  Amazing Service at O’Reilly’s in Juneau! I just want to give a huge shoutout to the team at O’Reilly’s next to Costco! I walked in with my car battery, unsure if it was dead or not. The guy at the front let me know they could test it, try to charge it, and call me with an update—whether it needed replacing or not. Mind you, this wasn’t even their brand (it was from NAPA), and they still took the time to help me out. I dropped it off, did some shopping at Costco.. A couple of hours later, they called to let me know my battery was fully charged and ready to go! When I went back to pick it up, I asked if I owed anything, and they told me their service was completely FREE! Add me to the statistics of girls who doesn’t know much about cars.. They could’ve easily convinced me to buy a new battery, and I was fully prepared to do so, but instead, they saved me money and a whole lot of stress and money! It might seem like a small thing to some, but this kind of honesty and customer service is rare these days. I didn’t catch any names, but if you’re in Juneau and need car help, head over to O’Reilly’s by Costco. I’ll definitely be recommending them to everyone I know. Thank you again to the amazing team!   My car has had random but reoccurring battery issues since I bought it new a few years back. I've had it on roadtrips and have it malfunction. It's been a pain and I've never known when it'll crop up. I've replaced the battery a few times. Taken it to dealership shops and non-dealership shops. It mysteriously happens and for some reason no one could figure out why and it would go away as mysteriously as it came. Tonight it happened again and I was stranded with my kiddo in the car. I tried all the things. I even tried my spare key to make sure it wasn't a programming thing. THANKFULLY I was few blocks away from the O'Reilly shop. Their staff was thoughtful and considerate of my problem. Their staff member, Fritz, helped me and discovered that the battery brand I was using needed a shim in order for it to make a proper connection and tighten down as it should. He was right. The shim was installed, everything tightened, and my car fired right up! Boom! A beautiful, simple, thoughtful fix. If someone had discovered it earlier it would have saved me hundreds if not thousands on shop visits and batteries. I'm thankful for O'Reilly's in Juneau today. Everyone I spoke to was kind and helpful. They got me all fixed up. My first stop for car stuff forever.

  Horrible manager. After getting the wrong parts I went into the store, gave them my vin number and vehicle details to verify the parts I bought would fit my car. After recieving the wrong parts a second time, I returned to the store and was denied service, called names by the manager (fritz), and kicked out. The other staff were helpful and pleasant, and did not understand why Fritz wouldn't let them sell me parts they had in stock. Extremely disappointed with Juneau's O'Reilly! The store is also very hard to shop due to the understocked shelves and walkways overflowing with unorganized pallets of merchandise that won't ever make it out of the boxes. Maybe time for a new manager?

  I bought wipers for my Sprinter van at Walmart and ended up thinking I was too stupid to install them when I couldn't figure out how I went to O'Reilly's and the gentleman there explain to me that they couldn't be installed in my van ,I needed ones with an OE suffix Sure enough, with the OE suffix the wipers went on in 30 seconds and it was no big deal.. THANKS

  Ordered replacement bulbs for my vehicle's low beam headlights on Wednesday. Arrived and was notified on Friday. Employee there was able to assist with installing them on site when I picked up my order. Also appreciated that the employee told me that he would try as some vehicles changing this type of part can be more complicated.

  Alot of helpful people that work there that seem to be knowledgeable about the parts they sell. However there are a few people that seem to be unaware of the importance of getting things right and the consequences that occur when they are wrong. Overall nice store, good selection, and little 50/50 on the qualified versus the clueless employees.

  Service was phenomenal, prices were matched like advertised said plus even went a couple extra $ lower or thru in a bonus.. Only problem I had was there was no garage no mechanics on site every auto dept. Store should have one on site just never no when you might need one

  Sometimes their service isn't the greatest. It really depends on who's working when you need help. The best part about them being here is that they have prices on parts that are competitive with Amazon, and even some online retailers that specialize in the sale of auto parts, which is fantastic for Juneau. If you want to buy parts from these guys, I would advise you to check for what you need ahead of time. Their website tells you what is in-stock at your local stores, and you can even check each part to see if it'll fit on your vehicle with a tool on their website. From there you can buy online and pick up in store to guarantee you get what you're looking for, or simply set aside the part numbers so you have that on-hand if they recommend a different part. Their core charges on parts are very reasonable, too - high enough to still motivate you to bring back your old parts, but not so high as to cost as much - if not more than - the part itself. For reference, I recently had a brake job done by an auto shop in town - it cost me a few hundred bucks less to just go over to O'Reilly's and buy the parts myself without any sort of discount than it would've cost me to let the auto shop buy from their supplier. That's how inexpensive these guys are compared to the competition.

  These guys would rather argue about who took an initial order than focus on getting the right parts to you. Always late, always forgetting to ship, and less than professional. Do not recommend at all. Four separate occasions that there has been some kind of screw up getting parts for a very common vehicle. This shop is worthless.

  Went to get the free electronic check that is advertised in the window. Was refused. The sign said nothing about if the owner deemed it necessary, it cost them nothing but 5 minutes of their time. Will be filing a consumer complaints with the attorney general's office.
