The guys at flag truck center are great this place does not disappoint, very professional and approachable. They have a great little driver lounge and are in a great location within walking to distance to the mall and a number of food locations. They got our truck in right away diagnosised, fixed and out the door in a short time. I would definitely recommend using these great people if your having issues in the area they don't disappoint .
Super great and friendly staff. They quoted one price and when I got the bill it was 1/3 cheaper than there quote. I highly recommend this place. I’ve been broke down in lots of shops all across the great USA. In the last 25 years. And these shop by far is the best I’ve ever dealt with ever. Highly recommend flag truck center !!!

They are thieves.. I hold part at international flagstaff. Check price they gave me code 440$ for breather and 80$ for sensor.. they grab same stuff from there charge 560$ for crank case breather and 150$ for sensor . I checked in 9am and confirm everything all rate of labor they hold us 6 hour . We call everywhere we hold part 2miles from them they just grab and charge 200$
more just in part guy told me they have to make money because they take it from them .. ISCAMMERS PLEASE AVOID
THEM . Whenever I ask to talk owner they avoid me .. they waste my whole day l. GOING TO REPORT EVERYWHERE

Came here for them to replace the Cam Positioning Sensor, Crank Possitioning Sensor, and a Mudflap. They gave us a fair price with the amount of time they worked on it.
Had trouble with the air drier on our GMC Astro while driving from Ontario Canada to California. Although they didn't have the correct part in stock, Wayne suggested a temporary "fix" to get us back on the road and GAVE us the parts to do it. What good and kind people at Flag Truck Center. Highly recommend them no matter what your parts or repair needs are!
Have stopped here before and been helped fast and was out of there within 30 mins. This time mechanic was telling me he couldn’t look at truck until tomorrow because he was closing early even though I called to confirm it was open and shows as open online
Stopped here for a quick fix because one of my lights stopped working charged me 200 when he initially told me it would be 50$ and then 40 miles later light went out again. This place is a joke
Came here and the guy was rude off the bat. He said he didn’t have time for me because he was too busy I told him I would wait. When he took a look at my truck for a simple wiring issue he said a bunch of things were wrong and started doing things I did not approve and then proceeded to give me the invoice and overcharged me significantly. He was so rude during the whole process as if I wasn’t taking care of the truck and was naming all the things wrong with it. WILL NOT STOP HERE AGAIN OVERCHARGING AND RUDE
Best family owned small, but big truck shop in Flagstaff. We have many heavy wreckers, and tractors that they take great care of. The team there are awesome people to deal with, and will not set you wrong.

These guys are awesome, I called looking for a part, they had it. They are the only place in town that stays open tell 8pm. They definitely are top notch for a shop in Flagstaff. I will definitely use them in the future.
This is long over due, we were there the end of March beginning of April. Wayne and his wife, are outstanding stand up folks. The office employees are nice and accommodating. Yazee the mechanic is top notch. I am satisfied with the work that was done, we blew a turbo, and the water pump was bad. They fixed her in a timely manner and drove us back and forth to the hotel. Made sure we were comfortable in there drivers lounge, supplied snacks and drinks. Thank you all again at Flag Truck Center !!!
They replaced my radiator I asked how many hours will it take the said 6 to 8 hours max I said ok when they called the price double to $2500 I called and talked to the owner he said he had to put 2 guys on it so it’s 14 hours I said we didn’t agree on that price I still paid the price to find out today they didn’t even put bolts in the radiator my truck is down 2 weeks later crooks beware
These people are rip off artists. I dropped my truck off at the shop on Tuesday September 6, 2022. The only thing that was wrong with the truck was the starter and the hydraulic line was leaking from the clutch. Nothing else was wrong with the truck. However, they called me a day later telling me that the truck had four dead batteries. I asked how was this possible. They could not give me an answer. Also, the hydraulic line parts had warranty on them. They refused to go back to volvo so that the warranty can be honored. They charged for four batteries that I never said to charge for. The batteries were good when I dropped off the truck. The truck went from a $1000 bill to a $2400 bill because they did something to the batteries. We got into a heated argument about the prices and the batteries. They threatened me because I had caught them in a lie about the batteries. They also broke my television in my truck and stole a couple charging ports for cell phones. I also have an air leak that was not there when I dropped of the truck. They did something to my lights to the extent that they barely worked. This place is a scam and they damaged your truck to boost the price for them to make money. STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE AS YOU CAN!!!!!
Any breakdown is not the most pleasant experience.... we had to replace several parts on a 2012 International.... clutch, master cylinder, and I believe an actuator ours was a really complicated fix it they managed to get the parts for at a time when parts are scarce my guy Paul is pretty good they made sure they got me to a hotel and also pick me up simply the best in town everyone has a cool personality and willing to help I appreciate you guys thanks... on the road as we speak splitter up thanks guys once again
Just had my fan clutch assembly replaced . Very professional and courteous. Thank you Larry for having the clutch overnighted from the dealer in Las Vegas. Once the parts were in the shop, my truck was repaired within 5 hours. I would highly recommend. Ask for Larry, very helpful and super professional. They even have a lounge for drivers. You guys rock
Paul was honest with timeline/communication. Wait time was less then 2 hrs. Repair under 2hrs, fixed and back on the road. Fair price. Overall great repair shop! My driver also said they were very nice to him professional! :)
Semi had a coolant leak, some lines busted.

I recently completed some major engine work at this facility. They comunicated clear expectations, the work was completed as agreed upon and the rate per hour was very good. They are experienced and seem to have a high degree of experience on a Cummins engine. I recommend this shop for all drivers; however, because of superior expertise and service coupled with a very reasonable labor rate, this location should be very appealing to the serious owner operator that may have little or no warranty.

They have best Technician. They will tell you what needs to done and what not. They are very straight forward with their estimate. Very safe parking. Will keep an eye on your refer- filling up fuel on time.
The worst shop ever. avoid at all cost. they will scam you until you will get the truck out of the shop and it will still probably not be fixed. They will tell you a new problem each day. They dont know how to fix the problem they will just start changing everything down the line. They will atleast double the original quote that they gave you when its time to pay. I had my truck there for 4 days and after paying 3000 it drove for a mile and had the same issue. Their response was "it need more diagnosis and more work done"
The worst place ever you can find. Every single day. They found a new problem to charge money we stood there 3 day and they wanted us to stay longer because they were finding some else. They tried charge us for something they had to do and didn't. The price on part we order was going up every second by the time it arrives its 3 times more. We had to get turbo changed, EGR cooling, and get the regen filters cleaned. And on the day they said we leaving they found another problem so we deside not to fix that because it wasn't a problem just because of that all our warranty is expired. We don't have warranty on parts that we bought new. Welcom to Flagstaff truck center.
