TJ was awesome and very helpful. He was also very personable. We were having a tough time and he was able to pull our jeep away from a tree after we slid backwards down a curve coming up our driveway following the rainstorms Jan. 2025. TJ came with a wrecker as I requested after another company that was dispatched by my insurance sent a flat bed with no chains…, TJ popped some very aggressive chains on his tires (65$ an axle) to drive over the small river that had formed on my driveway in a low point. It was honestly a mess and with us being down to just one vehicle this was an absolute must for us. Thanks TJ, if I ever get stuck again I know who I’ll call. (Knock on wood)

Called several tow companies. They were the friendliest, most personable and extremely reasonably priced. They were so fast, (faster than expected) communicative and really exceptional at customer service. So helpful during a difficult time. They made this easier and I highly recommend them. I will call them again if I ever need a tow!
Russell from Towz R Us helped save our stranded RV on the highway with speed and professionalism very late at night. So grateful that he picked up the phone at 1am and had the skill and equipment necessary to tow our 30ft class C RV from near Wasilla to Anchorage.
I called to be tugged out of snow about 4-8 feet backwards. I'd mostly dug myself out by the time they got there. Just the front right wheel of my front wheel drive 2 wheel drive vehicle was stuck. The service took about 5 minutes or less. I received no warning about the $210 charge. Completely did not expect it when this company was 6-8 miles from where I was stuck and I emphasized "I'm really close to you guys." They had no sense to let me know they were in another town and would charge me the mileage for that distance. I would have kept digging as long as I needed to or wait for friends to get off work at that rate. I'm poor! I let the employee know that was more than I make in a day and I don't make much. They didn't care that it was an easy job that took no time, and I didn't even need a wench out. I called the manager and he was quick to anger when I tried to reason with him about my experience. "It's 175 for a wench out, plus a fuel sur charge plus mileage." I didn't need a wench out, which I explained. He didn't care and said I deserved what I got in more words.
Very professional, fast, friendly service. James was an absolutely kind and very skilled tow operator. Got me out without a scratch in a very precarious situation. 100% would call them if Im ever in a bind again. Thank you!

Towz R US exceeded my expectations they were punctual, professional, and friendly. I only waited five minutes from my driver to arrive. He got my car loaded up towed and to my destination faster than it would have taken a cab to get to me! The prices were incredibly affordable as well I was joking around with my driver and told him that if I was to take a cab it would have only cost me 50 bucks more to bring my car with me. And that's the truth. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs a vehicle towed!

I’ve had so many great experiences (during not-so-great times, haha) with Towz R Us, and today was just another example! TJ and Cheyanne were amazing to work with for my early morning winch-out, very kind and friendly, and TJ was super efficient and got my car out in a jiffy! I’ve also worked with Josh recently, and he was just as amazing and quick to get the job done, so I know they’ve got a good, caring staff and am happy to keep supporting them, since I can’t seem to stay out of the ditch!

I didn't ask for a tow from them, my car was in a wreck and the police towed my car with this company. My insurance has put me through several unnecessary hoops. I even had my insurance higher a third party to take my car off their tow lot and that towing company lost their dolly and ghosted me! Its been stressful but Towz R us has not been. I didn't even choose them, and they treated me with so much kindness and looked out for me.... There willingness to help was so refreshing. They seemed to all really feel comfortable in their work environment. The new girl... Kristen? was really helpful over the phone for being so new. They were careful about handling payments, and would be hesitant as to not accidentally give me any false information, and overall very communicative. I ended up getting my car towed from them instead of through my insurance and the tow driver himself was very nice and communicative. The manager even gave me helpful advice with my otherwise horrible situation I am in. They took pictures and documented everything. Thank you Towz R Us! I will definitely be getting tows from them from the future!
In my experience with Towz R Us and more specifically with the owner Ellie, the customer service was wonderful. She is very kind and understanding but more importantly fair and honest. An accident happened damaging some of my property and was dealt with proffesionaly and fairly by Ellie leaving me happy and thankful. Thank you for everything!

I called Towz R Us to tow my truck recently, and they were able to send someone over early in the morning for me. The driver was great, on time, and operated that truck with ease. They made quick work of it and got my truck to the shop right as they opened. I'll definitely keep using them!
I called in a panic, broke down at a busy intersection and I called towz r us, super fast quote and on the way they came! Within 15 minutes of calling them they had my car out of the road. Couldn’t be more thankful.

Excellent response time with a very professional attitude, great Service. I called them out early hours about 6:00 a.m. to retrieve my keys that were on my seat and locked in my vehicle. Also looked up and shared other information and details about the vehicle that I was unaware of. Very informative I will definitely recommend their services as a great experience.
Called these guys at about 5pm. My truck was 50 miles from my destination, side of the road north of Sutton. They pulled in my inlaws drive at about 9pm. Very nice driver. Great experience on a not so good day.
Unbelievably fast and safe service the guy was very polite and professional and also trustworthy. Did not have to follow him to the dealership and the tow service was reasonably priced. We definitely recommend to anyone. If I could give 6 stars I would awesome job.

My tire was flat and the driver came out to put on my spare. It was not put on correctly and all give lug nuts came off when I was driving and the whole wheel came off and my rotor hit the road!!! I'm so glad I wasn't on the Glenn yet.
