Simply put, the staff is great. The facility is new and well designed. We had a great experience. We have an RV and did not stay in any of the cabins, but they looked really nice.

Be aware, that when you rent a cabin you’re essentially renting a VRBO or an Airbnb. Reserved the Birch. We had a group of eight of us and from the description, it should have been large enough. Nope! Our three out our four children had to share a beds, because there were not two sets of bunkbed but rather one set. So one slept on the couch. Rooms had ceiling fans with light kits with one single switch to control, so…all or nothing. No remote to come trip the fan. Had to search for the TV remote the couch. No shampoo available, but body wash and conditioner provided. No shower drain cover. Cabin provides up to 10 people, but only had three towels. Bring everything for food preparation, including salt and pepper. Pots and pans provided, but for small meals. Consider brining additional pans. Outdoor grill offered on single set of tongs for cooking. Fire pit on outdoor deck came with no instructions on how to operate. And perhaps because of the season, little to no offerings for breakfast, lunch and dinner at the “clubhouse.” Had high expectations for this place. Would be better to stay in Flagstaff at a hotel.

The staff was so friendly and the amenities were amazing. I had a bachelor party with nine of my friends at night. We were able to see the stars and talk around a fire very intimate Way to spend a bachelor party with the people I care about most in a wonderful environment. Highly recommend.

My boyfriend and I stayed here in the aspen cabin for a little getaway weekend. We had such a great time. The cabin we had was perfect. It was spacious and clean! Luckily when we went it was snowing! I loved how they had games in the lounge and had really great food. I highly recommend staying here, it also great for families as well.

This is our 3rd winter staying in a cabin here and probably our last. This is what we've concluded between all our stays. It seems like presentation is there but as you look closer, there are some definite improvements to be made. First off, the rooms are tidy but not never clean. Several spider webs, and dust throughout the cabins. The bed sheets and pillow cases definitely should have ben washed again before we checked in the cabin. we had horrible allergies when going to bed. The outdoor grill was really gross with caked up fish skin someone had before. It stunk our area up and smoked pretty good when i tried to fire it up and clean it myself. Also Some of the electronics had issues. Certain switches and outlets were setting breaker off multiple times. The showers had to be spread out because hot water was a commodity here during January. The main building looks nice but service has always been hit and miss. You'll get one night where its good and other times where there is no one to be found or rude employees. the food availability inconsistent. Trying to schedule and pick a camp site with multiple family's is a gamble. We had to call and try to switch rooms around so that we can be close. Also, the trail nearby was closed so it made our trip kind of tank because we hauled atvs specifically for trail riding. Luckily it snowed so the kids didn't get too bummed out as they were able to play. Overall keep your expectations low and plan activities outside the camp so you won't be disappointed.

We had a great stay at Village Camp Flagstaff! My family of 9 stayed in a Birch model cabin. Their cabins really have it all. The kitchen included all the utensils, pots, pans, coffee machine with coffee pods, dish soap, and sponge. The bathroom had soap, lotion, shampoo, conditioner, and loads of extra towels for everyone. There’s even a washer and dryer! We only really needed to bring our own food and clothes. It was nice and clean. It has great views. Only about a hour and a half from the Grand Canyon and 20 min from downtown flagstaff. The base camp is fun and offers a range of activities. Staff is super friendly and easy to talk to. I would recommend it to all of my family and friends!

We had the best time staying at Village Camp Flagstaff with our family. Our cabin was clean, cozy, and we loved that it had a full kitchen. The property is beautifully designed, with thoughtful touches that make the experience feel both comfortable and elevated. Our little one absolutely loved all the games and the onsite play area. There were also plenty of spots to relax and hang out. The whole place had a welcoming, laid back vibe that made it easy to settle in and truly enjoy our time. We also loved the location, a short drive to Canyon Coaster Adventure Park and Snowbowl! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Village Camp Flagstaff for your next family adventure!

