Rudolph, the assistant manager, was VERY knowledgeable and helpful. He helped us find the right battery, and even helped us with the install! He was super kind, answered all my dumb questions and had a smile on his face the whole time. I hope if you find yourself at O'Reilly's, you get Rudolph to help you :)
I just came in today to get a low beam light bulb for my Honda and Kennedy rang me up and greeted me with such kindness and genuine enthusiasm to help me get my bulb and as I was leaving offered to help me get the bulb put in it looked difficult at first but that didn’t stop his desire to help me and he quickly got it figured out and switched it out His genuine kindness and care meant more to me than words can express I hope you give Kennedy the Recognition he deserves best customer service I have ever received honestly thank you as well O’Reilly’s for allowing your employees to help y’all helped me so many times

We are a french group travelling on Route 66 with el monte Rvs. Very good service from Will and his staff who were veryhelpful. Wil welcomed us and changed the batteries. We recommand them.
Mitchell provided outstanding customer service. He helped us order the best thermostat for our 1997 6.5l motorhome and guided us through the steps and additional items we would need to change it out ourselves as newbies. He went above and beyond by checking in on us as we made the emergency repairs in the parking lot. I wasn't a big O'reilly's shopper before this, but now I look for O'reilly's before all the other autoparts stores because of the knowledgeable and encouraging support provided by Mitchell. That 180 degree thermostat been the best thing we've done to our engine and we sing it's praises on every hill on a hot day!
Absolutely the worst experience I have had at an auto-parts store!!! Went in to buy a quart of oil, didn't need assistance, advice, help, consult, or anything but a quart of oil that I easily picked up off the shelf. Literally waited over 10 minutes to try and pay. No register open. I had to wait in line for another 10 minutes for the "parts guy" to help me. Stupid for a business to make me wait 20 minutes to give them money!! Will NEVER go back!
I went to O’Reilly before the Fourth of July weekend to see if there was a fix for the drivers side quarter panel on my Corolla that was coming off, I had the pleasure to work with Mitchell. He was able and willing to go above and beyond to strategically fix the issue, he saved me a lot of money and made the experience easy and stress free. Awesome person with a lot of valuable knowledge and skills!
I can only say that I got the best help from this place not like the rest of all the auto parts stores I have been to. Got to give prop's where they belong. Very cool beans eh.
The customer service at the store is absolutely amazing. I would recommend the store before anyone else in town. Mitchell went so far above and beyond his duties of his job to help me today and I can promise you that as a result they have a Customer in me for how ever long I will be in the Flagstaff region. This store is very helpful and has good knowledge of vehicle service. I know personally some of my friends will only deal with O'Reillys because they know what there doing and helpful. I went a couple times was having a hard time with my battery to try and break it free. One there employees Kennedy had mentioned he had the same vehicle. He helped me out. Gave me tips and let me know I have a great vehicle. He goes above and beyond. I recommend if anyone goes to this location ask for him. He goes the extea mile. He deserves a raise!!! Owners if you read this. Prices are great!! Thank you guys down there!!
Natalie is one of the rudest Oreilly techs I have ever had to work with. She could not figure out how to find a replacement battery for me and no other employee would help her, probably due to her attitude. I ended up walking out after she searched for a new battery for 10 minutes without success. I love Oreillys and will end up finding one online and having it shipped to a different location.
We're traveling cross country and had an issue with our motorhome. We spoke to Rudolph who was sooooo helpful. He spent a lot of time with us talking about our options and offering to order the part as it was not in stock. Also have us options to get the part sooner than he could. Great service!?!
