  ⭐ (1 star) After five weeks of our container pickup being missed or delayed , despite repeated calls to Republic Services’ customer service, we were left with no choice but to switch to a different waste management company. Their complete lack of follow-through and accountability was beyond frustrating. We gave them every opportunity to correct the issue, but they failed—week after week. Now, insult to injury: Republic Services is trying to charge us for six months of service we didn’t receive. Let’s be clear—they breached the contract, not us. We upheld our end, paid on time, and communicated consistently. They ignored us, neglected their duties, and now expect us to foot the bill for their failure. This company has shown zero regard for customer satisfaction or basic service standards. If you’re considering Republic Services, think twice. Their reliability is nonexistent, and their billing practices are downright unethical.

  My neighbor sold their home and Republic picked up MY trash container by mistake last week. So I called them and they delivered me another one this morning. It is disgustingly filthy and I am not supposed to notice, it is also much smaller. (kind of like the packaging of our food same price... smaller quantities!) I called #RepublicServices. I was told sorry if you want a clean one, you will have to clean it yourself!??? They said I was paying for the medium size, no way this is medium, it is SMALL. She said 6 bags of garbage, no way this holds 6 bags. It is not the same as was picked up! So they are NOT going to redeliver the right size nor a clean one. Neighbor informed me that they were charged $75.00 for a sanitation fee for the new neighbor to have the old one picked up and a "clean, sanitized" one delivered to the buyer!!! Is Republic our only choice here?

  This company is a joke I'm tired of doing employees work having contact on missed pickup days twice driver drove by never picked up had to call to get them to respond

  We have been customers for decades and they used to be a decent company. Now they are terrible. We have two busy restaurants in Little Rock. They failed to pick up for several days. We are still covered up with garbage. There is no local person to talk to and the corporate phone number promises someone will call back and never does. This has been going on for almost a week now. I suggest you look at any other company first before using this one.

  I have called for 5 straight days with not one answer. All I am wanting to do is use their services for my company. Beyond frustrated and I haven’t been able to even get started with them.

  We've been customers for over 4 years and learned you can always count on terrible customer service and rude reps. My reviews would be pages long retelling of all the bad experiences we have had from overcharging, lies, months of scamming, and dealing with rude people. What I wouldn't give to be able to sign on with another company to service our area. I gave them many chances and feel its it's now fair to do my part to protect the people. Sorry republic. Invest in some customer care training for your employees if you care to see your online reviews better than a 1 star.

  I called because I needed a new Trash Can and Mike was very courteous and professional, he made all the necessary arrangements and explained everything to me..These 5 Stars are for you Mike!!, You represent your company well!! .

  Republic is contracted in the town of Fountain Hills, we receive one annual bulk trash pick up date and they still haven't shown up after 2 days past due. It takes a lot of work to get a nice pile of green waste ready in a timely manner and no show.