This was our 2nd stay at Village Flagstaff. We really love it there. Our daughter stayed in a cabin while we stayed in our RV. It is so beautiful and well maintained. We had the site with the fire place and built in gas grill. Very spacious. WiFi worked great. The laundry facilities are centrally located. We especially love the club house. It’s gorgeous. The food is delicious and we enjoyed the live music and glass of wine. Our grand kids loved the park, lawn games and all the other children around. Kirsten the mgr, is amazing and made sure we had everything we needed. We will be going back to escape the valley heat all summer!

The good: the location to downtown flag was a short drive. It was a quiet environment. The staff could be communicated with via text. That being said, I would not stay in the cabins again with small children. We stayed in a Unit that had space with 7 beds. We had six adults and two children, under 3. The very steep stairs up to the loft, which was not big enough for an adult to stand was the only place that we could fit a pack and play. The stairs were very enticing for little ones to climb up and down, which meant that somebody always had to be on guard to watch the baby. There is no place to put children down to sleep that would mean that adults would need to go outside. The upstairs loft obviously gets very hot if you have the heat on for the people downstairs. The grill in our facility was not working unfortunately by the time we heard from from the Staff, we had figured out another way to cook the meat that we had brought from home. Our experience was not terrible. We just learned that for our size group and having little ones we need a larger place to stay. If we were to stay again, I would go as a couple.

Everything about this place is top notch! Absolutely gorgeous- the check in area has a full bar, food, an excellent sitting area with gorgeous chairs! They even had a gift shop where I wanted to buy stuff because of how trendy and cool the gear was. Every site was pristine, level, close to gorgeous cabins. Staff was excellent. We wanted to stay longer just to hang at the pool and hot tub! We stayed in December and the hot tub was open. Super fun because it was cold. Grand Canyon is only 1 hour away, meteor crater is the opposite way 45 mins. This is def a site to stay at. Hwy noise wasn’t bad at all! This place is killer! Stay here!!! Price was also reasonable.

The cabin was tiny - much smaller than we were expecting. It was clean and the property was well maintained. But, the cabin was quite drafty, the propane tank for the fire pit on the front deck was empty when we arrived (and never replaced) and we were without water for a time one evening. We only saw one person working on the property while we were there and couldn’t get any response from the front desk - we tried email and phone calls. Fortunately, our water service was turned back on, but on one bothered to return our call to let us know. The stay was very expensive and we found it to be a poor value. I would not recommend staying here.

The view was beautiful from our cabin but inside the cabin was a different story. The walls were covered in dirt marks and grime, the pull out bed sheets had crumbs and dirt all over it, the floor had crumbs and dead bugs going from the stairs to the kitchen, there was a left over lint roller sheet on the floor that was covered in animal hair which I learned also covered the couches as it triggered allergies in my boyfriend and I, which makes me wonder if they even change bed sheets or clean the couches besides with lint rollers, the bar stools had hair that wasn’t ours stuck in the bolts on them, and the dishes and cooking appliances still had old food on them which would’ve been rewashed anyway but still gross. We sucked it up because we wanted to enjoy our only weekend away but was extremely disappointed with the quality of the cabin. Seems like they value the quantity of people they can get in on a holiday weekend rather than making sure things are of quality inside the cabins.

First impression, omg this is going to be amazing! Walk in the cabin we were greeted with the smell of onions.I don’t think the cleaning staff actually clean the cabins and we questioned if they changed the bedding. Throughout the cabin you can tell the floors and stairs were never swept/ vacuumed or mopped. There was visible dust/hair on the floors. The stove top and refrigerator were not clean. Overall the cabin needs a deep clean. Hair and visible stains were stuck on the bathroom door, along with stains on the couch. If your bed is upstairs in the cabin, unless you are 3ft tall, be prepared to walk bent over. If you have dogs be prepared to pay an additional fee when you check in, that info was not disclosed to us beforehand. With the amount of money paid and the glamorous reviews, don’t believe the hype, that’s unless you like spending a ton of money on a dirty cabin! Those giving 5 star reviews must not believe in having a clean space because this is not it.

We had a wonderful experience at Village Camp! First, the view of Mount Humphrey is spectacular as soon as you walk into the club house/check in. The tiny home was perfect with a rooftop firepit and fireplace in the living room. Beds were very comfortable and kitchen was well equipped for a longer stay/ meals in. The pool was closed for the season but the hot tub was great and the kids had a blast on the playground and amenities. Very convenient location in a beautiful quiet setting. We will be back! Staff was amazing. Top notch all around! Oh and the food was great too at the onsite restaurant!

