I’m giving this towing service five stars for their excellent communication! They were the only company that responded to us quickly and efficiently, which is so important in emergency situations. Their prices are very reasonable, and although we couldn’t use their services due to our own circumstances, I’m confident they’re the best option out there for towing needs. A special thanks to Hailey, who stayed in touch with us and provided great support over the phone. Overall, a very positive impression from our interactions with this company. Highly recommended!
Very poor communication with clients. We requested a call from the owner four times and never received that call. No one bothered to tell us the car was there, consequently ended up with a huge bill. We were out of town when it was towed in, and requested to have someone else pick it up for us, when we found out, knowing we’d be gone four weeks. Apparently they couldn’t do that for us. Would’ve been nice if this business could’ve looked at the vehicle registration and notified us. Not all circumstances are the same. Cost an octogenarian a mortgage payment.

How strange it turned out that their employees lived opposite this address !!!!
I reported this to the company J.E.T.T Towing, but they told me that on the day of the accident, our employee took the truck and trailer to his home (whaaaaaaat?), maybe that's why it shows your smart phone (complete nonsense). Not after that I went to check my truck I still didn’t find anything inside.
I won't leave you until I find my valuables.....
Our daughters Tacoma blew a head gasket and needed to be loaded onto a carrier for an out of town repair. Dallas was great on the phone and routed Steven to our location in Flagstaff. Wait time was less than 30 minutes. The truck was safely loaded in a timely manner with no drama. Their rates were reasonable and the prompt service was a bonus on this Sunday afternoon. I had a great experience with J.E.T.T, specifically with their tow truck driver Steven. I had an issue that led me to not being able to drive and instead of just towing my truck, Steven had tried to fix the issue first. Then we came up with a temporary solution to get it off the ground and into a parking spot until I could repair it the rest of the way. I really appreciate him taking the time to try to help me before just towing my truck to the shop and being done with it, he really went above and beyond! So I would 100% recommend this company if you need tow truck services! Thanks again!
Josh from jett towing came out to pull me out of the snow, he was very professional knowledgeable and fun to talk to, plus he was very careful when pulling the truck out as to not make it slide around and hit anything. I'll make sure to recommend jett to anyone who needs a tow.

Our car broke down in the middle of nowhere and had to be towed to Flagstaff, which was 150 miles away. So I called these guys to get the car and the trailer towed.
Dallas was great on the phone and told us the price and dispatched a tow truck right away.
James - super nice guy - reached out to check on our detailed location. After roughly 3,5 hrs he arrived and sincerely apologized that it took him so long because he had to finish the previous job. That was not a problem at all, since we did not expect him to drive 150 miles within 2 hrs on Arizona highways anyways. We utilized the time in the meanwhile to prepare the camper to facilitate the towing process.
James did a phenomenal job in hooking up car and trailer, very professional. Car was strapped down safely and trailer was secured with chains.
We had to stay in the car on the back of the truck while getting towed but James made it as comfortable as possible on the bumpy roads to Flagstaff.
We arrived safely but could not secure a spot on a campground. They were all booked out.
Dallas and his team were super nice and they let us stay two nights on their yard until we could secure a site on the campground right across the highway. James pulled us there for free!
As a summary: all the guys we met were super nice and tried to help us out in our dilemma. We are very grateful that we have chosen JETT towing. Dallas, James and the team were great!
Josh picked me up today on Route 66. J.E.T.T. Towing is the best. They are fast, courteous and true heros! J.E.T.T. had towed this truck more than once and all the drivers are awesome !!

