I would definitely recommend this company for any auto accident repairs. They were nice and friendly, reliable and did excellent work on my Lexus RX 350. I also got my vehicle back sooner than expected.

Chose Kaizen Collision through my insurance - terrible choice. Took my vehicle in for minor suspension related repairs (cradle replacement) due to alignment issues; not only did it take 2.5 weeks for an estimated 3 day job, but I had to take it back TWICE because the 1st time being "completed" after a week and a half, it drove worse, began having braking issues, and the alignment/steering wheel issues became worse. I again, dropped my vehicle off with Kaizen Collision (Premier Coach Works) due to failed repair, and they assured me they'd get it right. Mind you, 1 was receiving supplement deposit after deposit into my checking account from my insurance as Kaizen was "repairing" my vehicle, 5+ supplemental payments, what exactly was completed? I picked my vehicle up after 8 more days, and it was the exact same. Alignment issues, steering wheel sideways, and braking issues that were nonexistent before. I contacted my insurance to report this and find alternative repair, which I am now doing 1 month+ after beginning repairs at Kaizen. The first thing Dodge told me upon seeing my vehicle was they could not understand how a vehicle was delivered back to me with a sideways steering wheel. Literally insane. They will milk your insurance for additional supplemental payments past what's listed in the initial estimate, take weeks past what they tell you (I had to call every time it was the date that the website says the car would be ready to see if it was ready, and this is how I would discover the 2+ delays). I can't tell you what was done in the 2.5+ weeks that Premier Coach/Kaizen Collision had my vehicle for, but it drives worse than when I delivered it and now I have been driving my spare vehicle because I do not feel safe driving my "repaired" car. My insurance + Dodge are now investigating this shop as a result. Just my two cents. UPDATE: 24 hours after dropping my vehicle off at Dodge; they discovered a bent rail, fenders uneven, steering wheel crooked, steering gear damaged...etcetera. All things that Kaizen intentionally did not repair, or through ignorance and zero industry experience, chose not to repair but to pocket the money from my insurance. They installed a subframe over bent frame rails...that is EXTREMELY concerning and a massive liability and safety issue. Cannot wait to see what comes of this investigation.

Kaizen Collision Center made the repair process of my vehicle very easy. They communicated with me every step of the way and my car looks brand new. I even got my car back a day earlier then expected. They service is amazing g and I highly recommend them for your repair needs.

The Kaizen team at this location received my damaged vehicle on Thursday; had it ready for pickup the following Monday. The repairs were done right to standards. The vehicle was washed and detailed (I'm talking AmourAll on the tires and vacuumed inside). The shop GM came out to greet me while I was picking up the vehicle to ensure that I was happy with the work. This shop does things right! I will return if I need future repairs. So glad to know a reliable service provider. Five Star Service!

Our insurance company recommended Kaizen after a tow truck smashed into the driver side wheel. The damage was pretty extensive but after the work was completed you would never guess it was in an accident. We were kept up to date on the progress & work was completed in a timely manner. I’d highly recommend them.

Kaizen Collision Center repaired my vehicle after it had been hit in a parking lot. They did a great job from start to finish!! Great communication throughout process from very friendly staff! I was very happy with the service I received and would definitely recommend this business.

Had side panels of rv worked on. I lost my home to a fire and live for now in rv. Very friendly at first. Juan told me seven to ten days. He told me he “had a guy who had rv skins in stock three days.” I asked them to keep it plugged in as much as possible since I had items still in rv that I did not need blasted by AZ sun. It was never plugged in. While waiting for it to be fixed I get a email that it will be done not in 10 days but three weeks. I call Juan and he says “we do that so corporate stays off our back it will be done sooner.” Well three weeks of getting strung along I had to stay in hotels and vrbo places (and I know that can happen) but getting told one thing and his comments about corporate made me question this company. I then get a notification that my rv is done late on Thursday after they closed. I then make reservations at rv places to stay. Come to find out that update was “done by the computer and it’s not ready” per Juan. I then could not get some money back on my rv spots due to the policy’s, then spend money for more hotel stays. Over a week later They say it’s done, however there were paint chips and fingernail impressions on the handles, they then have it done on Monday…well it still had fingernail imprints on the handles and was told. “That’s a casting issue.” No it’s not. You can see some waves in the skins as well. Juan gave me a small discount on services $170.00 total with over 1500 spent on hotels/vrbo’s. The RV was so dirty inside as they left door open while working on it. Found footprints in our bedroom and wife had missing items, as someone dug through her extra purse as it was fold differently and she would never fold it that way because it would crease it. I also am missing a extension cord and a few other minor items from the bays outside. Juan is not someone who can be trusted in my opinion, he was trying to make his shop look better to his corporate office. This would be a great place for a class action lawsuit based off similar review (which I did not check as my insurance guy knew the place, but the old manager had apparently moved on and he did not know it.) Verbal contracts not adhered to, straight lies for gain, service contracts not followed by Juan. I have several photos of most of what I talked about above. Would not recommend this place as work was not what a company should produce, Juan should be ashamed of being a service provider, management should do a undercover boss or quality control checks that’s done without this shop knowing. Very disappointing

Had a motor home in for two fairly major body damage repairs. Juan was great to work with, made it quick and easy. The end cost was EXACTLY what was quoted and the repair timeline stayed right on track. I picked up the motor home yesterday and the repairs look great! One concern I had is a misaligned curve in the paint. Motor homes often have wild paint jobs. This one has a huge curving line on the side, almost like a Nike swoosh. The curve was not painted very precise, kind of goes from 1" to 2" to 3" in places. I called Juan and asked if this can be fixed. Quick answer, "absolutely!". He told me to bring it back in and he will have it corrected. Thanks for making it easy Juan!

