouldn't answer after he got my car. He gave me the wrong address so I was late to the shop and he could charge me an extra 125.00 if it's 5 minutes after 6pm. I drove 200 miles there and he knew that. And now om worried about what he has done in my car and when he towed it. Be very very carefull. God has a place for men like that. Ps don't follow the address on Google maps he moved his shop it's hidden behind tops wheels and rims company it's very hard to find.
Yes no thanks never again very unprofessional driver appeared to be under the influence of some controlled substance, the individual left his latches on my tire and damaged my Tesla!!
Prestigious Towing & Recovery LLC was called by my insurance company, after my auto accident. The tow truck arrived quickly, the first towing truck, for the 5-car wreck. Xavier, the driver, was considerate of my time, took 9 pictures of my poor car, and he went out of his way to make me comfortable.
I highly rate Prestigious Towing & Recovery LLC, Surprise, AZ, for its service and customer care.

Here is proof that 2 vehicles that were needing to be picked up. You as the owner of the company did not ask for VIN numbers, I would have been happy to share this information with you.

Xavier was our tow truck driver, dispatched by Mercedes Benz to tow us back to our home dealership in Peoria. He was absolutely professional, kept me informed, even has my sense of humor. He called me advising his location a few times while we waiting. We waited over 3 hours, however after hearing from Xavier and advising, no assuring, us we were his next assist, made that time fly by. Xavier deserves to be commended, he is definitely an asset to your organization. I submitted a review about him and our service to Mercedes Benz, but I also wanted to make sure Prestigious themselves knew how valuable a Team Member Xavier is!! Xavier, thank you so much! We are forever grateful!
Xavier with “Prestige Towing and Recovery” was very polite and professional. He offered me a Gatorade and said I could sit in the air-conditioned cab while he loaded my truck onto the flatbed. He was quick to carry a conversation as well for our 15 minute drive. I felt very comfortable around him. I even got some business cards for any future tow truck needs. I would highly recommend them!
Prestigious Towing came to our rescue last night when our car broke down on the highway. Their communication was excellent, allowing us to adjust our plans as needed. Had a great experience with Kevin Lewis. He called and let me know how far away he was and when he expected to arrive. He was quick and personable. He took our vehicle where we requested and then placed it in the shop’s bay, so that no further damage could be done to it, and then sent me pictures!! Very appreciative of the extra care he took! Highly recommend!
I was stuck for almost 7 hours waiting on a different tow company from 9:45-pm-till 5am. when I requested my insurance to change tow companies they got me set up with prestigious towing and recovery and received a driver within 30 minutes or so, Riley was the driver who arrived and carefully loaded my hellcat charger onto his flat bed. Quick service and very respectful driver, will definitely use/ request this company first if needing a tow again!
I've had two interactions with this company and both were fantastic. My first interaction was with Riley and he was very friendly, and quick with his work. I didn't catch the name of the second interaction, but he was easy to talk to and friendly. Also worked very quickly. Both were fantastic employees. My only problem I've had on both, is time of arrival. Can't blame Riley too much since he ended up getting caught behind some traffic accident. But I've had to wait over 90 minutes both times. Would very much recommend to others and hope that they are the ones that called more often when I get my insurance to cover the roadside assistance.
CONSUMER BEWARE AVOID THIS TOWING COMPANY AT ALL COST! This company is a money hungry compassionless company that don’t care about people at all.
all the owner cares about is taking you for all you have.they will do everything in their power to make it hard to get your vehicle once they have it to extort more money out of the customer.
They don’t have any office at the surprise location it don’t exist how google allows them to use this address I don’t understand.
When calling the number to attempt to pick up your vehicle they will send you to the Surprise location but after arriving there I called again the same dispatcher then transferred me to the owner who then told me that the vehicle is at a different location in Glendale 20 miles away.
When I arrived at the Glendale location I was met with more hostility by the desk clerk, but when the owner arrived even though the desk clerk said I had all the paperwork the owner intentionally wanted more pictures of ID and Business card for no other reason than to give me a hard time.
After taking possession of the vehicle I was met with more hostility from the owner along with a threat that i better hope to never have a vehicle of mine there I’m guessing because the owner will not allow me to get my vehicle back!
Please I implore everyone AVOID AT ALL COST !!
Had a great experience. Alex is one of the most nicest tow truck driver that I have deal with. Was very knowledgeable and suggested a couple shops to fix my truck. I would definitely use you again. Thank you Alex.
