  I moved to Buckeye 9 months ago. I don’t have much family near me and my husband works far daily. I have used Castillo’s towing company twice. Cesar, has good technical and diagnostic skills. He is patient, honest and has lots of integrity. This last time I used his services I was stranded with my four kids. He helped me in a timely manner. He is extremely reliable and dependable. On his home website it says “you will be treated like family “ and I truly have felt that way. I recommend Castillo’s towing 100%

  I called at 9:30 to get a tow to a shop 2 miles away (castillos was a 5 minute drive from me) and he said he was on his way but never showed up. called again at 10:20 and he said "I was waiting for you to send the address" but I had already texted the # 3 times with all my info and then he said "oh yeah okay ill see u in 10 minutes." it took an hour and a half to pick me up and he said "you caught me sleeping, sorry" and then charged me $80 for the 2 mile drive to the shop. I could've pushed my car to where I needed to go at that point dude. he acted like I got a good deal because he knocked off $16 from your original fee...

  On my way home from out of town I hit something out on the middle of the road that got snagged on my undercarriage on the 10 going east. While waiting for roadside assistance, someone from here happened to have passed by and stopped to offer and provide way more assistance than he was obligated to. He was commited to helping and got me back on the road as soon and safe as possible.

  Castillo’s towing is by far the best tow service I have ever been provided. I am a beginner level EV driver. I have run out of charge on my vehicle several times in not very long. Anyone who drives EV knows what it’s like: great at times, not so great all other times. I was stranded in Quartzsite and Tonopah for a total of seven days. I was turned down for service repeatedly due to the location and availability of various tow services. Not only did Mr Castillo grab my car from a difficult location he wasn’t sure was going to be possible without my keys and doors all locked, he picked me up along the way to the destination and dropped my vehicle and I at a working EV charging station. Most tow services will only take you and/or your vehicle to the nearest charging station or a dealership and only if within a short distance. Mr Castillo told me not to worry and he was in no rush and just wanted me to be confident I would be able to charge my car and get back to my life. He assured me and he proved his word true by taking me to 3 stations as the first two were down. I was so tired and filled with anxiety from the ordeal and losing hope minutes by minute while stranded and he truly saved my life. As I told him, “man, you are the most beautiful thing I seen in a long time”. (Of course tho a distant second to my wife lol). I am truly grateful for his service and he is such a good dude he checked up on me the next day just to ask if I’m doing ok and nothing more. I do not take his generosity, compassion, and humanity for granted and we may have met for just some short time but I can assure him that if he ever needs something I would gladly show up for him and I can even say he has a lifelong in me. Dude is the best!!!!

  Had a flat tire west of Phoenix metro out on the 10, Castillo's was my Good Sam Roadside provider and the owner Manuel showed up on time with a great attitude helped get the spare on my trailer, which was a bit of an unorthodox setup. Manuel didn't miss a beer and efficiently completed the service . He went above and beyond when he sold me a new rim and tire and donated a "previously enjoyed" tire. I was really to tight on cash and the roads out here had really done a number on all our tires, we had 5 flats between 3 vehicles and a trailer. I was able to meet him at a truck stop right near his home and he offered to help with the installation. I would highly recommend Castillo towing , as so many companies send out under qualified/trained hourly employees, and they always seem to be overworked with a "less then" outward attitude.

  So thankful for Castillo’s towing! We called and he showed up 45 min later when no one else could. We had three kids and two dogs in tow and he was able to have us towed all the way back the Glendale. So many thanks for his hard work during crazy heat (116) and was even trying to find a loaner vehicle among other things… I believe they truly care and definitely showed their kindness. Gives stars! Thanks again!

  Castillo's Towing rescued me from being stranded on the I-10 E on my way to Phoenix. My alternator failed about 60 miles away from Buckeye AZ and Castillo's came and picked me up. They went above and beyond expectations by driving me to AutoZone to purchase a new alternator and helping with the install. They even got me closer to my final destination so I could save money on a car service. I cannot thank them enough. They turned a super bad day into a more manageable one.

  I am so HAPPY Castillo towing was able to come and jump my car! I called for a tow after not being able to successfully jump my own car. He made my day by just listening to my concern and finding a solution! He was able to jump my car and it didn’t need to be towed! Humankind does exists I was so thankful! I will definitely be calling again if I have more car troubles or ever need a tow!

  Castillo’s lied to us repeatedly and then never came. My husband, myself and two kids waited 4 hours for a tow truck, and after finally telling us they were coming, they sent a guy in a regular old pick up truck. Not only could he not tow us but he said we should drive the broken car to the dealer, but then said he would come back with the tow truck. Another hour later and he never came so we took his suggestion and drove ourselves, and ended up breaking down again on the side of the road. While we were driving ourselves we got a text that simply said they ‘were no longer coming’. We also could only communicate via text as they stopped answering the phone, and we had been calling after their deadlines kept passing and we were still stranded. Had we not been safely in a parking lot with shade, we could have been in a much worse situation sitting out in 90 degree heat for hours. We eventually made it to the dealer, no thanks to this company. Do not use Castillo’s, try Lance at All Westside Roadside, he was very helpful and courteous although we didn’t end up using his service.

