Kyle was very knowledgeable and professional as well as an overall down to earth guy. We were able have a good conversation while enroute to my drop destination.
The towing service was excellent. The driver was professional, polite,and clearly knew what he was doing. I had to ride in the cab with him It was very clean and smelled great. he made good conversation and handled my work truck with care. Highly recommend this company.

They were VERY patient while I explained the location of my vehicle and were very efficient in getting it to its destination. It only cost a little bit more than I expected but that may have been due to the confusion regarding the location.

Fast and knowledgeable! Got us down the mountain on i17 safely and dropped the truck right into the service bay at my terminal! I can’t remember guys name but he was very laid back and had a good conversation on the ride! Thank you for making this nightmare a great experience!
For lying to my insurance
I was quoted 1400.00 for a 62 mile tow. Insurance agreed to do it for 229.00, but due to the wrecker lying (he stated that all my tires are flat, and sitting on the rims) I was forced to have my bank reverse the charge.
**All my tires are inflated, I'm not posting all four photos, because I abhor interacting with mendacious, and indolent individuals

I believe my guys name was Dennis, but he was great. Professional, never rude or complained about getting dirty in the mud. The company's truck sure did what its supposed to do and pulled my fully loaded hvac truck out the mud.

The tow truck operator was a very nice guy. He was super quick at hooking up to my truck. Really great service. I highly recommend Barnett’s Towing over any other towing company. It makes a huge different when the driver sent to help you is very inviting and nice, unlike other company drivers (frontier)
It’s scary to have your car die on the side of the road and pick a tow truck company at random to call. The dispatcher got me quickly connected to a driver who walked me through the steps, assured me I was in good hands, and gave me clear instructions. He was communicative through the whole process and quickly delivered our van to a mechanic’s shop after hours. I’m so grateful. Great service!

Driving truck for 2 years first time I ever had to be towed. Was almost to Flagstaff when I lost my radiator. The powers that be decided it would be better to get towed back to Phoenix. Forgive me I forget my driver's name but when he showed up I was relieved cuz it was starting to get a bit cold. Very professional very knowledgeable Heavy Haul driver and it was a relief getting rescued off the mountain from somebody who was trained very well both in his job and customer service! Thank you!!
This really has nothing to do with Barnett's Towing but with Budget rentals first I had a blowout which the pictures are there then I had a transmission light coming on saying that it's overheating pulled over in Tucson Arizona the technician from Interstate came and found nothing wrong halfway between Tucson and Phoenix the light came on again and the truck wouldn't pick up speed driving 40 miles an hour to Phoenix we had to stop stay overnight until the truck came to drop off the new truck which is your towing company had to switch the load from the broke truck to the new truck I lost 2 days of work had to sleep in the truck overnight with my wife they're offering me 25% off of the rental I lost 2 days of work and I don't think that that is fair or appropriate trying to contact budget to speak with the supervisor stayed on hold for an hour and no one has responded horrible service horrible horrible service shame on budget truck rentals.. by the way the guy from the towing company was amazing he even helped out with transferring the load to the other vehicle I don't know his name but he was awesome.
