The staff was professional, they answered all my questions. I appreciated Firestone credit card was 6 months same as cash. Cost was higher than I expected, but I was given the cost beforehand. I was given a discount.

I have been trying to call this place to get some questions answered about using their services and they never seem to have enough people answering the phones or dealing with the customers at the counter that they have time to demand phone calls. I’ve now called them four times or more at different times of the day. Morning, midday, afternoon, and in each instance, they answer the phone or don’t answer the phone and immediately put me on hold. Then I sit there for five minutes or more and end up hanging up because they don’t have time to get to me. Pretty much tells me I’m gonna take my business elsewhere. If they don’t even have time to deal with the potential client.

Took the truck in for new tires to be mounted, balanced, and an alignment. First I was told it could be done the same day, Saturday. One hour before closing, I was told it could not be done. I agreed to have it done the next day, Sunday.( Brand new tires with tags purchased online and delivered on Friday). Husband called (Monday) to tell staff that the truck has a wobble at 65mph. The staff response was "you didn't buy the tires from us, it's not our problem". Valve stem covers are missing, and tires are not lined up with the valve stem and tire dot. Granted, it could be the tires, but they don't seem willing to double check their work

I was overwhelmed by how courteous the employees were, Marc was exceptionally nice and knowledgeable. Being a woman I need to have my car repaired at a place I can trust. I trust him to fix what needs to be fixed and not overcharged. Thank you so much

went in to get my car looked at and had a really good experience. marc was super helpful and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. he didn’t try to upsell me on things i didn’t need, which i really appreciated. the service was quick, fair priced, and everyone was friendly. i’ll definitely be coming back here next time i need work done.

Really good experience here. Everyone was helpful, especially the store manager Marc. The service was quick, I wasn’t quoted outrageous prices for the services needed and he actually explained things without making it confusing. My car is running great now with no issues.

I called this store looking for tires Marc was able to get me in same day! when I showed up Marc was super professional and gave me a great deal! During my wait Joe kept me updated and informed on my car! Not only did they get me a great set of Bridgestone tires they offered me a life time alignment! I am super impressed with the staff here and service. My car now rides better and quieter I am glad I switched from goodyear tires to Bridgestone tires thank you again!

The people are nice the work is not. I had a tire situation that they claimed they checked but didn’t, I ended up taking it down the street where they were able to fix the problem. They don’t give you the oil service sticker anymore (they say it’s some sort of paperless policy) but they do still have them if you adamant about getting one. This isn’t a huge deal but they also don’t bother resetting the service oil light either.

We came in from out of town and had a flat tire. Visited other near by shops but most had long wait times or needed appointments. We called Firestone and the gentleman that answer was able to service us immediately and gave us a price over the phone. Service was exceptional! The girl at the front desk was very friendly and attentive. Richard was quick and diligent with his service on repairing our tire valve. The whole team was helpful and knowledgeable.

The staff did an awesome job of communicating with me and taking care of my issue. They went above and beyond to ensure I was able to get the replacement tires I needed and worked around my issue with getting my vehicle to them to complete the work.

Somehow my review was removed. The car was brought in for an engine air filter replacement, coolant exchange, and oil change. The engine air filter housing was cracked by their crew. There were big coolant fluid spills all over the engine and coolant pools at bottom on the skid plate. I received the car back with a check engine light (was never there before). They told me their store manager would call me. The store manager never called. I was told that the store manager essentially clocks out much earlier in the day and no where near their closing time (the shop closes at 7PM). Also was told that they have no one that can diagnose any issues later in the day due to their techs leaving earlier in the day as well. I had to argue with the shop for them to accept responsibility. Be extremely careful with this shop.

I had an excellent experience at this Firestone thanks to Zayne. He provided great service, explained everything thoroughly so I understood exactly what was being done, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The service was not only professional, but also quick and efficient. I learned Zayne was recently hired, and I have to say this was a fantastic move by Firestone’s hiring team. He’s knowledgeable, friendly, and makes all the difference. Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

If you’re tired of searching for auto shops who will be honest with you and take care of your vehicle, look no further! Firestone in Buckeye AZ (Watson location) is THE auto shop! The atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and next level professional! I appreciate the fact that there’s a team of professionals who ENJOY their careers at Firestone! Zayne and Joe are the ones to specifically see! These guys go above and beyond to make sure your vehicle is better than it was before! Zayne answered all my questions, addressed all my concerns, and included me in every update when my vehicle was being worked on! Zayne and Joe need a promotion, a pay raise, and extra PTO added to what they already have! In fact, corporate needs to fly out to see how these guys get it done! No matter what part of the valley you live in, make your way out to Firestone in Buckeye to get your vehicle worked on! Firestone in Buckeye is putting all these other auto shops in the valley to shame! Sorry Brakes Plus in Buckeye… you just lost my business…I won’t give you my money anymore…but I will give you a box of tissues for your tears! Firestone is where it’s at!

I came in after close with not one, but two nails in my tire, the employees and the manager were exceedingly helpful. I dropped off my flat tire after closing time, and was able to get on the road the next day quickly and easily, and made it back home 500 miles later! Both holes patched properly (not just plugs), and all was good!!!

