I tried three different places trying to get them to work with my warranty company without success. This was a very busy place. But they still got me right in, worked with my warranty company and completed the work quickly. Highly recommended.

TLDR-never take your car here if you want your car to work ABSOLUTELY ATROCIOUS!!!! I went last year to replace my clutch. I was not in the state and my family met with them. What I did not know at the time was my master slave cylinder was also out. Instead of checking anything else in the transmission they SHAVED my input shaft to make it work(disclaimer. Discontinued car with very little aftermarket support) due to them not finding a replacement. 5 websites and 20 minutes later proved they were too lazy to even look for it. I went back less than 6 months later because my clutch was going out again. I brought it back and they did against my wishes and never checked the transmission. Now my car is at a different mechanic and they have to fix everything that Queen Creek Automotive messed up in the first place. NEVER GO HERE EVER!

Had to bring my Jeep Wrangler in for check engine light before the 4th of July Holiday weekend. Amado told me there were 12 people ahead of me but still managed to get it in and get it looked at before the weekend. Highly recommend.

I had an accident with my vehicle it was towed to the closest shop to where we live!! Perfect choice!! . Amado was amazing. He did a great job on my car and he went above and beyond because at the time when the accident happened, I had a spare so he actually drove down to discount and picked it up tire amazing high quality service with a beautiful, honest good heart. You don’t see that a lot these days!! God bless???

Spent $1K for a water pump on my ram 1500 for it to only last 14 months. They were willing to replace the pump under warranty but wanted another $375 labor to do it. Feels like a scam to use parts that don’t last to keep charging labor and very year to replace. So dissatisfying and a huge letdown!!!

Incredibly fast, super relyable, reasonable pricing. They seem to genuinely care here. They prepicked up my car parts before I arrived Monday morning and completed the replacement with in an hour or two. They remember which car was mine upon pick up. You can't get service like this anywhere else. Definitely will be coming back, for future repairs!

Had my '06 Wrangler in to have the Oil Pump Drive Assembly(OPDA)...formerly known as the distributor replaced. Jeep dealers will not diagnose anything older than '07, nor will they repair. Otto and the team had it done in one morning, and I've had no issues since!

Went here because someone recommended it and the reviews seemed okay. They switched my battery twice, fixed my alternator and my car still was dying on me. I decided to take it to a different mechanic and had to get it towed there. The man towing my car took a look and said that the battery was not connected right and the alternator was also not connected correctly. He said it seems like it was done on purpose. They new mechanic also said the same thing and got my car running in under 2 hours and I haven't had a problem since. Not sure why this happened I heard good things but unfortunately I felt like I got taken advantage of.

Have had no issues with any repairs done. Very reasonable prices. Also I own a car that is very difficult to get parts for and they install the OEM parts that I bring with me which is hard to come by these days.

I came in blind and solely based on reviews. Amado and his team took my van in to replace all 4 motor mounts. They were done the next day! They did an awesome job. Professional and reasonably priced. I will be going back to Amado in the future if needed. Thank you!

These guys are awesome they handled my car really quickly and there was an extensive list of stuff to do on it. It had been sitting for 2 years and they were really reasonable on the price giving the extensive list of things needed to be done I passed emissions with flying colors and it drives like a Dream........ thanks guys I'd recommend them to everyone

I just had my Cadillac repaired at Queen Creek Auto and they did a great job. Went over repairs with me and got my approval before the work was done. They had to order a part, it was delivered the next day and my car was done before closing the same day. Thank you guys the car is running great!!

