I asked the guy to email me a receipt for my insurance and he never emailed me one. My vehicle was towed on May 14th and asked him that same day for a receipt. The last time I asked him was May 29th. If you get your vehicle towed by whatever reason please pay by cc otherwise you’ll never get a receipt.
Never fun to have your car break down but these guys made it as painless as possible. Jeremy was very quick and efficient! Thank you so much for the pleasant experience, you guys rock!
When we called for tow service, the dishwasher was nice and understood our situation. She got all our information gave a time and a quote. When the tow arrived, the gentleman was very nice and worked hard to get get our RV home. Very satisfied with the service. I would recommend them any time.
Horrible!! Had an appt set up for weeks and was in the books with a set quote. Called a day before the scheduled pickup to make sure everything was fine and they said yes even after they changed their prices on me from the original quote, all just for them to never show up or even call to cancel. Had to call tnt towing who was perfect!!! TNT towing is the best!! Skip Safe tow to save yourself the hassle of not being able to get through on the phone, and their forever changing prices bc they won’t show up even if they tell you that your in the schedule!!!
After being put in a jam by AAA flatout refusing to send a provider out to even look at my truck being stuck in a muddy gravel driveway I called S and T towing. After a brief conversation they were more than happy to come and help me get unstuck snd back on solid ground. The driver was prompt, courteous and professional. He knew exactly what to do and his sense of pride in his job showed. The price was very reasonable as well. Highly recommend this company for your towing needs!
Our Lexus RX350 had a key problem due to another key company disengaging. The car needed to be towed to place in safe area. Randy came promptly and was able to position the car into our garage as the windows were stuck down, car 1/2 outside the garage. Randy carefully moved our car and it was protected from the monsoon storm last night! Thank you Albert and Randy! Great job!
They towed my vehicle and I had massive damage to the vehicle they refused to take care of it and I have resorted to legal action right now pending run do not let them near your vehicle please
The guy I got was Steve and he was awesome, got there within the time, even though it was busy, and was very professional and easy going. Highly recommend and ask for Steve if you get the option.
The owner is a very nice man he has helped me and my husband a few times and has always been very nice. This is the only company I will ever call to tow mine or my husband's vehicles. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a good reliable tow company.

I had a friend who's vehicle recently stalled. No other towing companies would reach the Avondale area or would respond. I called safe towing and they respond within 20 minutes. I wish I remembered his name, but he was wonderful, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make sure everything was good to go. Thank you and we appreciate everything you did! My car broke down on a very unsafe section of the highway late on a Sunday and when I called AAA they couldn't find my account (even though I was a member). I called several other towing companies who said they would be 2+ hours or wouldn't even come. Finally, I called Safe Towing and Alberto came within 15 minutes and got us out of a hairy situation. He was a total professional and went above and beyond helping us out...especially when he towed it to the dealership (another story). Huge thanks to Safe Towing and Alberto for the great service!
Albert and devon have both towed my truck and now they are the only tow truck drivers i use now i would recomend them everyday of the week there a blessing in disguise i promise you wont be mad that you called them.
My car wasn't safe to drive, and I was about 30 minutes from my dealership when I called for service. They showed up on time (and quick!) and had my car ready to tow in 5 minutes and drove me to the dealership. Thank you for your courtesy and for a great conversation . Was driving my daughters van, just getting onto the 101, and the alternator went out. It was 112° and they got there as fast as they could and arrived within 30 min.! They hooked it up in nothing flat, brought me to the shop, had a pleasant conversation on the way, and was so friendly and professional! I was nervous about being alone but had NO reason to be!! They texted when they were on the way so I knew they were close, and they took such great care hooking up the van!! Love to see honest and hard working people!! There were no surprise charges, and the price was super fair! Use them!!

After talking to a few other towing companies I chose this one because they had the combination of great customer service, a timely and honest ETA, and pricing that can’t be beat! It is hard to describe how pleasant this interaction was. Alberto got to my truck in about a half hour and gave me a courtesy text half way there, so I knew I was not going to be stranded very long. He was very professional and friendly. Took great care to make sure that my 91 ford work truck was treated as if it was an expensive sports car, very careful and deliberate when hooking my old girl up!! Great conversationalist. I almost forgot that I had a blown engine in my rig bc Alberto was engaging and interested in what we were talking about. I know that has nothing to do with towing but it really helps to ease the nerves while you are thinking about having to replace your truck. Once we got to our destination he insisted that he pull my truck into the small area I park it, (which is a little sketchy while you are driving it let alone towing, bc there is only about a foot of clearance) bc my truck is very heavy and it would have been hard to get it in there by myself. Expert driving skills, great conversation, very friendly demeanor, punctuality, and professionalism. I would recomend Safe Towing LLC to anyone!!! Thank you Safe Towing LLC!!!

If you have 4x4 or AWD I would stay away. They will argue with you about your vehicle, tow it improperly then refuse to do anything claiming your vehicle was already damaged.
Alberto went above and beyond not only did he give me cheapest best rate in town he towed my sons car from Buckeye where it broke down to Glendale, he recommended a repair shop for me and was very quick to get it picked up and delivered. I would definitely rate them the best and refer them to all friends and family all other towing companies wanted double the price and would take 2 to 4 hours just to get it picked up. Thanks so much Albert you definitely exceeded my expectations.
