My Best Experience at any auto store Ever! I was stranger traveling through, car broke down 8/26/25 night and I ended up parked at O'Reilly's, sleeping in my car for 2 nights while I was trying to fix my car. The staff, team members and fellow patrons were ALL Great! They were so patience with me and helped me out tremendously! Their expertise, friendliness and service to me and to their community is greatly appreciated . I left O'Reilly's Thursday night then arrived back to Moreno Valley CA safely around 4am on Friday 8/29/25. Thank you Team Buckeye O'Reilly's! Corporate should definitely think about giving them raises or bonuses because I saw in real time for 3 days and 2 nights,,, how much the community and strangers need quality people like them. Everyone will eventually have vehicle issues, and O'Reilly's Team Buckeye is there to serve. Blessings to them!

A friend told me they were great, so I went to get Windshield Wipers. Everyone was so nice. Made sure I was well taken care of. They even put my wipers on, which is great when you're old and short! Thanks everyone! I'll be back.

This place normally has good customer service, except for Jonathan, he has poor customer service, he will not call for the next customer in line, he will just stare at you rudely as if he dose not want to interact with customers, . I will avoid coming to this store to avoid people like Jonathan

I rather drive to this store that any other store in the area when I'm looking for parts to fix my cars and ATVs. By now, I know must of the staff since they are always not only experienced, capable and hands on (special mention to Robert, Edson, Rogan, Shawn), they also take wherever time and resources are necessary to get my parts and warranties (even when I haven't got on hand my receipts) they are helpful by found the information on my records and they have honored all my warranties. I've shared my experiences with neighbors and friends when the cars topic came among the chat , is great to know that I'm not the only one that appreciates this store and it's staff. I was surprised when I read someone's review stating that he's warranty was not validated but he never clarify if he has a ticket on hand or the right information to process his warranty, in addition this narcissist person suggests two of the most helpful and valuable employees on this store need be retraining, personally I'm not agree about it. In addition, I'm very displeased with the corporative answer to the complainer, I think they should invest more resources to analyze and take advantage of this narcissist reviews to get more information to the customers about specific topics and how and/or what info provide the get help when in the store. This store has the most friendly and helpful staff around no doubt about it!!!!!!!!!

Literally best O'Reilly's there is. We drive an older RV and we're having fuel pump issues. They not only had everything we needed already in stock as the situation developed in their parking lot, but they let us hang around for several hours while we solved the issue. 10/10 recommend

Worse customer service ever Robert and Edison were the ones helping me out. All I went in was for a battery exchange under warranty. And they were giving me the runaround for no reason with an attitude. The service delivered sucked I would not recommend anyone to go there. They need to get retrained. Edison even told me to “google it” because I asked for the district manager phone number. Robert gave me the worse attitude when he made sure to tell me there is going to be no warranty on my new battery even though it’s a 2 year warranty. It’s ok lesson learned never to come back. Thanks for nothing. 0 stars if I could.

These Guys Always Go above and Beyond to Help You with your Needs and Wants and Most of them know what they're talking about...Not like AutoZone they have a bunch of people that Don't know what they're Doing and just there for a Pay Check!! Not at all Professional!!! In my opinion make the Drive and get it Done Right!!!

They're pretty helpful here and usually pretty attentive to their customers, the only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is because stock on items that I buy all the time is very hit and miss. I know that's not completely their fault but it's been an ongoing struggle for a couple years now and I would hope at some point they would work out supply chain issues instead of just letting them go.

This place is an ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE. We came in to order parts and they ordered the wrong ones fine, we came back to exchange them for the correct parts and they ordered the wrong ones again! This is only for an '04 Taurus by the way, it's not rocket science. We then had to come back in AGAIN, the next morning and AGAIN they had ordered the wrong parts. The man helping us, Rogan, did not even apologize or care about all these problems and, when we got, understandably, upset but trying not be be difficult, he acted completely rude and unhelpful. Trust me DO NOT go here! They WILL not order the correct parts, they WILL make returns and exchanges a complete nightmare and they DO NOT AT ALL care about customer service, satisfaction or even running a decent store. Trust me, do not EVER come here.

I recently had a rather disappointing experience at Miller Road O'Reillys. I visited the store to have a battery installed, and unfortunately, the level of service I received left much to be desired. Upon arriving at the counter, I requested assistance with installing a battery. To my surprise, the cashier informed me that she was unable to help due to a sore finger. However, I couldn't help but notice that she was able to carry the battery from the shelf to the counter without any issues. This inconsistency in her explanation was rather perplexing and left me feeling frustrated. Customer service is a crucial aspect of any business, and unfortunately, this particular encounter did not uphold those standards. As a customer, I expect a certain level of courtesy and willingness to assist, especially when seeking help with a straightforward task like installing a battery. The interaction left me questioning the commitment to providing a positive customer experience. It's important for businesses to ensure that all staff members are properly trained to handle customer requests and to offer assistance whenever possible. This not only reflects positively on the business but also encourages customer loyalty and repeat business. While I understand that individuals may have off days or minor inconveniences, it's crucial to remember that these factors should not compromise the overall quality of service provided. I hope that management takes this feedback constructively and works towards improving their customer service practices. Great place!! People were so helpful and answered my questions. I need ed new windshield wiper blades for my car and they showed me different ones and price. I got the better one with a wider range coverings the windshield. He puts them on the car for me. My 2016 Toyota Corolla. Thank you so very much!!!

Bought a battery replacement for my '92 Benz and it was available and in stock. Swapped the old one they tested for free and they reinstalled the new one for me as well. Thank you for the great service and great prices!!!

I've been using this store for many years and it still has friendly people who are very helpful and smart. If they don't stock the parts you need, they can get them very fast so you can finish your project.

I've always had a great experience at this location. Even when I've gotten a little shorthanded if I'd had to wait on the phone like tonight.... Jeff the closing manager had a cool head, calmed me down and got the parts I needed ordered. I understand this store gets super busy but I'm thankfull for employees like Jeff that know how to treat customers right. Thank you! Because of this I will stay a loyal customer!