I took my vehicle in to have its acceleration problem diagnosed. The other place I went had told me that I needed an entirely new transmission. Queen Creek Auto could have said the same thing but instead told me that I only needed a couple of solenoids replaced. They only needed my car for a day. It has been a week now since the repairs and everything seems to be working normally. I am happy that the pricing was reasonable and that they were honest about what the problem actually was. Due to recent events I have been let go. Due to a history in health care I decided to search for a new job farther from my home at a hospital. My wife took the car in to get a checkup while I was beginning the hiring process, when she received a call from the manager she was given two options 300 dollars for the essentials or 1400 for the works she informed them that we only needed the essentials and we were told it would be a few days due to short staffing. When she went to pick up the vehicle they informed her that they had gone ahead and done the works and that it would be 1400 dollars, apparently they do not record phone calls (which they do make binding monetary contracts over) and they refused the keys to the vehicle until the monetary demands were met. She called me crying to inform me that they had not listened to her and we would be having to pay nearly four times what they had told us. I am livid. The manager told my wife to leave because her crying was upsetting other customers and I called to ask why they were charging 1400 when the agreed upon amount was 300. The manager told me he was not to blame and that due to lack of communication, (communication that I was in the car for. Driving while it was being had and yes the amount was most definitely 300) he was not able to pull off any money on labor and could only pull it down to 900 which is three times what it should’ve been. I am disgusted. If you have binding monetary contract through your phones you need to keep a recording. I cannot recommend a place where they can simply do whatever they would like and hold your car lien while you have to make up the difference in money. Disgusted

I am definitely a new customer as of today?? What I appreciated the most was amado’s Caring heart & his great work!!. I’m a satisfied customer & would recommend his shop and services for sure!. I can appreciate that you can buy your parts n take it to him for labor!!. Your doing a great thing for the people I love that!!

Every time I have a problem with my car I bring it here they are very honest of what is wrong and are willing to explain what the issues are and how it will be fixed. They understand most people don’t have two or three cars laying around so they get the issues fix as fasted as they can. Highly recommend

Queen Creek Auto is the only place my WHOLE family and myself will take our vehicles they’re very kind they have gone out of their way on multiple occasions to make whatever I’m getting serviced as Convenient as possible for me. Amado is the manager he is very trustworthy I never feel like I’m Getting ripped off or taken advantage of thank you Queen Creek Auto for always making me feel like family.

Great experience! My first time using them and definitely will use them for all my car repair. They were honest and the work they did was superior. On top of that the customer service was excellent. I am so happy to have found them.

Not really happy with my AC recharge. Needed a simple evac and charge of my AC system after a repair. Should've been all good, but when they tried to put a vacuum on the system, they found a leak in one of the connections that was repaired. It was a simple $.69 oring that had to be replaced. Total time for them to determine this was about 35 minutes. They charged my the full labor of $85 as if they had completed the full AC recharge (that was the agreed labor rate, plus refrigerant cost). I said OK and said I would get the oring replaced and bring truck back same day (in just a few hours) and asked if they were going to charge me again for the full labor to perform the evac and charge - guy said no, we'll make it work out. Well, fixed the o'ring, brought truck back and they got it in - vacuum held perfect and they proceeded to charge the system with R134a. Was done in about 45 minutes. They charged me labor again!! Another $45 labor charge plus the cost of the R134a, which also appeared to be very overpriced. All said, it cost just over $211 just to have my AC recharged because I had a leak and fixed a $.69 o'ring myself. Will not be going back there for anything at all.. If they had done right by the customer, I would have not paid the second labor charge.

My wife and I visited Queen Creek Auto twice, and both times they got an A+ We were really happy with the work, the price and the knowledge they offered. I went to Queen Creek Auto based on its positive reviews, however, I was deeply disappointed. I brought my car in at 10:30am and was told it would take a few hours to access. After being 4 hours and hearing nothing I called to check the progress and they still hadn't even looked at my car. They finally looked at my car at 3:30pm and quoted me a price that I felt was high so I called other shops to see what they would charge for the same repair. All the shops I called were $100 less than what Queen Creek Auto quoted. So, I informed QC Auto of what I found and they didn't care and after much arguing they finally said they would match the other shops ONLY if I paid cash, which the other shops did not require. Since, they didn't leave me much of a choice since my car wasn't running and it would cost me money to have it moved I had them do the repair. After all this my car runs HORRIBLY and makes horrible sounds. I would beware of this company and take your car to a more reliable, friendly mechanic.

Queen Creek Auto staff are very friendly, fast, and professional. Their products and their labor fees are very reasonable and the cheapest among the car repairs shops I have been. Whenever I have a car problem, even with the previous car that I have, Queen Creek Auto had fixed everything I needed so that my car will last a very long time. Thank you Queen Creek Auto!
