Called to have a 19' travel trailer towed out of the Coconino National Forest that was five miles of the main road, with somewhat steep and winding Forest roads.
Michael kept us informed as to his arrival time.
Michael arrived with Miguel with the flatbed towing rig. They were very professional and did a great job getting the travel trailer onto the rig.
With our location, we thought the price for the tow was good.

I cannot recommend Northern Arizona Towing & Off Road Recovery, LLC, enough! My office car broke down unexpectedly on the way to Monument Valley, leaving me and my colleagues stranded. Initially, we had the car towed by a nearby company, but they were difficult to contact, which added to our stress.
Thankfully, we found Michael's number on Google, and it was the best decision we made. Michael, the owner, was incredibly helpful, quick to respond, and offered the best price for the service. When we arrived at his office, we met his mom, Barb, who is not only super funny but also so kind and supportive. She went above and beyond to help us figure out how to retrieve our office car from the first towing company and garage in a small village.
Michael then transported our office car all the way from Arizona back to a dealership in Los Angeles, California. Their professionalism, kindness, and efficiency were outstanding throughout the entire process.

Northern Arizona Towing Service is incredible. My car completely broke down the left turn lane on 4th Street and Rt. 66. These gentlemen quickly picked up my car and made the whole process easy and not scary. They were efficient and very kind. I am grateful they were around for my first car break down. They rock!

My apartment complex partners with N AZ towing to remove vehicles that are illegally parked. I called to have someone who parked illegally moved and they didn't come. I use the handicapped parking because I have issues walking longer distances and needed the handicapped spot. I tried to call and text for an hour and never got a response back about an ETA or anything. It's getting late and I couldn't let my car sit by the dumpster all night so I had no choise but to park a mile down the road and uber back to my place. Turns out my assigned parking spot was taken by someone else too. I have had a similar situation with them in the past, kinda disappointed.
Update: Seems they are pretty sensitive about bad reviews. Guess that's why they have all 5 star reviews. They threatened people. Ha.

Thankyou so much northern Arizona towing and recovery These guys saved me from really overpaying for towing from the hart prairie road in the flagstaff bordering bellemont area! Aaa wouldn’t come… many tow truck companies would not come and many would not come for under $500 with several hours waiting.. Michael picked up the phone understanding where I was and said I’m on my way… 45 minutes later he was picking me up 6 miles down a dirt road with no transmission fluid in my pan which got pierced by a rock… he cut a huge deal for getting my pan fixed through his transmission shop . It was a very good experience and I’m so grateful for this towing company existing. Punctual! Professional and courteous!

I’ve know micheal for a long time, I called every towing company in town to see about price about getting my truck that just bought back to flagstaff, where it broke down in Phoenix. When I say northern Arizona towing is a life saver I literally mean it. We were stranded in the middle of nowhere at 2am with my wife and three children and no one would come help us. We had been stranded in the middle of nowhere for four hours but when we got ahold of northern Arizona towing 24 hr emergency towing number. When he found out how long we had been stranded with a 8 month old and two other children under 5 he and his wife jumped out of bed and headed our direction he drove 80 miles to our location and drove us all the way back to flagstaff another 80 miles and after we asked information about repair shops and he he said he will be able to repair our vehicle. Not only did he get us out of a horrible situation, and repair our car but he did it for a fraction of the cost that it would have had a regular tow company and a dealership preform the repair. We were back on the road the next day and if it wasn't for him and his company we most likely would have been stranded in flagstaff for days of you need a towing company call them and no one else. Thank you northern Arizona towing im forever grateful for you guys.
Best rates in Flagstaff, fast friendly service. They also have a full service auto shop too so if your car need service, they'll tow for cheap, fix for cheap and have you on your way. Very military friendly and supportive of local soldiers.

Excellent choice when you’re ina rough spot!
I was off-roading on some forest service roads up by Priest Draw in Flagstaff on Sunday and managed to get stuck in a huge patch of water/mud. Definitely thought with it being dark, nobody would end up showing up. But no, here comes the NAT tow truck as well as the boss in his personal super duty just incase the road was too bad for the tow truck. I commend him for that for sure. I barely had service as was only able to supply them with a limited amount of info and then I was out of range. They went on the hunt, got me out of there, and I was able to drive me mud bucket home to the valley. Great company to work with.
While at the Grand Canyon our rental vehicle needed to be replaced. Their quick response in bringing us a replacement vehicle and get us back on the road was outstanding. Thank you!!

These guys are life savers, my BMW R1250GS broke down on the AZ BDR and they were able to rescue me from that situation. Super nice and helpful people, they worked with BMW Roadside Assistance.
When the police and fire department wouldn’t answer my call they came very fast to help me retrieve my keys out of the street drain. They were very outgoing and funny. They helped me out a lot and I would definitely recommend them to anyone I know that would need help with anything car related.