JETT service was the 5th company we called at 2am. Everyone else (Murphy’s, adams, Grand Canyon, etc) didn’t answer their phone or said we’d have to wait on the side of the highway until 9am. We’re in a 2020 Tesla model Y and I feel like we got way over charged $575 for the fee BUT our tow truck operator, Steven, delivered a white glove service for my wife and I. For 2am, Steven was sharp, experienced in handling a Tesla, and enthusiastic about helping us when we felt frustrated and unsafe on the side of the highway. Steven managed to back the tow truck up with the Tesla right next to a charge port to charge the car so we could immediately turn on the car and reverse out. Skillz! You the man Steven!
Had my car impounded here twice in one year, and getting it out was quick and stress free. Staff is real friendly and both times it was only there overnight so the cost was fairly low.
J.E.T.T. towing was the only towing company in Flagstaff that could get us out of the double crater at Cynder Hills. We called every tow company in town and they didn't have the right equipment. Most also claimed they had done this before but clearly didn't so I'm leaving actual proof of who got the job done. We were stuck down 650 ft. at the bottom but it was light work for J.E.T.T Towing because they had the necessary equipment to get the job done. Thank you Dallas!!!
Got stuck in some severe snow this past Friday night. Gave this towing company a call and got a call back from Steven the driver. With my wife panicking, he was very informative and calmed her down. He found us reassured her, Dug us out of the snow and was very informative of where and where not to go. This driver Steven was different from others. He actually had a personality and had great Customer Service. He’s a bright guy and will go along way. thank you, Steven for your service. We appreciate it.
I don't get any of the 5 star post on here. The person at the front office was great, but the tow truck drive that towed my truck after an accident was a joke. They are the tow company for the Flagstaff police department and they will not tow your vehicle straight to your home without jacking up the tow cost. After it was towed I had to go to their yard to schedule another tow to my house. Once the truck was taken to my house the tow truck drive, the same not so great driver, wouldn't put it in the spot I wanted claiming the ground was too soft. Instead he put it in the middle of my driveway and he put it crooked. They may be great when you are stranded, but they suck if you are in an accident.

Car was at a scary steep complicated angle in a ditch & the very nice guy that helped us till 3am successfully retrieved my car without even scratching the bumper. Very skilled, patient, & kind drivers. Dispatch answered immediately after no other businesses we tried were answering, driver came quickly, he made sure we were okay, & great price for a very late night tow. I absolutely recommend them for any situation, I thought I lost my car but they got it in once piece, still don't know how he did but it wow great service.
Be careful when utilizing this service. They towed my vehicle after it was in a bad accident.(husband was driving, I was not with him) Flag P.D has a contract with them, apparently. They towed my vehicle to their lot, just a half mile from my house and kept it in "storage" on their lot, charging $50 per day, which I had to pay a week later to get it out of impound. I spoke to a receptionist TWICE in the week, and although she was very kind and polite, never told me that my vehicle was incurring daily fees. Not everyone knows these things. They take advantage of people's misfortune. Shameful, really.
Really great guys. They helped me more than they realize on a really rough night. When every other towing company was going to leave me in the dust or charge me an arm and a leg. Tesla's battery died in the left turn lane about .3 mile from Supercharger. Police and Sheriff's department officers were there quickly to park in back of me with lights on so that people would stop pulling up behind me to honk. They gave me the name of Jett Towing. The dispatcher immediately sympathized with my predicament and said they would send someone right away. Josh was there within 20 minutes. A warm and friendly guy which helped since my daughter was with me and it was snowing (Flagstaff!). Josh knew exactly what to do with a Tesla to get it into Transport Mode and onto the rollback and over to a Supercharger.
Staff seem to be snobby,I understand they have a job to do ands it requires a lot of fortitude because of towing your vehicle but being nicer when you inquire about it would help. Because they were so uncaring I just left the truck there. Would have helped a bit to afford a little wiggle room. Was 40 dollars short and they refused payment. I understand the nature of the business but rudeness and uncaring is not how it should work. Trucks don’t eat they sit there require no attending out cleaning up after. 50 dollars a day is robbery and holding my truck hostage until I do pay is in my book wrong.
They provided EXCEPTIONAL service. Our car had broken down about 3 hours away and the rental car company took hours to find a car for us. JETT towing was very patient with the situation and even waited for hours so they could help us, and thanks to them we were able to get a car safely delivered to us.