This is an amazing O'Reilly's not only is it's location Great ( in the middle of the desert where you need the most reliable auto parts store) They're very friendly and knowledgeable staff went out of their way to help me and diagnose what was going on with my vehicle *Staff members Rudy & Joe helped me personally ..and the rest of the staff have great customer service skills also I've been there a few times and I've always saved money from the staff's experience So it's a pleasure to go there and a great experience cuz I like dealing with kind friendly people who are experienced in their trade and that like helping other people this O'Reilly's gets a five-star review & recommendation from me
They were very helpful in helping me get the correct parts for my truck. We rebuilt the front end of a 4 wheel drive over the weekend and we were very thankful that all the parts we needed were in stock and we were able to come late for things we had to replace that were bad as we got further into it. The staff worked long and hard to help us get the job done correctly and also offered to loan us a few special tools that were very expensive to purchase. We will only do business with orielys for our automotive needs.
We came for a lightbulb for a motorcycle turn signal, on a Sunday, when we were having trouble finding one. Looks like whatever you need for your car, O'Reilly Auto Parts has it!
The employees at this location are awesome. Driving from Colorado, my alternator went out. They had a new one but I didn't have any tools with me. They let me borrow the tools needed to get back on the road. After replacing the alternator, the batteries were too dead to start my diesel. Again the awesome staff (and a few bystanders) stepped in and helped me to get enough power to start my truck. You guys and gals are awesome! Thanks again.
Store manager, your employee Dustin was exceptional! He easily could have brushed me off and say they didn't have the screws I needed for my IAC.
The original ones (phillip heads) were stripped and would had been very difficult to tighten down and avoid a vacuum leak. The rack of screws available at the store were not applicable.
However he thought out of the box and found the perfect screws in a package kit for installing license plates on to vehicles.
These screws he found were a better application and unlikely to strip down the road. So not only did he help me solve my problem, he made a sale that was not planned. Thanks again Dustin!
On our way through Flagstaff, our alternator went out on our Van. We stopped at O’reilly’s to see if they could help and were blow away with the service. Joe came out and got underneath the van to identify exactly what part we needed. Not only that, but since they didn’t have the part in stock, he called around town for us to see where we could get it. Cannot say enough good things about our experience there and I would highly recommend this store!
The service at this O'Reilly Auto store was AWESOME! The Guys checked out our oil in our truck. Husband wanted to see if I was low, but it was good. They also put the D E.F. in for diesel in my truck tank! Thank you Gentlemen for you expert help!! Service is Great.
Must give a huge shout-out to Nicholas as O'Reilly! I went in yesterday morning to pick up new windshield wiper blades for my Prius. Nicholas was so helpful and friendly, I honestly didn't know people at auto parts stores could be that way these days. He offered to install them for me, which was great because I'd had issues removing the old ones in the past. All-around great service and I will keep this store in mind for any future needs!
Staff is helpful and normally fairly knowledgeable. Prices aren't bad. Can get a lot better online for a lot of parts but then you're waiting and if there's any issues it takes a lot longer to correct. I'd rather buy what I need here than wait for all of those problems that may arise

I had the worse service today Brody is the rudest person I have come across is a long time. He acted like I was interrupting his day by even being there. He had no idea of the products I was asking for. I got 3 5gal buckets full of hydraulic fluid and few other things. He asked a few other employees. Ok no big deal think maybe the kid is new??? He printed out my rec to sign he throw it on the counter and a pen at me. I signed it. I trying to be nice but im losing my patients with him. He ripped the paper off the counter I asked him can you help me out please its to heavy. He never answered me he answered the phone and totally ignored me I wait a few mins he wouldn't look at me at all. I finally told him he was rude and needed to learn customer service and a thing or 2 about manners. I carried 1 5gal bucket out loaded and went back and got the other 2 5 gals with no help from anyone. That store was full of men more like boys because if there was a man in that store i won't have had to carry them. To make it worse i have a broken neck not supposed to carry that much. I asked for help. This little punk makes the whole store look bad.
Jay was incredibly helpful, I didn't bring my tools to swap out my battery. He insisted to help and swapped it out for me. He and the crew tonight we're very helpful, knowledgeable and gave me great customer service. I will only use this store for all my auto parts needs and recommend this sure to any and everyone.
