I was on a motorcycle trip from Arkansas to the Grand Canyon. Just west of Twin Arrows, AZ my back tire was punctured. After my insurance company was unable to find a tow company in Flagstaff, AZ, I called this company. They were prompt. The tow truck operator was friendly and professional. And very good at his job. And the company is set up with specific equipment to load and haul motorcycles. Thank you to the driver and the company.
My husband was on a cross country trip on his HD Road Glide (motorcycle). He encountered a flat back tire in the middle of the Arizona desert (Rt 89) about 9.5 miles north of Cameron, AZ. We called Country Club Towing in Flagstaff who got out to him within an hour, hitched up the bike, and got him to a place where he was able to get a new tire, and get on his way. They were fabulous! I could not recommend them more highly! I'd give them 10 stars if I could!
Rick and Jay came to our rescue when our car broke down outside of Windsor while pulling a horse trailer. Jay got the suburban loaded onto the flatbed, loaded the horse trailer behind the tow truck, went out of his way to take our horse and trailer to a horse boarding ranch, and then dropped us off at a hotel just up the street from a mechanic who could work on our car on a Sunday morning. Honestly, breaking down was super stressful for us and our horse and we couldn't have found better help.
Rick, was great!! Hands down given the situation he was prompt very professional.
He got me out of a bad situation. Rick went above and beyond to make sure we got to a hotel, He even stopped by the hotel to let me drop my luggage off. Before dropping my car off at the repair shop Then giving me a ride back to the hotel! I can't say thank you enough.I highly recommend!!!
Super nice. Did a great job and got us out of a jam on a Sunday late afternoon. Not only did Ray drive the 50 miles out to come save us he called a few repair shops he knew to get us in at the end of the day. Highly recommend!
Called several times and they don’t answer. I went with Economy Towing. They answered, were cheap, and took only 30 minutes. I highly suggest them over this business.
We had to use Country Club towing during one of the worst days of our lives. Our truck was totaled in an accident and we were both shaken up and not sure what to do. Our driver was so kind during the loading and drive over two hours to where we could stay safely.
The next day we had to get the stuff out of our truck and he met us at the yard earlier than they usually open so we could get on our way home.
You don't really appreciate how your vehicle messages you feel secure until you lose it hundreds of miles from home. County Club Towing did everything they could to make sure we felt like we were taken care of until we could get our bearings. I definitely recommend them for any of your towing and automotive needs.
An absolutely wonderful towing company! We had issues on the I17 with an overheated motor. Rick came and following us with his lights on all the way into Flagstaff 30 minutes, to make sure we got here safely without blowing up our truck and trailer. 100/10 would recommend to anyone.
We were stranded in the snow a block away from our home. Other tow companies were not helpful or friendly at all but the folks here were so kind. We didn’t get to work with them because we were able to get help from a neighbor but they we ready to come help us and added us to their already busy schedule. Please note this was after a snow storm and unplowed streets, they were still friendly and ready to help!! Highly recommend them!!
Was already having a very difficult day with my car, I cracked my oil pan so my car was non-drivable. It was raining outside and about to storm heavily. I called around to get good rates. This company by far was nice on the phone and the rates you can't beat. They were willing to work with me on a budget. I was picked up shortly after calling, I got the pleasure of driving an hour away with Paul. I would recommend this company to anyone. They are very nice and reasonable!!! Thank you again, for driving in a storm to get me home safe with my car!!! You guys rock!!
Called to request a tow to my auto mechanic, and the owner answered with "What!?" I explained the situation and he agreed to come in 45 minutes, but mentioned nothing about fees/costs. When I asked how much it would be, he became agitated and barked back "$95.00 hookup fee!" angrily. I asked what a hookup fee was, and if there were other costs involved. The owner mentioned something about "mileage" but then condescendingly said "it costs $95.00 to bring it to your mechanic OK. You want me to come or NOT!?" I said I didn't, considering the rudeness and lack of details.
Very quick and professional. Was able to winch out my Chevy 2500 up to its axle in mud and snow. Was unstuck within 1.5 hours of calling.

