We've had to use their services several times over the past few years when inevitably getting a vehicle stuck in a snow bank. They're always quick, kind, and helpful and the low flat fee for a 'winch out' helps not add financial panic in those situations. We know we can rely on them to get us unstuck and back on our way and that peace of mind is priceless.
Don't park anywhere near this place they'll call the cops that's what happened to me I didn't get in trouble or anything but I had pulled over to park and there is no shoulder I was waiting for my boyfriend to talk to someone inside MTR after he talked to them he came out and a friend of his pulled over to the side of the road in front of my vehicle they talked for 15 minutes and when they pulled away the police showed up to tell us that I wasn't pulled over far enough and that MTR thought that we were weird for being parked there...
These guys are great. Best price for the best service. They went above and beyond to make our tow as easy as possible. They were clearly very confident and capable and had no problem delivering on our request. We had them load a connex onto our flatbed trailer. We couldn’t have been happier with our experience.

I was informed my finacee, Gene's truck had been towed and impounded by palmer police on Tuesday, August 15th. I also found that Gene had passed away. I went the next day and paid the impound fees, but couldn't find the keys. The lady didn't charge me impound fees for the next day and a half and set it up to have the truck towed to my yard.
