I have trusted them with my customers for years and have always been impressed with their above and beyond service and so today when I needed a winch out I immediately called Elite and I had AMAZING service! Jason and Keith really made a stressful situation easier to handle. Someone hit my husband’s car and we needed it towed. Keith at the office gave me great information about handling insurance stuff (we’ve never had an accident so we are clueless). Jason called and was very friendly and professional and arrived to pick up the car quickly. Definitely recommend these guys.
I almost rammed one of your trucks and ending up ramming the ditch HEAD ON Mr.Bill got me out in no time he was absolutely incredible! Fast, Kind, and Generous. I have never been a customer before but I definitely am now he made the experience a lot funnier than it would’ve been and helped make light during the situation just a outstanding employee I give him 5 stars and Elite 5 stars for having such an amazing employee
I got stuck in the snow and AAA sent Elite Towing to get me out. I'm so sorry I forgot the guy's name but he was really quick, extremely nice, and got me out of there in just a minute or two. And he even waited for me to get through the driveway and to my house before he left, in case I got stuck again. Thank you so much to Elite Towing! I'm hoping not to get stuck again, but if I do it's good knowing you guys are around!
Ended up in the ditch off the Parks Hwy, Elite Towing & Recovery were there right on time when they said they would arrive, they got my vehicle out of the ditch with no problem! They also helped with a dead battery and stayed till I was able to move the vehicle into my garage! Very professional and nice!
I don't normally give one storm reviews because I vet the places that I spend my money at. This however was not a choice that I was given. With that being said... here it goes.
DO NOT USE Elite Towing! Based on my experience and the accounts of others who have dealt with this company, they only make a difficult situation worse. While towing services are often needed in stressful situations, Elite Towing has consistently demonstrated unprofessionalism, poor customer service, and questionable business practices. The most glaring issue with Elite Towing is their lack of transparency and communication. Many customers, including myself, have reported being hit with exorbitant fees that were never clearly outlined upfront. They blame AST, even when AST wasn’t involved in my situation. We first went in to collect personal effects and were told “We don’t just give things out for free.” When we asked for an invoice, we were hassled about that too. We were told that in order to collect our personal effects we had to have full coverage on the vehicle. After relaying this information to our insurance company they assured us that Elite is lying straight out. There is no requirement for full coverage in order to retrieve your belongings. The old woman in the office just stood by with a smirk while the jackwagon at the front desk gave my wife the runaround. When questioned on their practices, he became hostile and dismissive, telling my wife she needed to calm down.
When I arranged for a company to move my vehicle from their lot, they said since it’s an “impound” I had to pay in cash. This wasn’t an impound, it was a recovery from an accident scene. He again blamed AST (which was never called, nor responded) for the cash only requirement. In addition to deceptive pricing, the customer service is severely lacking. Calls frequently go unanswered, and when someone does pick up, the tone is often rude or indifferent. There seems to be little regard for the fact that people contacting a towing company are likely already under a great deal of stress. Instead of offering helpful or empathetic service, Elite Towing compounds the frustration with unhelpful attitudes and poor treatment. Like I said before, AVOID them!
Elite Towing is not a company I would recommend to anyone. Wait a little longer for MTR to show up. They are a company that you can trust to treat you right in your time of need. If you find yourself in need of a tow and MTR is not available, do your research and choose a company with a solid reputation for fairness and professionalism. Save yourself the stress, time, and potential financial loss. You deserve better treatment than what Elite Towing offers.
Could not be more grateful for this company. We drove into a ditch in the middle of nowhere in the middle of the night on the way to Talkeetna. We tried so many places and Andrew was the only one willing to make the over an hour journey to rescue us. He was so friendly and kind about our situation, and he carefully pulled the car out without a scratch... and we all got to enjoy the northern lights! We would have had to sleep in the car if not for him and we will not forget that. Thanks Andrew!
Elite Towing is the best. They have helped us out several times and they always go above and beyond. Cody and Aaron are phenomenal. I would and have recommended this company to anyone. They are honest and reliable.
Great group to work with, needed my truck towed to a shop and they picked it up next day. Driver called and said when about he would be there and he was super friendly. Pricing was good and they got a beautiful set of rigs.
Jason is a wonderful person! He has excellent customer service and you can clearly see that he takes great pride in his work! Jason got the vehicle back to my home safely, and he also helped me learned more about my vehicle! It is very rare that you will find such high skill and service. Truly a hidden gem! Thank you Jason!

I've used Elite twice now for towing, once just yesterday when my car got stuck due to the terrible weather conditions. They're fantastic to deal with and come with great attitudes regardless of the job they are asked to perform.

