I work for united site services my truck overheated and blew a main hose On my way! Back to Las Vegas NV from Phoenix AZ.called my dispatch,dispatch called BD AZ towing and rob called me 10 min after my dispatch made the call and tole he will be out with 90 min too 2 hours he made it in 1hour and a half. Rob came on time seen me in the hot sun and gave me a water once he came seen was wrong with the truck and started the process of towing it. Brought me back to vegas safe and sound . HIGLY RECOMMENDED THESE GUYS. Very nice on time and reliable!!!!

I had a driver on his way to Las Vegas and broke down with a truck and trailer on the side of the road. My driver called this company and they said they would be 4 hours before they could get there, my driver agreed this was fine after 6 plus hours he called again and the owner said another few hours, after 8 plus hours on the side of the road he got a call from the owner stating he is canceling the call and will not be there, WHAT!
To string along a driver stranded on the side of the road in AZ heat is unacceptable and would never recommend this company.
I am a business owner and I would never treat a customer like this, if I commited I would make it right, guess that is why my company has been around for over 72 years.
DO BETTER! after 11 hours stranded a reputable company came to my drivers needs even after they were done for the night.
Our newish diesel pusher RV cratered the driveshaft at 4 pm on a Friday afternoon. The day was pretty much a nightmare until finally BD’AZ got the call about 930 pm. They worked hard to make sure they brought the right equipment, they communicated very well with text and phone and rolled up 1030 that night. The very professional operator said give me the keys and told me to go home as he had it all handled. What a treat and a relief! He texted when mission accomplished. I wish I could give more than 5 stars.

If I could give more stars I would! Our bus broke down on the highway late in the evening. We called every other 24 hr tow company and roadside repair service around and noone would come before 8am the next morning. BD'AZ Towing was the only one willing to assist us and drive us over 100 miles to our preferred destination! Definitely the best all around!
My company had a boom lift get stuck in some really wet mud due to an underground sprinkler leak. Being that the boom lift was 15k lbs, we needed a heavy duty pull out from an area that was not easily accessible. BD AZ showed up in a timely manner, and took special care of our rented property and our customers property. Brandon was very professional and great to work with.

Robert, one of the drivers at BD’AZ arrived on scene and quickly figured out what needed to be done to replace the blown out tire on my class C RV. We had a blowout and were stranded on I-8 west bound near exit 102. He had all the tools and equipment with him and was very courteous and professional, he worked quickly to replace the blowout. Robert checked everything over to make sure it was safe and got us back on the road.
BD'AZ Towing came to our families rescue when we needed them the most. We were on our way home from a road trip when our rental car decided it was no longer going to run. After calling the rental car company numerous times with no help as it was after hours, our only other option was to get a tow truck and endure the costs ourselves. It was after 11pm when I reached out to BD'AZ towing. Brandon answered the phone. He was very nice, helpful and reassuring that he would be on his way and to us as soon as possible. I could hear the urgency in his voice when I told him my family was on the side of the road. Not only did he reassure me he was on his way, he went over safety precautions that we should take since it was dark out and we were on the side of the road. It was clear, he was concerned about our safety and that we were not just money to him. He asked me to send him a pin location and he would be on his way. He was about 2 hours away from us. He called me 3x during that 2 hour period just to make sure our family was still okay and safe. When Brandon arrived, he was so nice, very professional, explained everything to my husband and got us to safety. The next morning the billing manager Melissa called me and walked me through everything I needed to do in regards to our rental company. From beginning to end this was company, especially Brandon, cared about my family. This is a quality I have never received from any tow truck companies in the past. I would recommend BD'AZ Towing to everyone!
Unfortunately this is a no star review!!! I am a multiple business owner, so I am aware of customer service and dealing with challenges or issues directly and as quickly as possible. This company towed my RV to a service repair facility. When the driver lowered the boom he rolled back into my RV AND DAMAGED THE FRONT END AND BROKE MY WINDSHIELD. FIRST contact, I spoke with someone at the facility and I was informed that, Brandon, the owner was not available. I was assured that the company was aware of the damages and that I would receive a returned phone call. Here we are 3 weeks later. I've placed 10 phone calls and left multiple voice mail messages and I've received nothing back. My wife called today and actually spoke with Brandon. They proceeded to discuss the damages and he hung up on her. We live in South Carolina so I assume he thinks that we will just go away. He is more than wrong. This company and it's owner, Brandon Devahl, need to step up and make their wrongs right...you have insurance to cover your companies damages to my RV. I promise you that we will not be going away.
Everyone's worst road-trip nightmare. A flat tire in the middle of nowhere. About 30 miles East of Quartzsite, we heard a thud and then 10 minutes later, the PSI rapidly diminished. We pulled off at the first exit we could (Vicksburg Rd) and stopped at Pride Gas Station (which, for the record, has very clean bathrooms). After discovering the tire shop we landed next to closed an hour before we got there, and even with tracking down the owner, discovering they didn't have the tire we needed. We got to work trying to figure out how to get home. In speaking with our insurance roadside assistance who would only tow us to closest reputable service shop (uh next to us and closed, not helpful) and talking with several towing services, who were helpful but pricey, we called Tesla Roadside Assistance, who covered first 50 miles and then got quotes from multiple services. BD'AZ came back with an extremely reasonable (reasonable for the sake of an unexpected travel expense) and was able to get to us within 90 minutes, vs. four hours for other towing trucks. When Chris showed, up he was the kindest, most helpful person I think I may have ever met. He got us hooked up and on the road very quickly. Then delivered to the Tesla Service Shop without incident. He even waited with us until our Lyft arrived (it was almost midnight at this point), so that was very kind. The next day we needed detailed receipts to turn in for a claim with our insurance agent, and he was super quick to respond. If I could give Chris with BD'AZ 10 stars I would. I hope to never be stranded in the AZ Desert again, but if I am, we will be working with these guys. Thank you Chris!

