Had an absolute terrible experience. Damaged my car, not knowledgeable, car needed to be towed with a FLAT bed but driver insisted with regular tow truck. Bent my bumper cracking on both sides. Driver had no empathy or emotion doing so. ZERO accountability. Did not take any prior tow photos, company ended up denying fault. Never again.

They came to fix my tire and as soon as they left not even a minute later it got flat and they told me I had to pay an extra 190$ just for them to come back.
Best Towing Service I have used by far. I have been left stranded with little communication before by other towing services in the area, everything today was swift and easy. Within 15-30 minutes of them being dispatched AL was already at my car doing his heroics lol. AL was friendly and super helpful. If I ever breakdown in PHX again I will be requesting FAR Towing through my insurance company. 10/10 would highly recommend!

EXCELLENT! Went through my insurance since my vehicle broke down, they sent out this company. The 2 guys who came out were so great! Super friendly and even tried to help me jump my vehicle too! The tow driver parked my car in a handicap parking and left the driver side window down overnight. Very unprofessional and obviously oblivious to parking laws in Arizona. I left a message for the manager and have yet to hear from them.

I had a nightmare waiting for Audi’s warranty service and called Professional Towing due to their star rating! Oddly I had called them previously after a car accident and both times they have been great!! Joel was our driver twice and is amazing! Great communication and very professional. I will hire these guys again if there is ever a need.
I was stuck on the side of the 10 yesterday in an incredibly unsafe place. Ty was sent out to tow me to safety. He was awesome!! He made sure I was safe from start to finish. He genuinely loves his job and it shows. A million out of a million. I didn’t get to pick the company because I went through my insurance. However I would call them again even if it meant paying out of pocket because the service was so good.
I don't usually write reviews, but I had to write one today because I had a flat and didn't know how to put a doughnut on...I called to just get the car towed, Ty showed up and not only did he change the tire and saved me a few $ but he also gave me a lesson on how to do it myself next time! They don't know how to estimate time, they said they will arrive in an hour, but it turned out to be 5 hours. Chris was so nice and experienced. He did the process smooth and carefully. Chris is a great and trustworthy employee
My insurance called this company after wrecking my bike on the 101 after an hour and a half of waiting. I found out the driver didn't know the difference between 7th St Andrew's 7th Ave. The driver then cancelled my pickup and sent me a new driver. I couldn't make it to the dealership in time and am now stuck taking my bike to a relatives on top of waiting to go the hospital. Professional towing is a bad joke. Next time I will pay the 150$ to have DPS call me a tow company.
Update: Many months after my accident I finally received a call from this companies customer service department. They only wanted to know if I would remove my 1 star review. Unfortunately, that isn't possible.
Driver couldn't find my apartment even after explaining how to get to it. Upon arriving at my mechanics shop in front of customers used offensive language more the once. While my mechanic was dealing with his customer he witnessed the driver jackknife my truck into a space ( i have damage to my truck because of that ). The light on the hood of my truck from him towing was yanked off causing scratches ( have pics). Keys were left in my truck with the window down never given to my mechanic like he should have done. Then he proceeded to call me and lie about the situation. When i called to speak with a manager was told i would receive a call back never did. Called them a second time spoke with "dispatch manager " even sent pics of damage was told i would receive a call back because it was unacceptable the actions of the driver....guess what never received a call. By them not calling me to address issues furthermore tells me 1. They are responsible for the damage. 2. The witness were truthful and the driver lied. 3. This company is unprofessional regardless of what they call themselves. Don't waste your time or money dealing with a company that doesn't care. Plenty of tow companies that deserve business just not this one.
Tim is the BEST! Recommended! Fast, friendly service. Tim was so great and very helpful. He was very supportive when I was upset and made sure I got my car to the right mechanic. I thought it was the battery but because of his experience, he could tell it was probably NOT, it was most likely the alternator. And he was exactly right.
He gave me a lift to the shop and the truck cab was clean and smelled nice, not like in the movies! LOL

I had a break down with my daughter in the car and called for roadside service. Not to long after a truck came to help. This driver made a bad situation the absolute best. He was attentive, concerned, caring and careful. Daniel deserves some kind of award for the service he provided today. He was dispatched by my insurance to tow my car. He was knowledgeable enough to know that my car needed a jump, and was able to jump it even though I had already tried that. He left, and my car died like 10 minutes later while it was running. He came back and jumped it again and I left to go get a new battery. Guess what? My car died again in the middle of the road! And Daniel came to save me again! I can't thank him and Pro Towing enough. He was amazing. That is the kind of exceptional service that is hard to find nowadays. Daniel was a miracle today!

The entire experience was positive. They called and confirmed the info my roadside assistance had given them and let them know the ETA. The driver (Johnny) was there in the amount of time I was told (not always what happens) and was courteous, respectful and most importantly, efficient. I would most definitely recommend them!

these guys are so awesome! first accident ever and my friend called over one of these guys and it was an awesome experience, granted the situation. although the wait was longer (an hour and 30ish minutes), he called me and checked up when he was 15 minutes from me and to let me know when he was close and was super positive and upbeat. definitely the type of people you NEED to help you when you're caught up in a sticky place like that. billy - THANK YOU SO MUCH.
My insurance company uses Pro Towing & Recovery. Johnny saved me and my van after a 10 day vacation and 12 hour drive home. I got a flat tire on my wheelchair van about 3 exits from home. Unfortunately, we weren't able to tow the van without possibly damaging the wheelchair ramp but Johnny stayed with me until a family member was able to drop off a spare. Johnny changed it for me and I was finally on my way home.
He was very patient and kind and showed a lot of care for the vehicle. Definitely recommend these guys if you're in a bind.
From the phone call to towing every one was very polite and nice. Robert took a look at my battery first and tried to recharge to see if it would start up. Unfortunately, battery was too far gone and wouldn’t hold the charge. It was convenient too, I was able to have it towed after work during the evening. Very happy with the service.

Good service. My motorcycle died on me and I called them because it was late and that was the only available service. The estimated waiting time was two hours, but they showed up in less than an hour. Quick and simple, loaded the bike, secured properly and I was dropped of very quickly, no hassle. A little bit in the pricier side, but the service was good and efficient.
