Called in morning explained problem Allen was very accommodating, cam sensor code they worked me in ,was done in a very timely manner. Good place will return if needed highly recommend. THANKS !

Stopped by on 5/27/2025 because I had a purge valve needing replaced along with air dryer filter and an air bag that i had myself .the parts manager said at 1145 when I got there he could have me in a little after 10m.at 110 I was pulled into shop and by 315pm they were done and I was back on road.that type of service is one I will never mind paying for.they treated me right and we're professional from beginning to end.i would recommend them to anyone.i have 25 years experience driving trucks and it was the first time in over 10 years stopping at a dealership that I was truly satisfied.i hope them many more years of success providing great service like that.

Left my truck for repairs they had it over a week called and said it was done drove 4 hours to pick it up and I didn't make it 2 miles and it had the same issues that I dropped it off for...super frustrated

Poor management here . Try to call for parts but not pick up call they give you options when you click it and 30-40 minutes i just wait on call nobody pick calls they deserve-10 ⭐ star the three star i gave they just for service guy he pick up call and try to find part for me but the part department is lazy not helpful location don’t go there save your time go other location

We have an International Prostar. Our def filter needed to be cleaned, and they were able to get us out of there within 3 days. They did a good job.

These guys right here are THE BEST! Doors opened at 7am mst. Told them what the problem was. Alan had me park my trailer around back & drop it. Drove back up front. He wrote me a ticket for the work. Mechanics get there at 8am. About an hour later, I was out the door. The fix on my trk wasn't major, BUT they treated it like it was. THANK Y'ALL SOOOOO MUCH!

They take too long to even diagnose the problem.. I got an air leak and drop my truck on Monday.they told me they look at it on Tuesday. I call on Tuesday and still waiting. On Wednesday they told me they gonna check it on Thursday.. I just gets fedup and pick my truck on Wednesday evening.. Go to local mechanic and he fix it in 1 hr..

Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to all. I have been having issues with my 2015 International box truck after treatment system since July of this year 2022. The check engine light kept coming on and it complained about everything from the egr to nox censors etc. I took my truck to numerous Rush Truck Centers across the Midwest to be diagnosed and fixed. I grew very frustrated when it broke down in Winslow AZ in early December. The check engine light and derate to 5%. Luckily there was a Rush Truck Center in Flagstaff AZ. I was very skeptical of taking my truck there to be told the same thing over again. But I did. The very next business day Jason the Service Manager called me and asked what happened. I went in detailed and explain my entire history of the truck. What the Rush in x state fixed etc to cleaning the after treatment filters and replacing nox censors and x said it was fixed i drove 100miles and check engine light came on again etc. He told me give him 3hrs. He called back 3 hrs later and said "okay Errol the truck is complaining about the SCR and communicating with it properly. There is a recall/service bulletin out there on it. I will order the parts and get it fixed." The parts came on 12/13. And the truck was fixed. He upgraded the software to communicate with the new SCR etc. They fixed the system so good that truck is not eating fuel. I use to fill up 2x every 8 to 10 hrs. Now I fill up once per every 8 to 10hrs. My truck drove through the blizzard in Eastern Ohio, wester PA and NY to get to Cato NY by 12/23 to drop a load with no issues taking secondary roads after the NY state highway authority placed a ban on commercial trucks traveling on i90. Navigating through all that wind and snow with no issues with the engine and after treatment system is a testament to Jason and his team. Sometimes it puzzles me how other mechanics know what to look for and fix the root cause, while others who had the truck in their possession multiple times only fix the symptoms. Thank You Jason for the thorough assessment and getting to the root cause and thank you for the open communication. Awesome Manager. I do not remember the name of the service team foreman but he was awesome too... Rush Truck Center Flagstaff is Awesome!

They are very open with communication!! They worked hard to get us out of the hotel! The first time the radiator came in they noticed it was bowed pretty bad so they would not use it!! So thankful they checked everything before just trying to throw it in and praying it worked!! They were so patient with us an very understanding!! Thank you for everything Service department y’all are amazing!!

Job was for 4/5 days to be done ( I was in waiting list)But Junior and 1 of their Manager in service side they listen my request ( Owner operator with 1 truck only). They fix it within 3 hours. Hats off yuys for helping hands

Came in for Def system problems that had been an ongoing issue for about 6 mo's. Wasn't too optimistic as this was the 3rd shop to take a crack at it (including a Peterbilt!) 3rd time was a charm however. It took 1.5 days but it was done right. Comfortable lounge to wait in with a Walmart right across the street, Cracker Barrel and Outback Steakhouse in walking distance as well as several hotel options. Too bad all breakdowns can't be this convenient.