Ford Roadside Assistance sent BD'AZ Towing out on 10/13/18 to rescue a friend of mine and myself way out by Aguila Arizona. Her truck broke down on the way to Parker and left us stranded in the middle of nowhere. The driver was very professional and helpful. Will definitely put BD'AZ Towing's number in my phone in case if we ever need help down the road.

i was referred to them through my warranty co. took a little bit to get to my house; But once he got here Greg was the driver that showed up and he was professional, courteous, and got things done quick with no mistakes. Greg was a life saver for us today. He was nice and extremely accommodating. Went over an hour and a half out of the way to change a tire on our car, just to find out that he had to instead tow it. He then drove another few hours out of the way to make sure he had the right truck and towed our car back home safely. Thank you for the amazing service Greg. My road side service through USAA auto ins sent BD'AZ TOWING to help me and Greg showed up within 30min. I had 2 dead batteries and a flat tire. What I liked the most about this towing service was the excellent customer service because after not being able to charge my dead batteries to get my Dodge Ram3500 Quad Cab 8ft bed truck started, instead of leaving me stranded, Greg took the time and allowed me to call in a change order from a jump start to a full towing to an auto shop. I really appreciated that because the day before, a different company was sent and after a small booster didn't start the truck, the guy left and told me I had to call back in. This first company could take some lessons from Bd'AZ Towing because they are the best towing co I have ever used and Greg was so professional and helpful. Thank you!!
After waiting all day for another towing company which never showed up I called BD AZ. The dispatcher was awesome and Greg got to my car in less than 30 minutes. I have a custom car that is extremely low and Greg was very careful getting it on and off the truck. He also dropped it not only at my house but almost IN my garage for me. What a great experience and a very pleasant end to a long, hot day.
I'm damn pleased with my service with BD AZ towing. I had the transmission in my truck go out mid tow with a trailer attached and my c10 on top of that. The driver I dealt with Greg was damn good and knew what he was doing. I'll be dealing with them from here on out whenever I need anything towed and would recommend this company and Greg to my friends and family. Thanks again for saving my ass on a holiday!
I have been renting car haulers from BD'AZ for well over a year now. I've had nothing but great customer service from Brandon and Melissa.
