Oh my gosh, I am in shock that I only waited 10 minutes for my tow truck to get there. We were on a family trip to Scottsdale, Arizona, and our car broke down and it was a new car. We had the most awesome young gentleman Mikey. We told him it was a brand new car. It didn’t have a scratch on it and we were so worried because of all the bad things we hear about tow truck drivers, but he was the greatest guy taking care of our car They were there in 10 minutes. That’s the part I can’t believe. we have AAA but they told us it would be two hours. We randomly picked this place and And I feel like we hit the jackpot. They immediately got it to the shop we wanted. Unfortunately it took two days for them to repair our car and finish our vacation but we’re grateful for this tow truck company. We would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Started the morning with a flat tire!! Luckily, I gave Ace a call and Grover was very responsive and made my situation very easy. Highly recommend when you are in need of a fast and reliable tow!

Excellent experience in an unpleasant incident. Classic car broke down while my son is driving. I contacted several tow options which ended in negative results. However , when I telephoned Scottsdale Tow Company Mikey answered right away and instantaneously took control and assured me my classic car would be towed with in 30 minutes. Within an hour my car was towed and Back home. Mikey completed the tow without incident. Mikey was so good at his job he placed the tire straps where the straps wouldn’t cause damage to the white letter tires. Mikey is professional and advised the whole team there at Scottsdale Tow is the same. In the future if I need a vehicle tow I would not hesitate to contact Scottsdale Tow Company. . Great Job Mikey. They were fast and honest about prices. My driver Mikey was very professional and friendly. He took his time and paid special attention to loading my car since it is lowered. He made sure that no parts of my car scraped on either the truck or the pavement. From start to finish he was great. Hopefully I never need this service again, but if I do I will be calling them again.

Very fast response time and honest. I called a major tow company and was quoted an amount and 3 hour response time. An hour later they called and added an additional hundred dollars and 3 more hours to respond. I called Scottsdale tow and they had a driver en route within 30 minutes and stuck to their quoted price. Driver was professional and communicated every step of the process.

Flat tires come at the absolute worst time possible. After a frantic search on my phone I called Scottsdale Tow and they were able to send Grover to my location. Grover did an outstanding job of replacing the bad wheel with my spare. Very knowledgeable in his work and made a recommendation for a local tire shop to order a full size replacement wheel and his recommendation did not disappoint either. The next time I need roadside assistance, I’ll be calling Grover!

Gotta day I’ve used a lot of towing services by the best place to go with. Grover was my drive… the wheel on on car flew off and they got to where I was in less the 20min after me calling. Not only that but had the best price and service I’ve ever had. Dean was very helpful and considerate. He updated me when my vehicle was being towed and what he needed to do to get it to the dealer because I lost my keys. Just had my car towed, Grover was my guy. Treated the car great, got to me in 20 minutes. Confirmed as soon as my car was at the mechanic and gave me the name of who was handling my car. Pricing was reasonable too for the distance. Definitely made a bad day more manageable
