After running out of battery on my EV just outside of Flagstaff I called Economy Towing to see if they had a flatbed truck. The dispatcher was super friendly and helpful with all my questions. I waited about 30 minutes for my tow- which seemed really quick. I was super impressed with Nicki. She came out and was friendly and understanding. She loaded my car quickly and she suggested a closer charging station to use. Unfortunately my car wasn’t compatible with that charging station, but she was super patient and willing to help. Their rate was very affordable. I had a great experience and would highly recommend Economy Towing.
Jackie was so patient helpful understanding in a very stressful situation. Thank you Michael for coming out in the middle of the night and helping and listening and to get our RV and taking it to storage for us. You both are angels on earth. Thank you again for saving the day. I would recommend you over EVERYONE especially for the LOWEST price out of everyplace !!!! ANNNDDD WITH THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE !!! They towed my van after i unknowingly parked in a tow zone. I was only away from my van two minutes before they put a boot on it. I shared with the woman that im a sex trafficking survivor in Flagstaff trying to get help & her response was to threaten to call the cops on me & threaten to pull a handgun on me.
It was 10 o'clock at night. I had just picked up my little dog from the vet hospital in Flagstaff and still an hour and 40 minutes from home when my car started feeling like it was falling apart. It was terrifying. I pulled into the rest stop and saw that I was missing 2 lugnuts on my driver's side front wheel. Two lugnuts were loose and one was tight. It later turned out, the two that were missing, the studs had actually broken off. I didn't know what I was going to do. Economy towing was dispatched through my state farm roadside service. They were so wonderful. They let me know that even if they couldn't work out my issue, they'd still get me and my car home safe. They showed up in about 40 minutes from when I first requested help. They obviously couldn't fix the wheel, so they loaded us all up (me, my little dog, and my car) and got us all home safe and sound. The dispatch and supervisor were great, the tow guy, Michael, was wonderful. Thank God for Economy Towing. They really saved the day.
I called my State Farm Roadside Assistance when my daughter locked her keys in her car at work.They dispatched Economy Towing. Kurt arrived half an hour earlier than expected, was understanding when my daughter was unable to leave work to meet him, unlocked her car and left her the keys on her seat. So grateful I didn’t have to drive across town to meet him and that she was able to get access when she needed it. Kurt was very polite, professional, efficient, and respectful when talking to him. One impressed and grateful customer here!
I wouldn't even give this pathetic excuse for a company a single star, but I had to just to leave a review that’s actually worth reading. Today, I parked in the bank parking lot right across from the post office. I wasn't even out of my car for 4 minutes when they booted it! The girl, HALEY WAISS, who booted my car just casually said, "I can remove the boot for a small fee of $180!" Can you believe it? 4 minutes cost me $180! There were no signs saying "No parking," no warnings, absolutely nothing! I asked her if she saw me park and get out, and of course, she said no. Haley claimed she walks the area regularly with a boot in hand! I call total bullshit! She wouldn’t give me any information! I had to call the local police to get a report number for court, and even though Im willing to pay, I don’t think this worthless company should get away with this! With all the reviews piling up, we should band together and take legal action against this company! They deserve to be sued for their shady practices! I have photos showing where I parked that prove there were NO SIGNS indicating I couldn’t park there! What they’re doing is wrong on so many levels. I called economy towing and spoke to Jackie, who refused to give me any information. The manager's name is supposedly Trevor Smith, which was probably a lie. This company is deceitful, shady, and just out to rob people of their money! I rented a 26 ft RV for the first time for a festival and on my way out the Crimson dirt road near Lake Mary Road, I pulled over a little too far for another driver and sunk into some sand I was terrified the RV would tip over. I called Economy Towing and they were there in 25 minutes. When I got there I was crying and Michael was so wonderful and kind and reassuring. He patiently walked me through what I needed to do in the driver’s seat while he towed me out. The RV was back on the road in 20 minutes and Michael followed me out to Flagstaff to make sure I didn’t get stuck again. I highly recommend this company for RV towing and send a special thank you to Michael for being so kind, supportive and patient during a very stressful time.
We had a wonderful experience with economy towing. We had to wait maybe an hour but very professional and our driver Nikki she was very nice. There price was reasonable.
Company is unprofessional. I parked illegally in a parking lot. Ok. No signs when you pull in but there were signs. The girl who wandered up demanding I pay her 180 dollars pointed one out. She pulled out a janky cell phone and said I should pay or "the tow truck would come and the price will go up". No identification. Just a tee shirt covered in cat hair with a company name on it. Obviously they have found a pathetic but legal way to make money. Cheaper then paying a driver and providing an actual service to customers. So I paid 180 dollars and tipped my hat to this industrious but lame enterprise. Way to go guys.
This company was contacted and sent to help me by AAA after my battery failed. The driver was extremely polite, efficient and helpful. He took excellent care of my car and delivered me and my car to O'Reilly's Auto Parts at my request for battery replacement at night. Keeping their number in case I ever need another tow.