I’ve had my vehicle fixed here twice in the last 2 years. They’re the most efficient and reliable shop in the area. Customer service is professional and they really value your input, unlike places where you feel rushed. The second time, my car was at Firestone, but they were backed up, needed parts, and didn’t make me feel confident about the repair, so I switched back to Kaizen. They kept me updated throughout the process and even finished a week early, which was great.

Professional, friendly, communicative and the work was completed in a timely manner. Kaizen Collision Center (El Mirage) provided a stress-free experience. I worked with Ivory and Daisy. They were both friendly and maintained open communication throughout the completion of the repair. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family and will use them again in the future.

I would highly recommend Kaizen Collision Center - El Mirage. Everyone was very polite and always kept me up to date with my car. The whole process from start to finish was very smooth. I will be returning, hopefully not soon but if I get rear ended again, I will be back.

Customer service & the company’s practices rubbed me the wrong way at first b/c they do not provide a quote w/o you having to sign paperwork for them to do the repair work. This is not in alignment with what I was told by my insurance company. So I was hella pissed! Nevertheless, since the insurance company referred them, I signed the paperwork. Overall, Ms Anita kept me informed, customer service was good with arranging the rental car, and my truck was repaired. I’m happy.

Hit deer with RV in Wyoming but able to drive here. Was told 2 weeks o repair, turned into 4. Told ready to pick up on Friday, dropped rental car on Monday but when got there not ready and arguing with insurance over payment. Had to pay them $2700 to get them to release it. Cruise control worked when dropped it off, not working when picked up. They had 3rd party try to fix, couldn’t so said was my problem. Communication is strictly you call them, will not return calls. Lots of other shops, would look elsewhere.

If you like communication and getting your vehicle back within the estimated timeframe, don't take it here. I wasn't told the first bumper they ordered (before my appointment) was cracked, so they had to order another. Instead of pushing back my appointment, my vehicle sat at the shop and I had to rent a car for twice as long because they didn't communicate. They also didn't tell me extra parts had to be ordered, further delaying the repairs and increasing the cost. The only good thing about the experience was the receptionist, Daisy.

The initial estimate included unnecessary "repairs". When I called to discuss, I ended up canceling. The following day the manager David called to discuss. I made another appointment to go over the estimate. He was awesome in handling a slightly disgruntled customer, agreed that a few things on the estimate were not necessary, revised the estimate. When I returned for the actual repair, David himself was involved in making sure the repairs were completed within the timeframe he quoted, as I was waiting in the office. The repairs were fairly minor and were completed in one hour and 15 minutes! Beautifully done!!

This is the second time I’ve used them because someone hit my car. They are excellent communicators. They are timely and professional. Jay is awesome. This is also my second time dealing with him. We were planning to go out of town a week after I dropped off my car and he was able to get the job done in time for us to pick up the car before our trip. Really great experience. I hope I don’t have to use them again for body work but I would recommend anyone to use them for their repairs.

Profession quality work, they have fixed my RV after a crash. It’s the best work I’ve ever seen! A few years later someone backed into my slide out & Insurance sent them RV to a shoo in the town we were traveling. That repair fell apart after two years use. I only trusted Premier in El Mirage shop to fix it because of my prior repair. They once again preformed perfection skilled work. Plus Veronica at front desk learns her customers & offers the best service! Cody my representative is top notch! I’ll never trust any other RV repair shop, go to Premier in El Merage, they are above the rest!!!! Outstanding shop!!!

Outstanding professionalism and service! Jay, and Vanessa rolled out the red carpet upon receiving my Tesla Model S and Toyota highlander. These cars needed their rear bumpers repainted due to cosmetic and impact damage. Their attention to detail and quality of work are unmatched by any repair shop I have used in the past. My cars will continue to come here as repairs are needed. Jay also did a great job keeping me informed of their status and called when the cars were ready for pickup; very punctual! Highly recommended! With a lifetime warranty on work, how could you go wrong?

Excellent customer service, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Everyone was very professional and easy to speak with. I had to bring a brand new vehicle here, due to someone hitting my car in a parking garage and taking off and this shop fixed and it looks like the day I rolled off the dealer lot. Paint blend and match was perfect, they were able to pull the dent and left no traces of it behind. I will always recommend this place and will continue to go here if I have any body work that needs to be done. I have heard of and experienced some really terrible shops that just want to collect money from the insurance company, this place is far from that. Thank you for the excellent repair and experience!!!

My brand new Ford Explorer was rear ended just 2 weeks after purchase. The dealership recommended Fix Auto. Jay took my case and provided the best customer service. He was right on with his estimate in cost and time. Jay also took the time to call me providing updates as the repair was being made and parts ordered. They did a beautiful job and I am so pleased with my experience.

The repairs were acceptable enough, considering that Geico only authorized and paid them to do a substandard job on my truck. It'll have to go back to complete the repairs after I get the insurance company re-involved. But I digress. Premier did a fine job for what they could. Regardless of all that, I'm giving this company only two stars due the horribly poor communication, follow-up, and follow-through by the gentleman in charge of oversight of my repairs. I'd likely recommend Premier to potential clients, but I can't and won't due to the constant disappointment and missed/non-returned phone calls, emails, etc from Kyle. If you end up taking your vehicle there, I'd suggest requesting anyone but him.