Our family of 8 and 6 pups spent 3 amazing days in separate cabins and had an incredible experience! The resort is exceptionally well taken care of and very well maintained! Our cabins were very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The staff is amazing, especially Emily (thank you for your amazing service), Lia, and Brook! We didn’t leave the resort once because there is so many things to do, or just relax! We will definitely be visiting Village Camp Flagstaff again!

We had such a great family trip here over Thanksgiving weekend. The cabin was clean and so cute it was perfect for our crew. Traveling with our little ones was made so much better staying here - they had smores set up the night we arrived and arts and crafts for the kids the next day. We took advantage of the hot tub and the kids took advantage of the park. It was not too far to drive up to Snowbowl and also perfect location to take the kids to Bearizona. We had an excellent stay and can’t wait to come back again!

We just stayed in one of the cabins for four nights. The cabin was clean (which is rare for me to say, I have gotten use to taking my vacuum and Swiffer and clean when we first go in) but the cabin didn’t really need it. It had everything dishes, pans, wine opener and even a pizza cutter. The staff was very helpful especially Michael from maintenance. Our washer and dryer was not working when we first got there. He came and tried to fix it, but it was not repairable at the time so they swapped the whole thing out for a new one. The only bad part was that it was on Thanksgiving day and I was needing to get the food prepped but they got it changed out as fast as they could. The resort itself is beautiful. We played basketball, pickleball, corn hole, and rode bikes. Our family stayed in one of the RV sites and it was great as well. The coffee bar/bistro was nice too.

We stayed here for 1 week, just checked out today. Village camp was amazing, we rented a cabin, very clean and had everything we needed. Most other cabin rentals I have stayed in the past do not provide, everyday essentials, VC does. The cabin had everything from laundry soap pods, dish soap, TP, Paper towels, fully stocked kitchen of pots and pans. They even had shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower. ||We ate at the restaurant a couple times and had some drinks, the staff was very friendly and food was good. ||We didn’t use the pool or hot tub, but both looked extremely clean and well cared for. The pool is heated year round, which if we had time we would’ve jumped in. ||WiFi is a must and it worked well. ||Check in process was easy, we took the Amtrak sleeper train and arrived late, about 2 am. We rented a car from flagstaff rental car. (928-233-4245) I will be leaving that company a review next. If needing to rent a car definitely 5/5 they had our car at the train station awaiting our arrival, all we had to do was get in and go. ||Check-in process - they leave your cabin number and door lock code at the building ready to go and send an email with all info.||Also I recommend Bearzonna OMG was an amazing experience. ||I will definitely stay again. ||More of an upscale experience for sure.

We have a 44ft motorcoach with a tow, it was an easy entry to Village Camp . The site was great , level and had beautiful stone gas fireplace . ( perfect for relaxing after our drive) The clubhouse was amazing! Bistro , bar and lounge area was perfect. Lots of cool amenities… Heated pool, hot tub, and outdoor activities…very family friendly. Didn’t spend the night in a cabin but visited one ….WOW….so cool !! Management and staff were professional and friendly. If you are headed to Flagstaff or just traveling West …. This is the place to stay !!

What a wonderful place to stay! We spent two nights here in our motorhome and absolutely loved it. Super peaceful with amazing views. We had drinks and dinner at the bistro — everything was perfect. The staff were so friendly and helpful. We’ll definitely be stopping here again on our way back from Vegas to Georgia!

We extended several more days we loved this site so much. I rented the premium RV site with the gas fireplace and grill, definitely worth it for the full glamping experience. The clubhouse, showers and laundry machines are clean and well maintained. It also has a nice walking trail for your pup. We would love to come back.

