These people are only in the tow business so they can steal money from people.
In fact, they tried to steal our vehicle . they filed for an abandon title and even though we said we would be there to come get it. They got themselves a new title in their name and when we got there, they had to change it back because we were there when we were said we’re gonna be there
We had a tire COME OFF way in the middle of nowhere past St John’s due to big o tire incompetence at 9pm. I have needed tow service in the middle of metropolitan areas and not received service with the speed and efficiency we were offered by this wonderful company last night. They were lightning fast, friendly, prepared and efficient. It wasn’t a cheap tow but I would not have expected it to be. Miles and miles of rough dirt roads most tow trucks won’t even go down. Tow to the Rescue made a major ordeal a two hour inconvenience minus whatever it takes to repair auxiliary damage at a shop in St. John’s and get back on the road. We were home by 11pm! ROCKSTARS!
Outstanding customer service. Friendly people who know what they are doing and know the area. Picked up the phone when nobody else would! I'm giving them a call if I ever need a tow again. I would recommend everyone else do the same.
Our 4runner died off an old Forest Service road in the Blue Range Primitive District on August 8th. Not a good place to have this happen. Kind people from the Blue community brought us up to Luna Lake where we had cell service and called Tow to the Rescue. The woman dispatcher was helpful, efficient, friendly and accurate as to getting our info and the time a tow truck would arrive. Matt, the tow truck driver, arrived on time and asked us about the situation. We drove the 10-15 miles down to the 4runner and Matt expertly loaded the vehicle and then amazingly backed the half mile down the narrow bumpy forest service road. Most impressive. We took the 4runner all the way back to Show Low for repairs, which is a long drive, but Matt is an intelligent, friendly, kind and interesting person making the trip back to Show Low a pleasure. Towed to the Rescue made what could have been a very bad situation into one where you could breathe easier. THANKS SO MUCH!
One of the best services, had a great driver plus was fast and responsive. If you’re stuck in luna or anywhere within an hour or two of them, they respond fast and quick to go there and to make sure to get you and your car safe.
So dummy me tried to use wrong key in my truck would not start. Some wonderful people tried charging my batteries. Did not work called this company thinking I needed it towed. Figured wrong key being used. They did not charge me a penny . Highy recommend. Also showed up quickly and was very nice
Got our car stuck in the snow after a long drive to a cabin getaway. USAA didn’t have a tow in network so I had to go out and find a private tow on my own, that’s how I found this amazing tow service. It was later in the day and many tows were closed. But Tow to the Rescue immediately dispatched two extremely professional young men who were kind, professional and knowledgeable. Additionally, the lovely female dispatcher on the phone set up the paperwork to be completely squared away for USAA roadside assistance reimbursement for after the incident. These are wholesome, kind and professional people. I would not recommend anyone, except Tow to the Rescue if you are in a jam in northern AZ. Extremely impressive small business that I now admire.
Welp, getting stuck happens to the best of us (right of passage, maybe?!)...
James came up with DPS and ADOT Plow to HWY 191, between storm cells. They systematically coordinated to get our 4x4 out, which the night prior dumped more snow, leaving the truck a few feet deep. Even Trooper Clayton jumped in to help shovel!!! Although stressful, everyone was warm and quick to joke. Later when I contacted Lisa for an itemized receipt, she had the same kind and efficient demeanor. Side note, if you are outside of Alpine, Hannagan Meadow Lodge is the place to be (they were also endlessly helpful). Can't thank everyone enough for assisting us in this remote location!

Got my 5500 stuck in the mud in the forest while cutting wood. It was a pleasure watching these professionals at work. I will recommend to anyone that is stuck or in need of assistance. Good people that are straight up, it’s a rare thing these days !
This might be the only one star review I've ever given, but I was charged for services that were not rendered which is unacceptable.
Tow truck and driver came to help my truck and camper our of the mud, turned out that I was able to get out with nothing but encouragement from Tow to the Rescue. I understand that they need paid for their time to come out even if they didn't do anything else, but half the $322 bill was for winching and towing which did not in any way occur.
I enjoyed talking with the driver, he seems helpful and considerate, but charging for services that didn't occur is fraud. When I was able to get an itemized receipt, I tried to discuss this with Tow to the Rescue but apparently their stance is to charge for what was requested, not what actually happened.
Absolutely the best team of rescue angels! My husband and I broke down pulling our 5th wheel just outside Pie Town and through monsoon rain storms Deric and Kevin brought us back to Springerville, made sure we were setup in the RV Park and that we had everything we needed until Heath could get use back on the road! Lisa in the office was so patient and kind. You could not find another business that would go above and beyond like this team! Definitely helped make a bad situation better. Thank you all for your help! You guys are the best!

Rescued us on the 60 after a blizzard and our rental super duty f250 wouldn't go into drive. Rental company roadside said they would take us, only truck, leaving us stranded in the middle of nowhere in -10 degrees and snow. They have been very kind, thank you.

These people love what they do, and who they do it for! The sense of urgency on Deric's face when he gets the tow call -- truly a mission oriented guy. Lisa beamed at everyone with a smile the whole time I was there. Heath taught me what was wrong with my vehicle in a way that I could understand, he even drew pictures!! Josh was great to talk to and had some good ideas to make my breaks a tad more responsive.
I live in snowflake, but I'll be coming here for every repair! If you want a mechanic you can trust, or a tow truck you can count on, then call these guys. You'll be glad you did. From gas Lawn Mower to diesel Big Rig, they can fix it.
