Economy Towing JunkYard in Flagstaff (AZ)

Our insurance company called economy towing after an accident. Eddy towed our car from the accident to a collision center. He was professional and friendly and made things easy. He then dropped us off at a rental car center, which saved us the headache of getting there on our own. Hopefully I never have to get towed again, but I’d gladly call economy towing again if I needed to.

They were amazing, and very kind. Shaun was very educated and sympathetic towards are situation and came to the Grand Canyon to pick us and the car up. If we are ever at Grand Canyon and Flagstaff and need the car issue we will be using them from now on. Thank you Economy Towing and Shaun!!

Had my keys locked inside my car and they reserved to help through my insurance company telling me that they would be there in 90mins. 2 hours go by and after all that wait, I was told they wouldn’t be here for another 50 minutes. I never leave bad reviews but I was really frustrated with the lack of reliability. I had to cancel service and get a locksmith come by.

While on vacation I took my family off road on Easter and got stuck ( like an idiot) Trevor from Economy Towing was there quickly with great communication and at fraction of the price what others quoted us for. They truly saved our family vacation! Thank you Trevor!

My Roadside Assistance insurance had Economy Towing come out to help me when I locked my keys in my car. The driver and locksmith, Nick, was so kind and authentic throughout the whole encounter from start to finish, and not to mention he unlocked my car like a pro in record time. Very happy with the quality of service and customer care. Thanks Nick!

This company is a leach. First time in Flagstaff after several hours of traveling and just trying to look for somewhere to eat. We parked in a parking lot that looked as though were no signs. When we came out our vehicle had been booted. We called and asked how much it would be several times and were told they didn’t know. Once they showed up to take it off it was the maximum price on this sign that was BEHIND A TREE. Mind you, we had been at said restaurant for maybe 45 minutes. When we called back to ask why it was the max charge the lady simply said “I don’t know. You didn’t ask.” As we were waiting we realized that there were several other cars in the lot dealing with the same issue. This leads me to believe this company is leaching off of tourists in the area and charging exuberant amounts because we have no other choice. Shame on you.

The cheapest and definitely thet fastest towing service- ever! I'm surprised there's only 3.7 Stars. Ordinarily, it's an unpleasant experience with towing companies, yet today"s was nothing but good experience (promptness, rares, and friendly service)- three most important things in toeing. Thank you again, the beloved 300Z is back where it belongs- safe.

After our car broke down, and two failed attempts to procure a tow truck, we found Economy Towing. Shawn arrived shortly after our distress call, and safely delivered our car and ourselves to a motel in Flagstaff. He went out of his way to help us, and upon our arrival, we met his lovely wife, who was just as nice!

I absolutely give 5 stars to Economy Towing. I live off-grid in Flagstaff, about 7 miles off the main road in the Coconino Forest. A snowstorm came in, burying my truck in almost 2-feet of snow, with another 20” predicted overnight. After 6-hours of digging, I reached out to Economy. My driver fought through deep snow to reach me, then struggled for almost an hour to hook up my vehicle and pull it out of my driveway. He also made sure that we safely reached the main road before he left us. Economy towing came through when we really needed them.

Consumer beware!!!!!!!!! My wife and I were in town for our daughters band performance. Not knowing the downtown area we searched for parking for over 30 minutes. We finally found a spot. Had dinner at a local restaurant for maybe 45 minutes, just to come back to a boot on our car. There clearly wasn't enough signs posted because 15 other cars got a boot as well. After calling their number to get our boot removed the lady on the phone was extremely rude and told us to wait for someone to come remove the boot. We then waited in line for a guy in an unmarked truck to charge us $180 . Then we asked where the sign was indicating the no parking zone and it was behind a large pickup truck and tall bushes. Economy towing you should be ashamed of yourself taking that much $$$. If there were 0 starts to give on a review I would. Such a sketchy situation with a guy not in uniform and in an unmarked truck collecting credit cards and cash for a parking lot that was barely posted with signs. Economy towing you are a terrible company and your customer service is even worse. Definitely find a different towing company to give your business to.,

This should be really simple. Somebody parks where they shouldn’t, you have a phone number to call this company when that happens. You call you, they say they will call back when they arrive to do the tow. Then they never call, and they never show up. Yet another wonderful member of the flagstaff apartment ecosystem.

