Kevin is amazing. My 2 year old battery died and my jump box was dead. I called and asked if they could help me with my jump box and Kevin literally drove to my house to jump my battery. I followed him back to the store and he changed out my battery at no cost because my old battery was still under warranty. I was 3 hours late to work but I still made it and for that I am extremely grateful. I will trust Kevin and the OReilly's team for all my auto parts needs going forward. Once again, thank you Kevin!
Stopped at this location last night when I saw diesel fuel dripping from underneath my truck while stopped for food.
On a long road trip. Not good.
Thank God I brought that bag of tools. She can never again tell me that I bring too much stuff on road trips.
Now I just needed a short piece of fuel line.
I walked into this establishment, and was greeted warmly by Emily. I told her what I was looking for, and she showed me all of the available options.
Found what I needed, shimmied under the truck, and replaced it. Looked about right.
Went back into the shop and asked Jack to show me the hose clamps. In case the old ones got tired.
Jack was at least as friendly as Emily. Showed me what he had, and apologized for what he didn’t.
Great customer service.
I hope I never have to go back.
I highly recommend this O'Reilly location. Outstanding Associates! I have an 08 Mercury Grand Marquis. Seat belt clip said No! The young woman finally found the product: Blaster with Silicone I came back five hours later because I hit a curb - an it (4.6L V8) - overheated. Got coolant. Friendly, helpful and a sense of humor. Go Here.
This is the guys that did the water pump on the woods at camp in our acura rl, it went great! Thank you guys for getting all the parts and working with us quickly! If you need any help here Kevin is the guy to make it happen!
My family and I went to flagstaff. We were at the Chevron gas station about 1 minute away from this store when our car would not start. So we walked down to this store and we asked the manager Kevin if he had a battery for our type of vehicle. He did have a battery for us but we explained how our car was at the gas station not working. He decided to walk down to the gas station with us and see what was wrong with our vehicle. And eventually our car started again. Kevin was amazing! He took the time out of his day to help us and go above and beyond. If I’m ever in flagstaff again I would go to this store. Great service! i don’t normally make reviews, but i had one of the best experiences i’ve ever had dealing with my car today! kevin not only treated me like family, but he also still helped me change my battery even when they were short staffed and being bombarded with customers in-person and over the phone. they did not make me feel stupid one bit (which is what i normally get from anything that has to do with my car, being a young woman) and were very kind with every interaction with me. thank you so much for making my battery purchase a great experience rather than a burden!
I was distraught this evening. I left the hospital to buy my son a drink he was craving, and when I left the hospital parking lot, I realized my back passenger window had fallen down. It was around 5:45 p.m., so I stopped by O'Reilly to see if someone could help me get through the upcoming snowy night. Thank goodness the wonderful assistant manager and another very kind employee came to my rescue. They taped and bagged my window to get me through until I could get to a car window place tomorrow. The assistant manager even recommended a place to me. This momma heart is very thankful for the amazingly kind people at O'Reilly Auto Parts!
Reilly at O'Reilly's was great! I panicked when my engine light went on just as I was getting ready to head out of town! I went to O'Reilly's and Reilly Checked my engine code and said it was most likely the Mass Air Flow Sensor, trying to get on the road I asked if there was anyway he would be comfortable replacing it for me and if he had the tools to do it. He said Yes, it wouldn't be a problem. After he changed it my engine light went off and all was good, we were able to get on the road witjout a huge delay! Now that's customer service! Thank you Reilly! I really appreciate you.
Costumer service is A+ 10 stars worthy. Came in for a battery replacement. Old battery was badly corroded. They helped me pick the right battery, dealt with the corrosion, and replaced it. Also let me know the corrosion ate into the red post terminal. They helped me get the correct part and replaced it for me. They saved me so much time and money and didn't have to go to a mechanic. Will absolutely be coming back to this location for ALL my car needs. Give shout out to the assistant manager Kevin for making this simple and stressfree.
Terrible customer service... couldn't look up info for my car... figured out what I needed on my phone and brought it to the counter and one associate walked away and the other chatted on the phone, I left the product on the counter and walked out
Excellent service. Not only do I get good assistance with ordering parts, the staff at this store go out of their way to help customers in a hands-on manner.