  My mom recently got a flat tire on a Sunday afternoon, peak Covid, and was unable to physically get the car to the shop she needed to take it to. After trying with one company, only to be told no because they weren't open on Sunday's (weird) my mom tried Castillo's Towing. A gentleman greeted my mom and told her he'd be right there to help her out. Not much later did the gentleman show up, help get the car to the shop, but also found it in his heart to be a kind and amazing human being in the midst of a pandemic and the Arizona heat. Thank you, my mom didn't get your name and I'm so sorry, but thank you for your kindness, thank you for your patience, thank you for being such a kind and loving soul in a world that sometimes seems so harsh. My mom will be calling you guys anytime help is needed and I'll make sure to refer our own family and friends to do the same.

  We were stranded at the Frye’s gas station today and after several attempts from awesome strangers and the local Auto Zone to jump start our battery we decided to call a tow to the dealership. Castillo’s arrived promptly and decided to give the battery charge another attempt. It took some creativity and several attempts but we drove away ... no tow needed after all. We would HIGHLY recommend this amazing small family owned business. Thank you!!

  If you’re looking for quick service this is it! My car broke down on my way to work. I called my insurance company, who sent Castillo Towing. The driver arrived within 20 minutes, was really nice, after all was said and done I was only 30 minutes late. I’m keeping his card in my glovebox for next time!

  I only waited about 40 minutes for Caesar (the owner) to pull up and assist me. When I told him my fan belt was about to break and the pulley was off kilter, he offered to tow it back to his place and fix it, where he had a small scrap yard for $150. I agreed. While he didn’t have the parts, we drove down to Autozone to get them, and he fixed it while my car sat on his flatbed. I was there at every moment, so I never had to question if my car was getting the honest treatment. Better still, Caesar was a decent and very kind man. All in all, the tow and fix cost $175. I can’t recommend a more personable, honest, caring towing service if I had to. Caesar will take care of you!

He was beyond helpful and efficient when it came to getting our vehicle fixed and back on the road!   Caesar picked us up in Gila Bend after our cargo van broke down, and when he heard that we had a trailer as well at another location, he towed that as well free of charge! And even after he had dropped us off at the dealership, he even called to check up on us to make sure we had someplace to stay the night! I felt so well taken care of with Castillo's towing!

  Called this place at 8:40 the driver said he would be here in an hour. An hour and 15 min later he called and said he would be an additional 30 min because he was going home to shower he had fiber glass all over him from a previous tow. Ok. An hour later I called and he said he was at the 303 and Northern Wich is 10 min from. My location. 45 min later I called him 7 times, he did not answer and sent me to voicemail mail. My daughter called him from a different number and he calls her back 20 min later apologizing for the missed call. She asked him where he was that we've been waiting over 2 hrs and he gives a story that he had to get gas and he's at out location. He was not at our location and it doesn't take over an hour to get gas. Plus if you had any type of customer service training you would have called back your current customer that has been calling you before you called back a missed call from a new number. After this he text giving a sad story of we do t know what he went through to come out to us. Well we would have known and maybe been more understanding or at least had the option to call another company sooner if he would have communicated. ****Update The reply from the company on this review is 100% false. The driver claimed he couldn't find a place to get gas and that's what took over 45 min an prevented him from answering the calls from his waiting customer. He instead called back another number we called from to see who the unknown number of the missed call was. Then when I said his service was no longer needed and hung up, he proceeded to call me which I ignored the same way he ignored us, then he text me that he's had a bad day. I told him to not call or text my number again and they claim that is being disrespectful. That's fine. This company needs to learn customer service. And that the customer comes first especially when they waited so long and then the drive doesn't answer his phone.

  What a wonderfully kind man Cesar is. We called for a tow after a blow out tonight. Toyota sold me a vehicle with after market rims but no lug wrench that fit. Cesar was there in 15 minutes and offered to change the tire and save us the towing charge. He even gave us a wrench adapter that fit my lug nuts. I would highly recommend this honest business owner.

  Mr Castillo was courteous, efficient and went out of his way to help. My wife was unable to climb up into his tow truck, so he called his wife to come pick us up and take us to our home. I can’t say enough about how well we were treated all around. The temperature was in the high nineties. When I need a towing service I will always call Castillo’s Towing, and will always recommend them highly.

  Excellent service! I highly recommend Castillo's Towing to anyone. He was the only company that was willing to pull me out of a flood. And kept me laughing the entire time. He made what should have been nothing but a nightmare more tolerable. Don't pick the other guys, pick this guy!