Towing companies in general are just theives. No first warnings or anything. They charge 180 to remove the boot which is obviously robbery and on top of that they put the sticker so low I couldn't see it and drove away. They claimed there was damage to their boot and charged and extra 120. As if the absurd 180 initial fee doesn't cover the cost of a new boot. I'd assume the person running this company lacks human empathy because you would have to to run a company that doesn't serve your community, but instead harms it. I hope that all who work there have trouble sleeping at night knowing that they are the reason some may not make rent or have to skip their next meals. The lady tonight said "I'm just doing my job." Yes your job is hurting others. Probably get another job. You all should be ashamed of yourself you are all just simply bad people and I hope karma comes back around. But it always does. 😉

I would give more stars if I could, the fella who came out at 2am Sunday was amazing. My husband and I were beyond up shot creek without a paddle in a snowstorm. Bright blessings to the dude who helped us

The alternator went out on our toyota 40 miles east of Flagstaff on a Friday night. Economy Towing had us: 2 dogs, a kid, and a cat, all picked up and delivered to a shop and hotel within the hour. Nick the driver was skilled and courtious.

Miguel helped us with towing our car. He arrived quickly, he was professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend contacting him if you need roadside assistance.

Eddie from Economy towing rescued my family from the side of the highway after running over an elk in the middle of the night. Eddie went above and beyond, making sure we were all ok, and warm enough. I would recommend them to anyone

After a long night trying to limp my car to flagstaff, it finally got to the point of needing a tow about 40 minutes out. I called them and talked to shawn. He was very awesome and came when he said he would. He was very professional. The tow experience was very easy and simple. The price for the tow was also very reasonable. I won’t hesitate to call him for another tow again, if I do need it. Thanks Shawn!!!

Sean was Great!! Showed up in about 35 minutes and had me dropped off at the mechanic in another 40 minutes. Very reasonably priced. I will not hesitate to call them again if the need arises. Thank you Economy Towing and especially Sean for the great service.

My experience with these guys was the best quality experience I’ve ever received. Shawn our tow truck driver was absolutely the best!!! he made sure we got a battery for a vehicle and it was installed correctly and didn’t leave until everything was taken care of. I have to say one of the best guys I ran into just want to thank him so much. He actually made me and my wife feel very safe and made sure we got home big thanks to him. Thank you Shawn!!!!!

Alonzo was awesome! Had to get my car towed from Snowbowl, he was kind, quick, and efficient ! Highly recommend Alonzo at Economy!

If I could give Shawn 6 stars I would. That’s a man that works DARN hard. His speed and efficiency was very impressive. Having to get a tow sucks but he did an awesome job helping me out and lightening the mood. Thanks again for the help my man, super appreciate you.

I was so grateful for how Shawn went out of his way to help me when my car (actually was driving hubbies car) sprayed oil all over the hood and windshield. After towing me back, he checked and found that the oil cap was off and the dip stick out. He fixed that, checked the oil level, cleaned my windshield, then waited till I got the car started before he left. If there were more stars to click, I would do it. Thank you!!!!!!!!

My experience with this company was exceptional! Sean was very kind and helpful and saved me so much stress by going out of his way to help more than he had to! He explained certain things about my car that I didn’t know which was nice to understand where the problem could have been coming from. He made a huge positive impact just by being kind to a stranger! I will continue to use this towing company!

They towed my car despite visitors being allowed to park in this garage without a pass, made me pay the $180, and then the woman who works in the office making a living off of ensuring poor college kids can’t pay for groceries this month told me to have a better day so yeah I would put 0 stars if I could these people are horrible

They came quick they seem professional I just think 169.00 for 13 miles was a bit much I could be wrong it’s been a while since I had a vehicle towed.

Got stranded on a dirt road. They made the bumpy trip out and back to come save me. Was quick, friendly, and efficient. Sean went the extra mile making sure we took it to a repair shop that could get the issue fixed that day and even came back to work on the car himself. He was a life-saver. Cannot recommend enough.

My cars alternator went out, and I had to pull off to the side of the road and call for help. Of the three places I called on that Saturday, this was the only one that picked up. Within 30 minutes they had someone to my location, and they tried to Jumpstart my car for me, which unfortunately did not work. They then towed me to the honda dealership, roughly 9.2 miles away for a cost of $122.60. Rocky was the name of the associate who helped me, and he was very friendly and patient with my lack of knowledge about what to do. If I get stuck again, I will call this company again.
