My battery died on my vehicle, so I got jumped and went to O’Reilley’s and they did their test and told me it wasn’t the battery, it was my alternator. So I left my car at the shop that night but the next day the shop guaranteed me it was just a dead battery, which it was (replaced now).
Well, just by happenstance my other vehicle’s battery died the next week. I took that car to a different O’Reilley’s to see what they’d say, and lo and behold, they said the exact same thing “good battery, bad alternator…” Well, I took my car down the road to Autozone and they said “no, it’s definitely your battery…” and it was. Both cars running fine now.
Not sure what the deal is with O’Reilley’s just being programmed to say “it’s your alternator” but I didn’t appreciate the extra headache of having to have my car sit at a shop for 24 hours.
This store need a lot of help,no experience from anybody I talk to with,never had parts in stock very disappointed. The one on Cotton ln and yuma way way better.
We came in for a part and unfortunately they didn’t have what we needed in store, but Barbara went above and beyond to help us! Excellent customer service, thank you Barbara!!
The customer service was great. I went in to purchase a battery and the associate helped me quickly, changed the battery for me, and returned the core fee with no problem. I'm pretty sure I was in and out in 30-45 minutes or less. Highly recommend this location and commend the employees for being so professional!
I came here to my local store for windshield wipers and some lady named Kylie helped me. It was a nice experience in the beginning then for some reason I couldn’t get the wipers on. I went inside to get some help and a gentleman named Aric helped me, he had trouble as well and we came to the realization this didn’t go to my car. I didn’t think it was a big deal and we went to exchange the wipers I needed. I ended up getting some cheaper wipers that fit my car and Aric helped me install them with ease. While the exchange happened the previous worker named Kylie wanted to claim it wasn’t her fault and she asked and this and that but no one was blaming anybody. I was very disrespected at the local O’Reillys that had just opened up. I would’ve had no problem with just getting them exchanged or getting the correct ones but she wanted to disrespect me for no reason. I won’t be coming back. I’ll go to the auto-zone across the street. Thanks Aric. I hope your coworkers follow your example.