I didn't have any work done just switching trucks. But one of the mechanics was very helpful in assisting me with moving out my stuff to the other truck. It was also snowing. Thanks again!!!!

0 stars for the company. Brakedown 44 miles away from them. They did not bother to honor the PACCAR extended warranty contract. Besides that they could correct this under the “recalls notices” they did in the past, never received one. It don’t matter if it is a Kenworth truck or Peterbilt for this matter. They tried to squeeze 1400$ for towing, not agreed. Tried to fix it in my own, called their Parts Department 5-7 times, to buy & replace the “fake scam” plastic barb head fitting with a brass one for coolant hose. “We have one in stock but we cannot find it physically.” They use a third party call center as a cloak to avoid the customers directly. ”National shortage” it is only on honesty and degnity. Be aware, guys. Stay away! They just milk the lemon. Extremely disappointed.

Fantastic crew here, the Manager Jason was excellent to deal with even though they where short handed & very busy he still got me an and was able to get me out in a reasonable repair time. Highly recommend this shop.

Got towed in around 1am. Was in kind of a bad mood and was expecting the worse after my last experience at a Pete dealership ( Albany NY area NOT these guys) I went in when they opened and talked to the service manager, explained what was going on. He explained that they would get a guy to check it out shortly but it might be a couple hours because the tech was finishing up another job. The tech came out asked us to pull the truck around back. He started on it then. In no time they came out and explained what the issue was and I was all set to go! This was by far the best experience I've ever had at a peterbilt shop! Everyone was friendly and helpful and eager to help unlike other semi shops where they act like your the biggest inconvenience in the world because your there. Again, everyone here j talked to was amazing!

Took our motorhome there with overheating issues and low power. They got us in about 3 hours waiting. They diagnosed everything and have very good communication to let me know what was going on. I would absolutely go back to this dealership. Go Clint Bowyer

Got some good reviews so called and was told it would be a couple of days before they could look at our motorhome. Had it towed there to be told my wife and dog and I would have to leave our home and go wait in a motel. The RV did not come off the wrecker. Went to a competitor and had the problem fixed in an hour. I would not bring your motorhome here if you need it.

This Rush Truck is absolutely very customer oriented. I came in with engine lights on, and they jumped to putting it on a computer. Found my problem quickly. I simple sensor, and the even explained it's use and purpose. Bought the sensor, and up the road I went. I have definitely found a shop while in the Flagstaff area. Well done Jason. You made me a devout customer while in your area. Thank you Sir

Had a couple of repairs done here they will charge you all sorts of money, they hooked up the computer to the truck to check a code and was charged 160 bucks for a 5 minutes work even after I spent a couple of thousands in repairs. Also they say they have a quality control for the after repairs, but it wont help cause my truck was still having issues even after the BS quality control, not just that I even went through an argument trying convincing them that the truck still was not working right, and the guy at the front desk told me "drive it like that and see what happens" REALLY MAN?????

Had warranty work done here, replacing the turbo on a C15 Cat... Got a tow from south of town, into the shop and everything apart and ready to go by the time the turbo arrived the next morning. We didn't have to hound them for updates ( in fact, they called periodically to let us know the progress) and they've been expedient with additional work whenever passing through. I usually have nothing good to say about a Rush location, be it large or small, but this location has always provided excellent customer service and old-school, knowledgeable mechanics (unlike the parts changers at most other Rush locations) in an exceptionally clean shop. This is an example of what Rush shooould be nationwide!

Rarely do I rave about maintenance shops , but the folks at Rush are a class act. Great communication, real discussions on what (and why) to repair vs monitor. Handled my RV with care. Didn't waste my time nor money. And they must have the cleanest shop in town if not Arizona.

Called ahead when I was 85 miles away and explained to Dave that I wanted to check for ecm updates and make some changes on my cruise control settings. He put me down to come in about 1 1/2 hours from when I called. I got there when I planned, checked in, dropped my trailer, and waited more than 2 hours before asking them about how much longer should it take to get to my truck. I was told not much longer that the mechanic is almost done with another truck. Waited another 30 minutes and had to cancel because I had 20 minutes left on my clock and my company makes us use e-log so I had to shut down. Kinda defeated the purpose of calling ahead. If it was going to be a long wait, someone should of said so over the phone. Hopefully I will never have to come back.
