I would go back there again. My encounter with both gentlemen there were very nice. I brought my plastics and aluminums and I say the price is more than fair. This would be my go to pace from now on considering the location and professional experience.

I have been going here for years. I have never once had a bad experience with any employees or service. To those complaining about service, amount of money you recieved, etc etc, why dont you take some responsibility? The one person who complained about "dirty copper" and the one who complained about the laundry machine, you will make way less because you arent selling just the metal (copper for example) therefore it takes extra space and they have to take the time to sort the different metals and stuff. Stop being so entitled. As well as prices on the market. They change everyday, so will how much these guys can pay per pound. Learn how marketing works before complaining. I have never once been ripped off, lied to about the weight on the scale, about prices, etc. I have a large feeling that a lot of these negative reviews are due to rude people who do no research what so ever and just assume and demand. And no, guess what, they never asked for your business. YES that is how you run a business. Why would they want rude entitled people for customers. So digraceful and embarassing. Once again this place is great, love the service (they are fun to chat with and have never been rude), i always get good money back for my soda cans and copper. In fact i might even start collecting bottles to give them extra business.

had them drop off a container to fill with scrap metal. Took a week to fill it 80%full. They came and picked it up and then told me i owed them money. They said the scrap only weighed 8000lbs and wasnt enough to cover the container cost of 500$, which they said they would split that cost with me but didnt.

Dropped off left over AC parts from a replacement I did and they only gave me 14 bucks for a condenser that weighed 164 lbs mainly all copper would have taken all back but didn't have time due to the job needing to be finished. Would never do business with this company ever again I will drive to Avondale they have locations that are fair and ethical

I literally JUST left this place with 5-6 boxes of copper that they considered "DIRTY COPPER". But only SOME of these pieces had brass, screws, etc. The rest were solid copper. So I'd say about 92% were pretty much sheet copper (pots, spoons, baking dishes, etc) And these cons said they can only give me 70 cents a lb. And I had about 60 lbs of aluminum which they ALSO give 70 cents a lb. I told them that was a complete rip off and how can you charge for dirty copper (which most of it wasnt) the same price as aluminum? This is by far the WORST recycling place I ever been to. And this was my first Arizona experience at one of these places. Will never go here again. And they are sooo outdated with no proper process. They don't dont even give receipts.

Go here quite a bit and have no issues. Great prices and helps unload. If they cannot except something - like certain plastics - they'll let you know and tell you why. If they are getting money for it why should they just take your trash? I would recommend going here.

Called to get information, very unprofessional. Person answered the phone with just a hello and wouldn't give me his name. After repeated, nice attempts asking who I was speaking with (the guy just kept turning my question back on me) I cursed at him and told him he is being very unprofessional and hung up. He called me back asked what happened to me, I told him how unprofessional he is being and he said he didn't ask for my business. I told him that's not how you run a business and hung up again. Blocking his # so he doesn't call me again. NOBODY should support this place!

It was really upsetting, lack of customer service and unbelievable rate exchange was very different from my previous transaction.. I had less then but $10 more than this transaction with 3 extra bags of both cans and water bottles but was cashed out a mesly $2:50... SMH!!!!!

Offers great prices but rips you off. He will check every can one by one to decide if he wants to buy it. If he doesn't want it you don't get it back and every time you turn your back he jacks you. Doesn't let you see the weight of anything. TOTAL RIP OFF

I'm glad they finally reopened after being closed for a couple months. I always enjoy taking my recyclables and dropping them off. Nice people and they like my old Plymouth station wagon.
