  Let's be honest, it's an auto parts store, and NAPA is the gold standard in that. The customer service can be off-putting at first, they are a little gruff, but know their stuff, and warm up quickly. Most good mechanics are gruff by nature, so take it as a sign that most of these guys know what they are talking about! Not something you'll find at many retail stores! They don't have anything special, but do have most of what you need and they can get you the rest. Have gone out of their way for me many times and I greatly appreciate it. I consider NAPA a keystone in keeping any community running. Great job overall guys, thank you!

  I was pretty seriously injured in this store today putting a battery on a broken shelf. Employee unenthusiasticly gave me one bandaid as I bled on the floor from two fingers. The attitude was I didn’t matter and my safety was no priority. Thanks for the core charge mention.

  WARNING!!! I ordered some parts that had a core charge online and have them delivered to my home. Afterwards I was told the local store will not accept anything that was ordered online. NOW I'M OUT THE CORE CHARGE!! Do not order any parts online that have a core charge..learn from others mistakes.

  The staff seem to know what they're doing and while they didn't have what I was looking for, they did help me find an adequate alternative. Based on some of the other reviews I was expecting to be treated much worse. No, the staff didn't roll out the red carpet for me and give me the VIP treatment but why should they? I was there to complete a transaction and get on with my day. That's exactly what happened so I'm satisfied.

  Customer service is absolutely detestable. This place is a group of parts store clerks with a know it all, smart-a attitude who don’t even realize most of their customers probably know more than them when it comes to their vehicles.

  Not where you want to go shopping for auto parts if you want any help.their staff is become accustomed to catering the other businesses and commercial needs more so than the individual. If you have a question my advice don't ask.

  The products are fine and the staff is usually knowledgeable. Prices are high but not outrageous. My beef is with the customer service. Some of the worst in Juneau. Never a smile when you walk in. Generally not friendly interaction. I always feel like I'm an annoyance to them rather than the guy walking in with the wallet. Not once have I been thanked after completing a transaction, which always involves me giving them money. I often walk out of there gritting my teeth because of the disrespectful treatment. This has been consistent there for years, obviously tolerated by management. NAPA is usually my last resort.

  Juneau napa sold me a broken part. They close at 6pm. I was there at 6:01 workers standing at computer looking at me. Turned and walked away. I called and asked if they would still help me and said no. Great customer service. ...NOT. I WOULD NOT USE NAPA

  Shout out to Moose and all the very helpful employees at NAPA. Thank you Moose for helping me with my A/C! You rock! My take away was when you told me that when I use my defroster I'm also using A/C, so to save on my A/C I will only use my defroster when needed.