My rental broke down just outside of flagstaff about 20 miles. I called enterprise and they tried to source a ride for me. No lyft, uber or taxi available. I was at a loss. Being that I worked for a tow company before, I had some peace at least knowing I could get a ride from the tow truck at least into town. THINK AGAIN. Enterprise sent out ECONOMY TOWING, The guy with their dispatch im assuming called to let me know they were coming. I asked on the phone if I could go with driver just to town. He said no AAA wouldn’t cover it. I asked the driver and same thing.
I started to cry, I was 100 miles from home on the side of the i-17. I exhausted all efforts to get a ride. I stood hopeless. A trooper came and waited with me. The driver with economy towing offered to wait as well but, honestly with how long it would take to wait they could have taken me to flag.
The trooper was floored that economy towing would just be ok with leaving me there. Even he agreed it is ridiculous and was quite upset! It was near night fall, i called MURPHYS TOWING, explained the situation, they sent their service writer MICHELE and tow truck driver JASON in their personal car just to get me off the road. I didn’t know these people. They showed up, with cold water and carried my things to their car. These people weren’t even on call and they jumped in their own car to get me. THAT IS AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!! It’s clear their service goes beyond just the job! Thank you for saving me from a dangerous situation. The 17 is no joke.
Booted my car, charged $180 to release it within 5 minutes of parking, while I was getting a permit. I called the main office, they wouldn't provide the property owners information or approval documentation for booting. No ID or business card was provided, seems like a scam with them running around putting boots on cars.
Absolutely disgusting company. They have kids walking around downtown flagstaff giving $180 tickets! I was just picking up some Thai food at a place with little cars where I’ve been doing that for over 20 years. And within 5 minutes or less they had out a little wheel lock and told me it would cost $180.
I was getting the food for my girlfriend who has a dog out of surgery with a severe infection. When I told her this she told me there was no way she could help and I had to pay.
I get the ticketing but the cost of that ticket is absolutely not reasonable!

It’s the fact that they’re having kids sneaking around downtown parking lots and charge an excessive $180 that makes this an absolute racket and terrible for the Flagstaff community. $180 is no where near reasonable for being done all digitally at the click of a button. Little to no work needed I understand that for a literal towing but done in this way should be illegal!
Warning. If your roadside dispatches these clowns ask for another company. Worst experience of our lives. Waited over 3 hours even though the original estimation was an hour. We were also on a dangerous highway sitting off the side which we continued to explain. They gave no updates or expectations at all. Every time I called they would say we don’t know or another 30 minutes. Finally had to call another company and they arrived within 20 minutes. Even after 3 hours we had another 90 min estimation. They were clueless and disorganized.

She was AWESOME!! Truly the highlight of the whole ordeal. Not only was she incredibly professional and efficient, but she also had such a great attitude and energy that instantly made us feel at ease. It was my first time ever seeing a female tow truck driver, and let me tell you—Nikki crushed it!
She turned what started out as a frustrating moment into something unforgettable (in the best way possible). Big shoutout to Nikki and the team—thank you for taking care of us!
Sunday night, 8:30pm in downtown Flagstaff near Bank of America. We are travelling from Australia. Pulled into the parking lot and saw lots of signs about reserved parking. So found a spot near a tree and parked there, keeping in mind it’s dark and no other cars around. Came back after 40min to find our car had been clamped. Operator wouldn’t let us off, insisted on $180 USD payment PLUS taxes to make it even better. Way to go. Really encouraging tourism. I know we all have a job to do but some logic and reason needs to stand here. Yes I can read too and honestly felt I’d parked in a safe location.
Honestly I would give no stars if I could these people are thieves and crooks! Couple years later& I'm still upset about the way they unjustly and unlawfully do what they call business! This tow company will act like they are there to help people being friendly to their face even on the phone, but don't let it fool you how ever,low and behold they will falsely make claims and steal people's property/vehicles and then gloat about it as they continue to claim false abandonment of vehicle and tow people's vehicles into the junkyard , while making up and even printing, (not signed mind you),fictitious reports about an unreasonable amount to be owed to their "company" which by the way changes all the time and half the time they don't even have the right license plate or VIN number documented as they did in my case .... Anyway I can continue but I'm writing this review hoping I can possibly help more individuals from getting swindled from this crooked tow company thank you for taking the time to read this. And by the way on a side note we should learn to treat one another the way we want to be treated it's not about who's on top or who's on the bottom or who got away with what be nice be lawful and respect each other it really isn't that hard.

