I was just passing through town on a road trip, so it seems unlikely I'll ever need their services again, but I wanted to leave a review because I've also had an extremely negative towing experience once before (elsewhere), so I know what a difference a good, reliable, trustworthy tow truck driver can make when you find yourself broken down and alone in a strange place!
Our vehicle got 2 flat tires about 30 miles outside of Flagstaff. AM PM Towing was able to prioritize getting us off the side of the highway in a promptly manner. Very professional and attentive, and highly recommended!
We’ve used them to tow two of our cars, one recently, the other a year or so ago. They were so kind and quick to respond- the guy started driving out to me immediately after our phone call (while other towing companies in town were unable to get to me for several hours). I was a little shaken up after the minor accident and wasn’t thinking of all the different moving parts and the gentleman who helped me brought things up that I wouldn’t have even thought of until it was too late. It helped to make the whole process easier and faster, and helped me to feel calm and that everything was going to be ok. It truly felt like I was being taken care of by a caring family member.
These guys are pretty awesome. They have helped my elderly mom out twice in the last few months. The driver took the time to clean her batter terminals and gother car started avoiding time at the repair shop.

My car broke broke down in the middle of Tuba City this sunday afternoon. I called Am/Pm Towing around 3 and the driver (Lucky) was able to head right out to come save the day all the way from Flagstaff. Lucky is a hell of a guy! Very professional, very courteous. I would recommend Lucky anytime anywhere!
AM/PM to the rescue! They were amazing. The Dispatcher Jo was reassuring and clearly communicated what would happen. They had lots of calls due to a very slippery snow storm (including me). Lucky arrived on time and was AMAZING! I was really impressed how well he hooked up my car and got me home safe and sound. He parked the car (backing in) right in the driveway better than if someone were actually driving the car. Not only was he exceptional at his job, he was kind and engaging after a stressful night for me. The entire experience of using AM/PM towing was great. Kudos again to Lucky - the best towing professional I've ever seen!
We cannot thank this towing company enough for rescuing us from two flat tires (potholes). This company went above and beyond to assist us from the woman answering phones (she helped get us local tire shop information) to the tow truck driver Lucky. He was amazing, so very friendly and accommodating, thankful that he made what could have been an awful situation easier on our family. Truly we are very grateful!
I can’t rave enough about how great Am/Pm towing is.
My boys and I went up to Flagstaff to play in the snow with a couple other families on Friday. Unfortunately, I got stuck on a forest service road and we tried for hours to get out with success to get stuck again in a blizzard on our way out on Saturday. The boys and I had to leave our car until we could safely get it towed on Sunday.
I spoke with Jo the owner of AM/PM towing and she was phenomenal. She eased my concerns and she worked with my insurance to get the tow covered at 100%. It could of been extremely expensive as some quotes from other companies were up to 3,000$ as it was considered an off road recovery.
Sunday morning, her husband Lucky, picked me up from my hotel. He popped my car out of the snow in less than 30 minutes and towed me back to pavement. Lucky was prepared, knowledgeable, kind, compassionate and not frustrated with my situation! He was even concerned for my kids and asked me to have a back up plan for them if things didn’t go as planned and we got stuck or it took all day to get my car out.
Lucky and Jo really made a horrible situation into a not so horrible of situation. Thank you!!
I got my Jeep stuck half way up the side of a mountain to where I couldn’t get out of the passenger seat without risking a rollover.
No one would attempt the rescue except for Lucky with AmPm Towing.
He was very nice and also very experienced in off reading.
He was able to get his rig up the mountain and strategically get me out unharmed.
I would have been SOL without him.
My car broke down and they came and got me. Heaven knows who came to pick me up but let me tell you: I would have broken down on purpose just to go on a ride with this fine fellow. It was like driving with one of my uncles, super kind dude, mustache and trucker cap, smelling faintly of cigarettes. The CLASSIC tow truck guy, but in the best way, super kind honest guy, made great conversation, and I left that experience feeling better than before I wrecked
I called today to see about having my vehicle jump started after our battery died the night before. The woman on the phone was quick and to the point, which was appreciated, but was lacking in politeness - not even a "bye" before hanging up the phone.
Our vehicle location is 20 miles out of Flagstaff and we were told we would be charged for two hours of service and that because the vehicle was on a road that isn't maintained, we would get charged about $350 to get jump started at that location. All of this is fine, but I figured it would be worth mentioning that we called Northern Arizona Towing immediately after and they quoted us for $150 for the same service and an ETA of 45 minutes. We recommend calling around first.
Keep in mind that we only needed a jump start and not a tow. Other reviews seem to suggest the towing service is excellent.
Last week our truck and trailer broke down on our way to Flagstaff coming from Phoenix around 4pm. Ian came to our rescue with first class service. Without hesitation was willing to tow us back to Phoenix. He offered stellar customer service, was beyond helpful and polite. I kept trying to offer him a cash tip and he wouldn't even accept it. I know that was a long drive but he had the best customer service and attitude! Thanks again for helping us during such a stressful time! Highly recommend!!!!! Ian is amazing!!!
I cannot recommend AM PM towing enough! My husband and I and our two young kids were stranded stuck out in the forest on a bad road alone it was getting dark and a snow storm was scheduled to hit in 4 hours. AM PM sent Mr. Lucky to recover us. He was amazing in every way. Lucky put our family first and made it a priority to get to us asap and back to safety before the storm arrived. My family is forever grateful for AM PM and Lucky!
Absolutely wonderful service by Lucky and the dispatcher gal that answered when I called. Stressful to have a college kid have a stranded car when I’m states away- but AM PM towing was so kind and amazing and they had no problem fitting into the Skyview Parking garage at NAU. Highly highly recommend! Lucky even called the shop I wanted the car taken to ahead of time and dropped it off there for her so she wouldn’t have to leave her college. I’d give them more stars if it was allowed!

