The phone has been busy every time I’ve called. It has been two days. I called at night and early in the morning and this afternoon the line continues to be busy.
Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have 3 little kids in the car heading back to wasilla and you want to look at me Like I’m stupid, whisper behind the counter and laugh. Will never go back!
This place is awesome! The guys here are super knowledgeable, friendly... and helpful! My mechanic (a master) said I could trust them, and they haven't ever steered me wrong.
I'm very happy with the service that they provide O'Reilly's Auto parts in Homer. They are very knowledgeable easy to go in and out for the parts I needed.
Needed a new battery for my rental car key fob on a Saturday when most car repair places were closed -- these guys helped me out in a couple of minutes for about $10! And super nice too. Thank you!!!

The techs saved us from a disaster when we were down on vacation a few weeks ago. We were able to get back to Anchorage for a heart procedure i had two days later. We will not use anyone else going g forward..
Tried to return a tool the day after I bought it realizing it would not work for what I needed.
I had a receipt and it was on my account, but the lady refused to return it.
$20 in the garbage, will never shop there again.
They give good deals on stuff and are always willing to help. Gave me best quality brake pads for less than half the price because they didn't have my type in stock. Gave them 4 stars because they wouldn’t ship spark plugs out to me in a remote town, but NAPA did.
Incredible service and really knowledgeable staff. One of their techs, Andre, went above and beyond to find a part that was tough to get. Would definitely recommend.

Stopped by to get new wiper blades and not only did they put them on, they got me a nice deal on a high end pair and took extra time to tighten the bolt on the arm that was coming loose and checked the other bolt too. I’m safer on the road today and so thankful for their help!

I have made several purchases at this store without incident. But I purchased two flat fixers on New Year's Eve, right before going out of town. Neither worked on my flat tire as advertised. They pushed a little air into the tire and then stopped, without any significant improvement in inflation. (Ultimately, I found I did not have a puncture but did have a very slow leak.)
After returning to town several days later and at my convenience after being inconvenienced by the failure of the fixers to work, and spending another hour at the time on another remedy, I returned them to the store on Jan. 11. I was met with assertions that I used them when they were cold, although nothing on the devices says they have to be kept at a minimum temperature. I don't even think they were very cold when I used them, because I had them in the house and used them within an hour or two of purchase. And I was met with a "And you're just returning them now?" Nothing was offered as a remedy.
The approach was not one of trying to satisfy a customer's grievance but of trying to explain why they didn't have to do anything.
Poor customer service. I suggest taking your business elsewhere.
Update: I decided to give the store another chance. My expectations have been met in several purchases.
Bought the premium battery it was like 180 with tax, comes with 1 yr warranty. U give them your rewards number and the have it on record. My battery was dead one morning in Dec., I bought it in July. I took it back they tested it it came out bad so i said i want to exchange it for another one from the warranty. I gave them my ph#, next thing u know there's no record of it. 😨 So there's no warranty? Sure enough they xcouldnt even scan the battery to proove when and wich store i bought it from. So messed up. Some where among there employee must of used my battery purchase for there same type of battery warranty, cause theres was expired.
Great staff, really knew there stuff. I had read the label but didn't think it would work. The gal that was helping me said it would & I should recheck the label. She was right I had just missed the part talking about my vehicle make & year.
I've used every other car parts shop in town. Nothing beats friendliness, amount of choices, and prices than O'Reilly's. I love this place. And if they don't have a part they order it with no shipment cost and it comes within a couple of days. Hands down my favorite location to browse selections for my vehicle.
Shop here often . Well stocked store and competent counter help. One problem -while in store last week one of the employees was verbally berating another in a very assertive tone . Several customers in the store at the time had to listen to this and it certainly didn't add much to the shopping experience . If I was trying to run a business , I think I would not make internal personnel issues so much of a public matter. Deal with those issues in private. The customers don't need to be subjected this.