DO NOT PARK OK 121 BIRCH. Economy towing company will BOOT YOUR CAR AND FINE YOU $180 WITHOUT WARNING IN UNDER A MINUTE, it’s basically robbery. That’s barely, if enough, time to read the sign (attached) which is not even in front of all the spaces and a bit hidden, which make it more sketchy. I know of a family member’s car and another man’s car get booted within less than an hour of each other and I’m sure there were many others that day and since. I cannot believe this is legal.
Such BULLSHIT! Boot your car and that is not posted on there shitty sign, was gone 3 minutes.watched the girl hide behind vehicles and wait for them to get out of there car and boots it. Can you please give people 10 minutes and then boot??? Watched her boot a guy that was getting a togo order. What a scam. I think people should hang out and tell the people that park that there is someone hiding in the bushes ready to charge them $180. Complete rip off! 0 stars and it's Sunday and no one is even monitoring the parking lot,so what's that all about? YOU DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING POSTED THAT SAYS YOUR VEHICLE WILL BE BOOTED BY THE STOCKER IN THE BUSHES!!!
Massively huge shout out to Kurt and Trevor! We got stuck and required an off-road recovery and both of these gents helped us out a TON! They provided an alternate method of getting our coordinates when we were stuck in a forest with little connectivity, helped explain what was going on, extremely transparent on pricing and in general just 2 really awesome and helpful gentlemen. Highly recommend this company to anyone needing a tow, doubly so if you happen to have an EV and need someone who will ask questions or do some research.

Kurt was the driver that picked up our Tesla. He was very efficient, professional, and enjoyable to ride with to our destination. He enjoys his job and is very good at what is expected. Economy towing company is very fortunate to have him as an employee. Highly recommend him.
If the big boss of the company happens to see this review, please make sure this finds the right tow truck driver. I don't remember his name, but yesterday (11/1/2024) around 3:30 pm my Subaru overheated and died at a 4-way stop in NAU. My hood was up because my engine was smoking and my car is a red/orange color. I had a male passenger with me. These details won't make sense to anyone else, but if you are the driver that helped me yesterday; you'll know.
I wasn't able to put my car in neutral, so he did it for me and got my car loaded up onto the flatbed. I got into the cab of the tow truck and got comfortable while he made some last minute adjustments. He recommended some winter vehicles because he wasn't sure if my car was completely dead or not. I was dropped off at my hotel and he placed my car exactly where I wanted it. Some of the details are fuzzy now because of all the craziness that happened yesterday, but if you were the driver that helped me in NAU yesterday, thank you.

Horrible horrible horrible. I’m recovering from a severe ankle sprain and am tight on money now. I was checking into my hotel, and parked in “restricted” parking thinking it’s for the hotel (monte vista Flagstaff) and getting a parking pass. Nope some no life sitting in her van waiting for me to get out of my vehicle boots my car. I WAS GONE FOR 5 MINUTES even said by HER!!! How about have some decency and tell me I’m gonna get booted because it’s not for the hotel instead of seeing me limp away and back and charge me $180. The lady says “the hotel should make it clear u can’t park here even if checking in”. Like how about understand my situation and let it go. You guys are doing so much good for the world booting cars knowing the vehicle owners are clueless on the situation so u can make bank off of it. Your signs are very miss leading and you know it. This company is the scum of scum. You guys deserve nothing but the worst stealing money from people who aren’t familiar with the area. Go to hell.
Amazing service! Our car broke down in between Phoenix and Flagstaff, they came very quickly, he left us on our hotel and took the car to the mechanic. Alonzo did everything in his power to help us and make us feel comfortable.
Shawn was absolutely amazing! He was quick and very responsive. He was able to help us bring our dead Tesla back to life Highly recommend him for any towing services!