Levi was a great help, super nice and helpful. He communicated very well. Super awesome, horrible dad jokes 10/10 would recommend. Arrives in a timely manner. Also has great music taste and can sing well.
If you ever use this company ask for Levi Rapp to help you out. Super friendly and kind in our situation. Offered some candy and was cracking jokes and offering advice the whole time to lighten the mood after our vehicle was completely totaled by a dump truck. Loaded the vehicle with care and made sure we were all okay. Great communication! Called us when he was on his way and after the vehicle had arrived at the lot. Awesome service, thank you!!
Levi helped my Aunt recover her vehicle and got it towed back to her house safely and expeditiously. He had a few challenges with her ability to recall where it was but he was patient with her and kept his cool. We'll be recommending this company in the future! Thank you, Elete towing! The day me and two friends decided to push the limits of our machines, Elite Towing was able to rescue us in a time of need! We were frame deep stuck in the mud bog, and everything we tried to do made the situation worse. With no service, and hours of rain and misery, we managed to send a call off to Elite Towing and got Brian out and on the way! Once Brian was out there, he put in the absolute most effort, and assured us that he isn’t leaving until the job is finished! Not only did Brian do his best, but the whole family of Elite Towing was on our side. Once they didn’t hear from any of us for several hours due to no service, they ended up sending out their personal helicopter, and had Fort Richardson prepare a Blackhawk Helicopter in the event we needed saving! Thankfully, we got out of the mud, Brian helped escort us off the mountain, and got us back to our vehicles safely! After this experience, Elite Towing has been saved in my phone, and will always be my first call if I ever need help! Thank you so much to the family of Elite Towing!
This company was extremely professional. They came out and helped an hour drive off road up the mountain when we got our 4 wheelers stuck in the mud and we were underprepared without the right equipment. Brian came out and was extremely professional and taught us a few lessons to help in the future. The owner of the company was worried for all of our safety due to the weather conditions and has EMS waiting at the bottom of the trail ready to check us out and make sure we were good to go, due to the rain/hail and extreme winds. They said it was one of the worst of road recovery’s they’ve had to deal with and on top of that the pricing was still extremely fair. I would highly recommend them in the future. I hopefully won’t need to use their services again but they will definitely be my first call next time.
Good and speedy service even with traffic delays. Good customer service and kept in contact while waiting. Texts to keep you updated on where the truck was. Definitely recommend!
Everyone has bad days, everyone has great days and then there are those days where you just need some help. As I’m leaving the parking lot, I noticed a young lady trying to unlock her car. After a few minutes of what looked like a struggle, I felt compelled to help. I’ve been there.. possible a broken window later, never the less, the young lady still locked out. I decided to call Cody at Elite Towing & Recovery and asked if he could assist this young lady. I told him I would pay the bill and that she just seemed like she needed help. He let me know he would be there in 20 minutes and would call me back once the call was finished, he did. He stated the young lady had been taken care of and told me not to worry about it. I insisted on paying the bill and he still kindly declined.
This is not the only interaction we have had with him. A couple years ago our truck slide down our driveway after our blessed icy rain and our truck got high centered on a hill. Our insurance called Cody and he came to assess the situation. We ended up needing an excavator to make sure our truck didn’t receive more damage but of course what insurance would want to pay that bill. Cody spoke with them and they finally agreed to go ahead with his plan. We can’t thank him enough for helping us out in a bind.
If you ever need a car unlocked, vehicle towed or an excavator, he’s your guy!!! Reliability and integrity are hard to come by these days.

I am Cuban my name is Yadir and I live in Dallas TX, I was visiting Alaska for the first time for work reasons, the engine of my car was damaged and I was 1 hour away from reaching the destination, a person approached me to help (with which I am also very grateful), did the favor of calling (Elite Towing & Recovery) they provided me with excellent service professionally, personally they welcomed me like a family offering their own house to stay indefinitely until I returned to my home in Texas, I think it would take too long to explain all the things that selflessly helped me by making my problems theirs, for which I take pleasant memories of my visit to Wasilla Alaska where I now have a new and beautiful family of which I feel very proud.
Great experience. Had the chance to have tow truck Jesus take care of my tow. Great customer service, very little wait time, awesome communication. Can't ask for much more when the circumstances needing a tow can be frustrating and those helping can set the tone.

Tow Truck Jesus came today and towed our camper away...the leaf suspension broke on our last camping trip!! The guy was amazing, super nice, and professional! Just a great experience overall and he was chill!!
Elite did a great job towing an rv for me at a rate substantially lower than other companies I called (30-40%). They will be the first company I call if I need another tow as the driver was excellent and experienced. He had no issue pulling the rv with a locked up front wheel out of a shed and maneuvering it to get in front. I was skeptical at first about the size of the truck relative to the RV, but he made me a believer with how easy it was. They also offer a 10% military discount which I appreciate.
Cody and his crew are the best out there. I had my brand new truck break down on me and he had someone out to the scene quickly.
The gentleman who was doing the tow was polite, well mannered and actually cared how the truck was loaded onto the flat bed as to not cause any damage to the truck.
I’d definitely recommend them to anyone of my friends or family and will use them again for any future tow needs
I had a great experience with this establishment. I had a blowout on KGB and did not have the tools to get the spare tire down. The gentleman who I arranged services with on the phone was very friendly, understanding, and accommodating. He was very down to earth and treated me more like a friend than a customer. My vehicle was towed to a nearby Auto Repair Shop and he offered to give me a ride to my house. Having just moved here and not knowing anyone they really helped me out of a bind. Everything worked out and I would definitely use their services again if needed!