Collections? This is a first! We stayed at Village Camp “a year ago”. Today, in October 2025, we received an email saying they are sending us to collections for an outstanding balance of $270 . They admitted this was due to a system error. We booked and paid online. We registered upon arrival with no payment requested. Again, no comment during the check-out process too. Now, the manager, Christen, sends us a threatening letter. Pursuing payment under the claim of a “system error” created by Village Camp without verifiable documentation or prior notice is not a proper or lawful business practice. The stay itself wasn’t great either. You can hear the train horn constantly echo through the cabin, day and all night, making it hard to relax. The bed sheets were stained, hopefully clean, and the patio BBQ was dirty and not cleaned between guests. It’s also getting really crowded between the many new cabins and RV spaces packed into the property. There are far better options in the area, Williams and Flagstaff, with cleaner accommodations, more attractions, restaurants nearby, and far better customer service while staying connected to nature. Look elsewhere before booking here.

This is a gorgeous property. Beautiful pool/hot tub area. Landscaping is well done. The restaurant and bar area is lovely, and the food is the best I’ve ever had at an RV Resort. The staff is very friendly and responsive. Also, the gift shop has very high quality merchandise. Easily one of our favorite parks of all time!

Overall great experience. Restrooms were spotless. The clubhouse was spacious and the bar was great. We had a super premium lot although it was gravel, we were level side to side without any blocks. If I had something’s to improve upon it would a little more selection on the menu, maybe hamburgers, and more activities for kids. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

On a recent trip, I had the pleasure of staying at Village Camp just outside of Flagstaff, and it was a fantastic first-time experience. Its location is so convenient—perfectly situated on the way toward Williams and the Grand Canyon, making it an excellent basecamp for all your adventures. The moment we arrived, the staff was so friendly and got us checked in right away. Our accommodations in one of the Juniper tiny houses were spotless and very comfortable. The entire property is incredibly well-kept and organized, which made our stay that much more relaxing. There's no shortage of fun to be had here, either. We had a great time checking out the various activities available, from bags and yard games to disc golf, swimming, the hot tub, basketball, and pickleball. The beautiful, upscale clubhouse is also a great feature. It houses a nice bar and a good food menu with very reasonable prices. While service at the bar was a bit slow the night we were there, it didn't detract from the overall positive experience. Beyond the activities and amenities, the mountain views are incredible, and the dark skies make for some truly stunning stargazing. Village Camp offers a perfect blend of a resort feel with a peaceful, natural setting. I can't wait to visit again!

I absolutely love this location and the village camp cabins. There are many different styles so take the time to figure out which one would suit your needs most. We had a rooftop deck and having coffee out there with our view was priceless. Our one complaint, not enough workers at.their beautiful clubhouse. We arrived with friends and it took forever to check in as there was only one person. We wanted to order food before going to our cabins but waited forever just to see the same woman who had checked us in was serving a pizza to a guest. At this point we realized we were probably in for too long a wait and ended up driving into downtown Flagstaff instead- it was quicker. So Viaage Camp lost all the $ of 3 families ordering because we went into town instead. I suggest they hire some NAU hospitality majored students to work on an on call basis to help when it's busy. Other than this we had the most wonderful time. This is our 3rd time back and we will be back for sure. One of my favorite getaways. Oh and very dog friendly

We had a great time at Village camp! It’s absolutely gorgeous and well maintained. There is a bunch of nice outdoor games and fun for families. They have a good bar with really good food also. The only thing we did NOT like is that all of the cabins are pet friendly. We have an allergy to pet hair and dander so we could tell there had been an animal in our cabin. It appeared clean and was nice but I could tell because of my allergies. I would recommend that Village Camp provides some cabins that are pet free because not all people like dogs and a lot of people have allergies to them. We will definitely be back, especially if the cabin is clean from pets :)

Nice location, especially to ride or bike out on trails. I had an RV space. The resort if very nice and clean. The RV spaces are plenty big with nice amenities like a fireplace or grill and fireplace. The staff was very nice and helpful, and allowed us an extra hour to check out. The restaurant/bar area was also nice and the breakfast was really good. Music in the evening was fun, and there are4 lots of games to keep kids busy. Great place for families with lots to do.

Everything about this place is perfect! It is especially amazing for young families. So much for kids to do! Our kids loved scootering the streets and taking in the fresh air. The accommodations are comfortable and modern, it doesn't feel like you are staying in someone else's home. We love this place and will be back many more times!