My husband's Jeep Grand Cherokee needed to be towed to an Auto Repair Shop in Flagstaff. He was 9 miles away, yet on an unmaintained road, camping. Rick from country Club Towing was recommended to us and he willingly drove to the site. He tried a number of things to get the vehicle started before engaging the tow, and was successful in starting the car. My husband was then able to drive it himself to the Repair Shop. We are so very grateful to Rick for making such an effort to get the vehicle going. That is simply amazing to me! BTW... in calling many other towing companies in Flagstaff to help us, we found Country Club to be among the most competitively priced for their off road towing fees. Look no further than this company for all your towing needs!
Rick came to our rescue late at night on New Years Day in the middle of nowhere when the other tow companies refused. He was very professional and recommended a wonderful repair shop who took equally great care of us. Highly recommend.
These guys were awesome! I broke down in the the middle of an intersection. My wheels were locked up and I was stuck. The tow truck driver arrived within 10 minutes of my phone call. He was super friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend going with these guys.
Guy tells me 5-10 minutes, 30 minutes later tells me he's almost there, be there soon... 30 more minutes later he finally arrives, meanwhile I'm stuck on the side of the road in a lightning storm and heavy rains at almost 8pm after working an 11 hour shift... Took the guy 20+ minutes to get my car loaded up, another 20+ minutes to get it off his truck once at the lot it needed to be delivered to...
Don't tell a customer a time frame you cannot keep...
Outstanding service!! My family and I traveling from Oklahoma to Utah, our car dies on the side of the road for what was to us in the middle of no where. It only took one call at 10pm and maybe 30 minutes to get there. Nick arrived to save us from dark misery with our baby. We called road side for help as well as an officer but he was the fastest, most accurate and very friendly in a time of urgency!! I can't say it enough, THANK YOU!!
The best tow truck experience I’ve ever had. Called him late at night to tow my RV but he ended up diagnosing the problem and fixing it on the spot. Good communication. Showed up when he said he would.
BEWARE!! These guys towed my Range Rover without my permission, from my residence that was having the parking area resurfaced, damaging the suspension so as to render the vehicle useless until I replaced the front struts for $1900. The owner, who personally towed the vehicle, claims he did not damage it -- yet, it was fine when it was parked and not fine the next time I tried to drive it. Unbelievable that they won't take responsibility for their own failure. Don't trust them, and when you need a pro, look elsewhere. I will update this post once the lawsuit I file against them is resolved. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!
This guy is awesome!!! I highly recommend! We broke down on our way to Oklahoma and he picked us up, kept our pickup safe, sold us a car for cheap, and helped us load up our pickup a month later, thanks country club towing!!!
All in all, this place got us to where we needed to go safely. I give 4 instead of 5 stars, because one of our fog light wires was damaged during the hookup/disconnect process and it wasn't acknowledged. It was more of a "whoops, sorry that happened, but have a good day! " The wiring was pinched between the tow bar and the body of the rig and burnt to a crisp.
At the end of the day, a fog light was the least of my worries. But, now that the major issue has been fixed, I can't help but think the light issue should've been dealt with.

They get a lot of referrals from the police department, so they don't care.
Another time, ampm took about 5 hrs to deliver someone's vehicle about 7 miles away.
And lost their key still changed more.
Wouldn't go out of my way to call these guys again. Owner has been rude both time he has towed for my family. United towing is a much better company with more experienced employees and have earned my business over country club towing, hands down!
I'd give them more stars if I could. Rick and his crew helped me out when I was in a bind. They took excellent care of my truck and RV when I had a break down. I highly recommend them if you need a tow
Broke down at Jacob Lake, Arizona on the way to Utah. Called Country Club and the driver came out as quickly as possible for the long tow back. Rates were good and the service was very professional. In the future I intend to use them for whatever else may arise.
My son's were stranded in Flagstaff, AZ at 9pm. My husband and I called several other that offered assistance next day but not them. They were out and ready to help in 20 minutes. Thanks for getting my boys to Phoenix AZ safe and sound!!