They come outside to customers cars, to diagnose problems and often install parts.
As well, they have a good list of mobile mechanics and auto repair shops to refer customers to.
I found everyone there to be so very helpful. I had my check engine light come on while on vacation and I was seconds away from panicking. They were very understanding and helped me realize the issue was not bad at all and quickly helped me fix it. I am so grateful they were so kind and quick to help! Thank you Kevin and atikus. I won’t forget your kindness and I hope to pay it forward. You guys are good!
Attikus went above and beyond. I have spent the majority of my life working in the automotive business. I am often put off by parts counter staff. On 10/7/2024 I stopped by in the evening to pick up engine oil fluorescent dye. While at the store, I locked my keys and phone in my car. Attikus went out of his way to help me find tools and assist me in getting back into my car. I spent an extra $25 or so in effort to pry my door open and depress the unlock switch. In 20-30 minutes of doing this I learned that Attikus is authentic in his excellent customer service and a great advocate for O'Reilly Auto Parts. I will be back to this specific O-Reilly's store to give my money to Attikus when I need to buy auto parts. Attikus is a stand out and rare bird for his age.
Terry the assistant manager was a great help with hints about getting a steering wheel cover on easier.

Had my battery replaced here yesterday. I was in and out with a new battery in my car in under 10 minutes. The woman that helped me was very efficient and friendly.
Got what I needed for my Tesla... Haven't been to an auto parts store in a decade since my car is electric. No oil changes, brakes last for 500,000 miles, no belts or filters or hoses. All I need is washer fluid lol. Man, I don't know how people can afford gas cars these days, they're so expensive... I get 350 miles of driving for about $3 in home charging!
Went to exchange a battery that was still under warranty today. When I had the battery replaced about a year ago they gave me the wrong battery (not reverse style) and I had to go back to get the right one. The employee there gave me a different model number that didn't match what they had in the computer.
Fast forward one year and that battery died on me, so I proceed to take it in. The store manager said that because their employee gave me a different model number they could not replace it under warranty that I paid for previously. I was shocked they would not take any responsibility for their mistake.
Due to this lack of customer service I will no longer being shopping at O'reillys Auto any longer and I went to AutoZone to buy a new battery with a new 3 year warranty. Very disappointing!
THE employees here went above and beyond my expectations of helping me select the correct headlights. They also installed them for me. I've been to many O'Reilley's but this is the best
Kevin was a big help! Needed new windshield wipers and mine are more difficult to come by. He tried multiple pairs and was really patient. The new ones are working great!
Thank God for these wonderful people. They let me get the charge necessary to literally get up the hill as my Tesla decided to kick the bucket by the Grace of God just outside.
The minute we walked through the door we were treated with the utmost hostility. With one innocent question about my cars cooling light, i was attacked with condescending words and no help whatsoever. There was a scoff. They made me think my car was going to EXPLODE. When that was simply not the case. I left the store feeling like a loser and my self esteem was severely lowered. No one should have to go through this and you’re not alone.
I had a coolant emergency, stopped here and Evan was very helpful. While waiting for the car engine to cool, I saw the employees helping others in a very competent and friendly manner. The assistant manager was very good to someone else with an issue.
Kevin was very helpful in ordering the right part for me. I have been struggling numerous times with other stores and other companies trying to get this part and all the parts were wrong. Kevin ordered the right part and even helped with another issue I had. If you go to this O’Reilly ask for Kevin, he goes above and beyond the call of duty!!
I found Oreilly’s on West Route 66 to be very helpful and personable. The gentleman, who has a deep knowledge of the two World Wars, walked out to our car and explained that perhaps we could find among our friends someone who had a tap and dye tool. He could have easily pushed a tool that they carriedfor almost forty dollars, but he preferred to give us the advice we needed and turn us into long-term customers. That is the wisdom of long life experience. Altogether a very positive impression. Great place!
Was busy for a Thursday but I was able to walk up to the counter and get assistance with checking my battery right away. Kevin was straightforward and a great help. Per his recommendation, I got a replacement and he installed it for me on the spot.
The bast Service I have received in a car part store in a very long time. Julio and Terry were absolutely outstanding. The prices were reasonable and their focus to service the customer Was commendable. I own a 1999 RV. Finding parts are a challenge but Julio did it!
