Hwy robbery, avoid them at any cost
They charged us almost 6k for doing nothing. My motorhome still smokes, the worst part: him and his wife act really religious. I will see you in court.
I called Sept 14th in the morning to see if an oil change was a provided service. It was and the first lady and gentleman I spoke with were very nice and helpful. Said to come on in and would be ready for me in about 20 mins. Awesome!! When I arrived and walked in, I was greeted by a young lady that said 'can I help you?' I said 'Yeah I called a little bit ago about and oil change and was told to come on in.' She was very rude and snarky when she replied 'well you didn't speak to me.' 'OK well I called a little bit ago about and oil change and was told to come on in.' She told me to have a seat. When a customer she was helping went outside I asked her if there was any paperwork I could or should fill out. Again in her rude, snarky attitude 'for what?!' I said the oil change. Still being rude 'have you ever had to fill paperwork out for an oil change? Like what would you fill out?' I said yes it's done differently at different places, so I was just asking. With her rudeness, 'what would you have to fill out?' I said usually name, address, phone number, year, year make and model for the invoice. 'We don't do that.' So then I just sat there. No need to argue with a rude, snarky 20 something year old kid. The gentleman I spoke with on the phone previously came in to get my truck for service. It wasn't a long wait and he was again very nice to deal with and the service didn't take long either. I was checked out by another lady that came in shortly before my truck was ready. She was the original lady I had spoken with on the phone. She was super nice too. I asked her if they were actually in the same company or just sharing spaces since the young, rude, girl appeared to be doing titles and tags (while taking photos and googling how to do it correctly) and wouldn't you know the rude girl jumped into my conversation and was like 'no you were rude when you came in. We don't take that information.' So confrontational even when I wasn't speaking to her. I voiced my dissatisfaction to the nice lady that that's not a good face for the company. Her and the gentleman's service was great but that girl????? I would not consider going back there on my return trip to the lower 48. A great experience tainted by a young, rude, snarky kid!! And yes, I heard her talking about her age to another customer and I am old enough to be her mother so yes, a kid.