AM/PM is AMAZING! Lucky (the driver) is ever more amazing! I know there were tons of accidents and slide offs due to the snow. I knew it would be a wait but their dispatcher Jo called and assured me they would get to me as soon as they could. She also said I could call if I needed to. He arrived and hooked up my car (despite all the crazy snow) in no time. I was super impressed how he was able to back my car into the driveway (also surrounded by snow after we got 3 feet of snow just days before). Not only was he skilled at his job, he was kind and engaged in very pleasant conversation. It was such a pleasurer after I was so stressed out about being stuck in the first place. Kudos to the entire team at AM/PM towing!
After sitting all day waiting for my roadside company to find someone to jump my vehicle to no avail, I took it upon myself and made a few calls. I hit the jackpot by calling AM/PM. Lucky came out promptly and within a minute had me up and running. Even showed me how to use my Noco GB40 that I hadn't had any luck with all day. He then refused to charge me since we used my own equipment to start the battery. After a day filled with stress and tears, Lucky restored my faith in humanity. Thank you Lucky (and wife who took my initial call) for being amazing humans.

I ran out of gas in the middle of nowhere. Gieco arranged for am/pm towing to help me. Audie called immediately to confirm my location. She walked me through sending the precise location with my phone. The next call was from the tow truck driver, Ian, making sure he was bringing enough gas for my car to get me to the nearest gas station 20 miles away. He told me he was on his way and about how long it would take him to get there. He arrived with a smile and gas when he said he would. He made sure my car started before he left. I was very impressed on how fast the tow operator arrived to where my wife's car died. As a plus the driver was very friendly and helpful. He also dropped the car at the dealership very quickly. Would absolutely recommend AM PM towing when you need a tow or recovery.
We called for a tow because we believed we may have had more than a battery problem and would need a tow to a repair shop. However the driver charged our battery very quickly and helped us determine we likely just needed a new battery. He solved our problem in the easiest way and saved us a lot of money too. He was also very friendly.
Today, I left my keys in the ignition for a few hours and of course, my battery died! I think Ian was the guy who helped me, he showed up earlier than estimated, was nice and easy to talk to, and jump started my battery with no issues! Our truck got stuck off woody mountain road and no other towing company even entertained the idea of helping extract our truck from the mud and ice. The driver was super cool and helped us out. Fair price for the job, really appreciate you AM/PM. Hopefully I won’t need to call again but if I do, they’ll definitely be my first call.
We didn't have much of a choice when we were towed after an accident but the tow staff was fast and efficient. More than that, when I went back to get our belongings from the car, the lady at the desk was so genuinely kind and concerned. She put everything back in perspective (the car was totalled but my daughter was okay) and I walked away feeling like everything was good. Great people!
Lucky is an absolute angel. My car was stuck on a rock and I was so nervous and upset and Lucky immediately put me at ease and told me it was an easy fix. He explained exactly how he was going to fix it and walked me through what I needed to do with the car. Within 15 minutes we were driving away. It was such a relief and Lucky was so sweet and friendly. I would recommend him and AM PM towing to anyone!
