Kevin goes above and beyond to help you with your concerns. He helped me out of a really difficult situation I was in with my alternator. Not only did he point me in the right direction he came out to charge my battery. I was able to finally find a mechanic to install this correctly after failed attempts with another garage. This all happened because of Kevin. It was a freezing cold day and I am forever thankful. This isn’t the first time he’s helped me. He’s always there for you. The staff here are all helpful they do what they can to help in so many ways.

I was just in the store and Tanner helped me with a price match on a product and gave me the $10.00 Credit for signing up for rewards that was sent to my email then Some cranky employ came up and said you can’t price match & give him the 10.00 reward! ....Well Tanner gave me both and took care of a situation that could have cost them a customer! Great customer service TANNER! Your the type of guy that makes a business succeed in Flagstaff. Thank you

Had a battery/electrical issue on my Toyota Sienna can. Staff at this location went above and beyond. They spent time to diagnose my problem, accurately. Then sold me quality products. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. If i had gone to the dealership the cost would have been about $700. This option was $200, and took a fraction of the time and effort. Definitely coming back here again. Even if they can't help me diagnose or "fix" all of my automotive issues, it's totally worth coming here FIRST.

Everyone there was extremely nice when helping me out. I had a breakdown on the 40 and needed parts so I could repair my car. They had all the parts in stock and even had a spare set of plyers I could borrow. I think the younger guys name was Josh!

These guys saved the day. I was out of town in Flagstaff on an elk hunt when I brakes started to grind. I needed a brake job on a Saturday night with no tools. I normally would never do a brake job in the parking lot but I had no choice. Julio was awesome helped me out with borrowing tools and was extremely helpful with me getting the job done. Thank you guy!

Oh these guys are nice. I like them I walked in right away a guy from right behind the counter approach me with answers and was friendly made some small talk ,even got to meet some of their family who happened to be there ! really nice guys even headed me in the correct direction to get the pressure in my tires checked over at a great tire shop!

I had a most pleasant experience interfacing with Julio Llamas. He is extremely customer oriented & very pleasant to work with. I purchased a multitude of products because of how respectful Julio was with me. He certainly is a credit to your company. Design, Construction, Project Manager (Built commercial buildings for my corporation).

Julio was a great help with getting my bug deflector installed on my car. I needed help finding the right kind of plastic clips to attach it. He helped me find the correct ones and went through the extra effort to help me install them and made sure that they fit securely. Excellent customer service!

The center rear brake line on our truck was out and right when we walked in, Jeremy took care of us. We’d already purchased a part and he got under the truck to try and fix it for us, and even though he couldn’t get the bolt off, he gave us the name and number of a mobile mechanic who could help us. It’s people like Jeremy who help restore faith back into humanity, so you don’t feel like you’re stranded out here alone. Thank you, Jeremy - I hope you get promoted or get a raise or something because the type of help you provide is invaluable. Thank you!!!!

Great service! Ryan was very helpful when I came in for a new battery and windshield wipers. I was happy to see him behind the counter as the last time I was there he found the right replacement bulb for my headlight and even installed it!

I went in to buy a new tail light and thought I’d have to replace it myself, but the guys came out and replaced it for me. Aidan, Luis, and Julio worked on getting the housing off—it was much more difficult than we thought due to bolts and clips not lining up properly—and were very gracious and professional. If I ever have another problem, I’ll be back. Thank you, O’Reilly’s!

We were helped by a very very knowledgeable man by the name of mike. He helped us diagnose our battery meter problems, checked our battery, alternator, connections and more. He figured out our problem when no one else could! (Repair shops) he saved us over $400 today! Super friendly staff, clean bathrooms, you can't go wrong visiting this O'Reillys! Thanks again Mike! I went to get wiper blades and floor mats. Ashley helped me find the wiper blades and mat. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. The price for everything was great. I'll go back if the need arises again.

I have always had good service there but the last time I was there with a battery problem the service man used the wrong procedure to diagnose the problem. I went on my own knowledge and purchased the battery anyways. That solved my problem. If I had not known better I would have replaced my alternator which was not necessary.

I had the best experience at this store. The customer service was excellent and swift. They helped me find the source of my pro lem which was the alternator and also had an onsite mechanic to install it for me in less than an hour. I will be bringing my business to them from now on and sending all my friends thir way. Thanks

Received very unprofessional customer service from Assistant Manager Juan between 11 -12 pm today 8/6/18 for brake pads. He definitely needs more training to treat customers nice and with respect. Some managers think just because they're managers, they rule. Never going there again!!

The worst Auto parts experience I've ever had. First I had to wait for the 2 employees behind the counter to finish their personal conversation and help me. Then the one that did was extremely rude and patronizing as I was trying to find a very common part. Even then he couldn't find the part I was looking for so I went home got on O'Reilly's website and ordered it for store pick up at another store the next day The part took me all of 2 seconds to find part number 660-013 and 660-014. If you can at all help it don't waste your time with these clowns.

Drove over 50 miles after speaking with a guy that said they could make hydraulic lines just to get there and 3 people working there, Blanca and James and Mike said they can't do it and refused to help in any way and that the guy who could, Brian, went home a few minutes earlier. Seriously? I'm making a call to corporate as well. We have a corporate account with O'Reilys as well and don't have many issues. But this is outrageous. Thanks to them we are unable to complete a job which a customer depended on because we took the word of the person who answered the phone and told us they could it.

Being here several times and you can find your auto parts quick. Don't have it? They'll order it or try to find it! Limited parking but enough for your needs. Staff friendly and knowledgeable. Auto shops in the area get their parts too! Lots of specials and affordable prices.

The manager Craig was the most helpful and interactive person I've met at an auto parts store. He not only found the bulb we needed, but identified another mix up with different bulb. Then when the credit card system failed, instead of having us come back with cash, just went ahead and installed both new bulbs for us and sent us on our way. WHAT A BOSS! Thanks Craig!

The guys here are super helpful! My alternator went out on my trip. Luckily the guys had a great mobile mechanic that happened to be at the store for another customer. The guys at Oreilys were able to figure what was wrong with my car promptly. Awesome service!!
