I had a critical situation come up with a tire today and the response from Jenwar was prompt and the driver assigned was incredible and quick in getting my car safely out and to the requested location.
Well it’s Thanksgiving day 2025 me and my family are on the side of the road right out of Soldotna waiting for a tow through AAA we requested the tow around 5pm it’s now 15 minutes past 7pm every time we reach out we’re told they are minutes away. Lucky for me I have a good battery and it’s not 20 degrees and I’m able to start it up long enough to warm it up in here. My alternator has given up ghost and my vehicle takes more energy to run so it doesn’t last very long. Thing is we understand that it’s thanksgiving but if you don’t have a driver that will come or you just don’t want to come then stop saying that your 3 minutes away or 15 minutes away Because AAA doesn’t want to dispatch another company because they think you’re going to show up every time you tell them you’re coming it extends the time we are stuck on the side of the road. My family on both sides have towing companies D@D towing out of Dundee Oregon owned by my pops and Cristiano’s towing out of San Jacinto California owned by my aunt I drove for both and I can speak as experienced driver so I will simply say this, the most important part of this industry is that you respond quickly and get to the customer because they may be in a bad situation that they might not even be aware of Alaska weather can change drastically and you can go from being ok to be in danger in minutes and not even know it. I want to give ACE Towing an honorable mention because they have never let me down and I have used their services many times over the last 9 years this is the second bad experience with jenwar towing and it will be the last time I allow myself to be pushed aside for whatever reason. I’m sure this won’t effect jenwar but if they care about their customers they could address this problem. I sure I’m not the only person that has had this issue with them but I could be the last as a responsible business serving the public in a emergency situation it’s imperative that you don’t create more of a emergency by not responding to a call. Most people don’t realize their situation is bad until emergency response shows up.
Service was spectacular, their truck got to my location in just about the exact amount of time they said it should be there by. Tyler did an amazing job with getting my vehicle loaded up and moved. Also noticed that he took some pictures before loading my car up, once it was on the truck and tied down, and after it was dropped off, which tells me that the crew at jenwar is well detail oriented and keep good proper documentation on their work. They fixed my flat on 20 ft trailer after all of the snow/ice melted. They also put a new jack on as a bonus. They didn't have to do that at all. Kenny is super nice. They also came out twice this winter from kids who like to kill my battery by leaving the lights on all night w/o turning them off from my 2nd and 3rd row. Best people to call using AAA Premier. They always came within an hour or less. That's even in bad weather. Ty so much!!!!!!!!!!
Driver was very kind and fast coming to me out in clam gulch with my alternator out and needed it towed to get it fixed. dispatcher was very understanding and kind as well.
With state farm I was put through an automated system, which was taking me all over your place and forever so I called Jenwar and they sent a driver out immediately we paid them directly and got a invoice for my State Farm insurance to reimburse me and they were very helpful with that as well 10/10 recommend
Although a bull moose tried to destroy our vacation, it only succeeded in ruining the engine. Jenwar Towing was exceptional! They had a huge flatbed to tow our rv and transported my family and I in a very clean minivan. They they allowed us to "camp" in their parking lot until we could secure a replacement rv. They even offered to drive us to pick up a rental! Very friendly and professional! Thank you, Jenwar Towing!
Our tire fell off our Jeep, we called a few places that were suggested by our insurance and nobody wanted to come out. It was only 4:30pm on a Saturday, it's not like it was midnight or 2:00 a.m. We called Alyeska Tire and they suggested Jenwar. They were out in about 15 minutes. They let me and my dog sit in the back of the cab while the guy hooked up the Jeep. He took us right over to Alyeska Tire. Clean warm cab. Nice driver.

Hit a moose once and they thought I was trying to run. It was -30. They called the police on me. When the police said they weren’t coming, jenwar loaded up my vehicle and kept me against my will, in their truck waiting on the trooper who wasn’t coming. They even tried to flag one down. They wouldn’t let me shut it off and it was on fire by the time I got home. Not only would I recommend ANY other service on the basis of professionalism, they literally kidnapped me.

Accommodated my circumstances of moving my sports car to new location during snow months with excellent customer service. Technician took special care loading and unloading from one garage to another garage. Extremely satisfied and will recommend for anyone needing to relocate a winter stored sporty.
I attempted to reach out to the company in regards to their “24/7” towing service. Not a single phone call out of 30-40 calls were answered, absolutely irresponsible and poor ownership and management.
Had a problem on my blazer that I couldn’t figure out, the jenwar wrecker that came to get me identified it easy. Ended up not needing his services because it was more than an easy fix that would’ve cost me $300 + at a shop. Thanks bro, made my week.
These wonderful people have been awesome and going above their service to help an Disabled Veteran whose SUV was stolen by impounding tbe vehicle the vehicle for safe keeping until the Veteran was able to be there to recover the rig....

Excellent service! Max was awesome and quick. Jen over the phone was very caring and very pleasant to talk with. There is a dead zone between stearling and soldontna so phones don't ring just goes to voicemail. If you don't get through leave her a message and she will get back to you asap! Thank you guys, we got the car fixed and made it home safely!
My small amounts car was running and easy to pick up, they hauled it 25 miles on the highway from Nikiski to soldotna and charged $210. That seems double what it should be. WAY EXPENSIVE
I used JENWAR's service to assist with a dead battery and get a simple jump.The guy appeared inexperienced, rushed to the point of not paying attention and did more damage than good. He showed up to the call without the proper tools and as a result did damage breaking my battery cable. He did not offer to fix what he broke or make it right. I do not recommend this company's service.

This company is dishonest, irresponsible, and inexperienced. They did a lot of damage to my vehicle on a simple tow and then denied causing any of the damage. DO NOT use them!
Joe is a top notch worker. They hauled this like 5 miles. The guy driving the van was a real sourpuss. Lazy as hell. But that guy is no longer with Jenwar. But overall, I would recommend Jenwar to a friend.