Too many details to list here, but took 9 days to get 2 tires and wheels, even though I ordered 4 tires I was told I only ordered 2. Did not offer to sell me 2 more, just was told I only ordered 2. Then 2 new tires were installed on the right side, 2 old tires left on other side, even though requested to put 2new tires on the rear, next day still not done. Drove by the day before 6 pm, 1 car in bay, almost totally empty still could not move 1 tire. If I ordered two tires and two wheels and got two tires and two wheels then why was I upset because I ordered four tires and two wheels. But instead of offering to make the situation correct I was just told I was wrong and just accept it. I would avoid this location at all cost, The location on Estrella Parkway in Goodyear is much nicer, friendly cleaner, and better customer service! LOL, look at their response, auto generated, can’t even take time to address how bad their service was. 1 star only because zero was not an option!

They added a $200 tire warranty without disclosure or my consent. When I returned in person for a refund, they tried to place the blame on me because I signed off on the final price… I find it very deceiving to add optional warranties without any discussion or agreement. I apologize to the staff for getting a little heated. However, I don’t appreciate being tricked with hidden costs… I find this action very dishonest, therefore, I cannot recommend this business as a trustworthy one.

I really like going here. The guys are pleasant. They do not price gouge. They are pretty much comparable to other mechanics around. The only complaint is I wish they had better & more tire sale specials. I tend to have to go somewhere else for my tire that fits my pockets budget. Otherwise I see these fellas for all my cars needs.

Let me start off by saying I was about 30 minutes early to my appointment. Scheduled for 4:00 p.m. they didn't pull my car in until about 4:20. Next thing I went in to get an oil change and a tire rotation done they could not even do the full oil change on my specific car. The oil filter has a little plastic cap that covers it. The edges of the top of the cap were a little rounded. They couldn't break it loose with a socket so they didn't want to change it. I didn't know they were only socket mechanics the second thing they go to show me a leak on the oil filter housing. This was changed by Firestone. One time before this they began to tell me that I was out of warranty with the first exchange which happened roughly 30,000 mi ago. The original time that this was done it was extremely expensive to start off with. After a lot of negotiating and arguing I was able to get the original price about 50% off. I don't like having to do that but it just goes to show you how high they start off with the price. Second off the job that they did shows it was 50% off because it's leaking again. Going back to the mechanic not being able to change the oil filter because they are only a socket mechanic. I told them to leave the oil filter inside my car and I will change it once I get back to the house and say can't. They then proceed to tell me that everything's done and the oil filter is inside my car as I'm leaving walking out to my car. Looking all around it. Trying to find the oil filter. I could not find it and that's after the front counter dude told me for certain it was in there. It was not. I had to go back in and ask them to get it. Turns out the mechanic never even put it in my car. It was still on the shelf. So after all that, I think they've earned a one-star review and I will probably never be going back to Firestone again. And I hope you're very cautious and very weary about what and who is touching your car at this place. Big recommendation to not go there. Also a little side note, everyone that was in there extremely tiny waiting room. There was about five people and three out of the five people were return customers because they're having issues. Well, it's what those mechanics were working on the day before

So I went into this place because my sister got pretty screwed on a car…like big time, so I go in here just to get a diagnosis on it and immediately trying to sell me on credit cards, which kindly decline. Than proceed to go “well it doesn’t pull credit” “you’ll get this this and this” just hard selling it. Not even a big deal but I get a call a couple hours later saying, he this happened to your car (the window fell down). So I go in to get the results from the inspection and there like, we opened the door and the window fell down. And I confront them saying windows don’t just fall down. And he’s like “yeah they do” and this and that. But I’m over it by this point I ask them to fix the window and get it back up and they say I NEED TO PAY FOR IT!? I’m like dude windows don’t just fall down by themselves. Anyway. So I’m annoyed and get curious. So I go home and tear that door off my self and get the window up. And behold it’s not just falling down by itself. Anyway, was just frustrating that they insisted on lying to my face because he knew they rolled the window down after I said not too. And they sat there and lied to my face. If you do something man up and say it, I saw them treat multiple people like they were dumb and it’s wrong. Speak the truth and say the problem. Stop lying

Booked appointment on line with an agent for 5PM, got conformation text. Showed up a few minutes early, after driving 20 minutes one way to get there only to be told that they couldn't get me in.. no phone call, no text, just sorry, we can't help you. Just got a text from them explaining that they would have to rechedule.. this is an hour and 45 minutes after my scheduled time. I would recommend going elsewhere for your tire needs.

I have been to other Firestone locations where I received horrible service and was treated very poorly and it made me not want to use Firestone again. However moving out by this Firestone location on Watson in Buckeye renewed my opinion of Firestone but only because of this location. I have received the best service from the managers and employees. They welcome you and acknowledge you when you walk in the door. They are kind to me and have great customer skills.

Absolutely horrible place. I had an appointment at 1pm and at 3pm I asked if they had looked at my car yet and they didn't... they said they will have to looked at within the hour and then do the service I requested so it would take around 2 hours, I ended up leaving and going to the Firestone in Goodyear which treated me WAY better and looked at my car right away when I made a last minute appointment. I also remember buying some package where they top off your windshield fluid and when they finished with it I asked about the fluid because that's the only reason I bought the package and he told me they ran out of windshield fluid so they filled it with water, which I'm happy he didn't lie but he wasn't going to tell me until I asked. I have never once had a good experience here and I have been here around 6 times (twice I had to leave after 2-4 hours of nothing being done). They have never been on time, they take advantage and don't update you on your car or have someone work on it until you ask them.
