The yard is well organized and the main aisle is paved making using a wagon or car easier.

I love coming here and finding parts I need to keep my cars in good shape. Saves me so much money and there’s often a great selection of cars where I can get the parts I need when I need them.
I called flagstaff u pick it and was told the pay sixty dollars a ton for refrigerators! My son drove it from kachina village to there site on Lupe rd only to be told they don’t take refrigerators again I call and they said they do take them. Then the guy said we must have got Prescott! So I called again it said you have called flagstaff u pick it. A girl answered and said it was Prescott she then said they answered for flagstaff when i asked if flagstaff takes refrigerators she said yes!! When I told her that my son was there and they told him no!!! When I said it was a problem she said I was rude and hung up! What kind of pathetic company doesn’t know what a part of there business is doing then hangs up on you when you question it.
One of our cars broke down on the way to Arizona. Since we were from Oklahoma, and the car engine was totally shot, the car being 15 years old, we wanted to leave it there and sell it to this company. They worked with us to the utmost and agreed to mail the check to us after we signed over the title. We have to play phone tag for a day or two, but in the end everything worked out perfectly.
Needed a part for my car, which said part is no longer made by anyone, not the manufacturer, nor an aftermarket dupe. The staff was friendly and helpful and the price was amazing. The yard is well organized and easy to navigate once you figure it out. Would use again.
No customer service. I live 3 hours away called in for a quote for windshields Total of 5 I need. And person who answered the phone. Just said "we have two cars but I don't know how the windows are you have to come look yourself, I'm not going out there to look" rude and unprofessional.
Great prices on parts. Good selection. If your looking for a junk yard that isn't super picked over and has good prices this is one of them. I've been to a couple in Denver CO and one was picked over and the other over priced.
Staff were polite, helpful, patient, and knowledgeable, and the place is well-organized and easy to find things in. I was looking for a wheel for an '05 Camry and the guy literally printed out a list of Camrys they had with the appropriate years, complete with the row I had to look in to find them. Then another guy helped me to make completely sure the one I found fit my car (I didn't know what I was doing). Excellent service, excellent place.
Best salvage yard out there! Super friendly staff and they always hook it up with great deals. I wish they posted which vehicles came in online, so I'd know when to get there, but then where's the fun in that!
First experience at a salvage yard and this place was amazing. Nathan went above and beyond, answered all my questions and provided stellar customer service. I found all the parts I needed and then some. Car and parts were extremely easy to find.
I'm sort of a regular if you count me showing up about every 6 months. The staff is quite nice and friendly, the inventory is also decent for how far I travel to get things. Their online inventory did seem to have an issue for a while but it appears that was fixed and is functional. I enjoy visiting to see what old and hard to find parts are available for me to pull as well I do see what might be a good replacement part for any of my cars.
The workers are generally pretty nice. Pricing is way too high like most junkyards nowadays unless you're getting parts for an expensive modern car. THEY FINALLY BROUGHT BACK ONLINE INVENTORY!!!
Very unorganized. Keep your good dependable workers, instead of the cheap dead weight workers. You won't get ahead . Stop wrongfully discharging good workers, and ones that incurred injuries at the workplace.
The man behind the counter was an awesome man .we had several blowouts of tires on our trip which left our funds low. We came here to see if work could be traded for some tires and the gentleman just gave them to us. Explaining that everyone needs some help at some time. This is so much a blessing for us and we will pay it forward. Kindness grows kindness
$2 fee is great. The car I needed was there. Unfortunately the space between the next car over was maybe 8-10 inches on the side I needed. Very difficult to remove a car door with very limited space.
I was looking at their in house parts for sale, while waiting for my husband getting parts we needed. I asked a question about parts I was interested in and the two employees that were there were talking amongst each other. I was completely ignored by the native female who also gave this nasty look at me. However, I was answered by the caucasian male which was nice since I was the only one in the building with them.-1 star
Found what I needed and found the lot to be well organized. Writing this review to acknowledge AJ and the great work he does at the business. I was in a tough situation and he answered everything, gave tips, and made sure I was taken care of. Made all the difference and I’d highly recommend this business primarily due to my experience working with him
Decent set up. Prices seem reasonable but they stack extra fees on your invoice. Be sure to ask before paying about the "warranty charge". It's an extra fee they charge for you to get the "warranty" that they advertise on their website.
A well-laid-out yard making what you're looking for easy to find. Carts and engine hoist are available for larger parts. As with almost all yards, you must bring your own tools. There are a lot of large weeds growing up around the vehicles in some places making it difficult to get at something at times. Online inventory is fairly accurate, but they don't seem to update it on a weekly basis as claimed.
Employees are friendly. Took scrap metals over there. Got enough cash back to fill up my tank. It's a good place to go when you need spare parts for your vehicle. Or sometimes they'll locate a part for you.

Easy to navigate around yard
I went in looking for EX Police equipment and parts to ship back to the United Kingdom for an American Police Car I've got preserved out there.
Not only did all the staff help, but gave me tools to get what I needed. Normally you bring your tools but as a international traveller this isn't really possible for me. But the staff gave me what I needed to get what I needed.
I spent about an hour here, found exactly what I needed and got loads more I didn't expect to find and got it all for less then $50, back home in Great Britain, the items I got would cost me upwards of $100 + Shipping and then tax...
So if you have the time and tools this place is most definitely worth a visit.
Sold my 16 year old a truck for $1000. Truck didn't even make it home. It appears that they got it working well enough to go about 10 miles before it completely died. Their response "not our problem". Will NEVER do business with them again.
As I was moving from out west to Mississippi my engine couldn’t manage the elevation changes coming into Flagstaff. As the engine gave it last “I think I cans”, I was forced to pull over and now deal with a junker. After placing a call and getting transferred a few times I was greeted by Alex. Alex ended up salvaging day one of my move by working with me to make sure my now junker could turn a profit and not become a huge loss with fines. As I finished unloading, I was greeted by Josh who made sure to take care of the rest of the business. All around great team working here and wouldn’t think twice about giving them my repeated business if I lived in the local area.
I love this place! It's a relaxing place to come spend the day and get some work done. Compared to junk yards in Phoenix, it does tend to be a little more expensive (still very cheap compared to Auto parts stores). Also, they don't inventory or pull any of the parts, they just know what makes/models/years they've got. So you should plan a scouting mission before you show up with all your tools.
Very disappointed in this place. I stopped in to get a tailgate which they looked up and said they had on a truck in the yard. I paid two dollars and went out to the yard but the vehicle was not there. I returned to the office and told them that and they said the truck might have been sent to the crusher and the database "probably wasn't updated yet". I asked for my two dollars back since they didn't have the vehicle they said they did but they wouldn't refund me so I told them I would write a review. Apparently the two dollars is more important to them than good customer service and their reputation. Stay away!
