Stopped in recently with a possible unbalanced tire. We had just done the Dalton Hwy and there was a lot of mud, which I tried to get out of the inside rim. Apparently I didn’t do a good enough job of it. These guys took me in without an appointment and pressure washed the tons of mud from out of my rims. They didn’t even charge me and wouldn’t take any payment I offered. Thanks so much, it was really appreciated!

Really good food! French onion soup was excellent. Tots were cooked perfectly, cheese steak sandwich was excellent as well.

Purchased a battery for my 2016 Terrain when mine went bad. The battery worked for one day and then died. I took the vehicle to the dealer and had them run tests. They confirmed that the new NAPA battery was bad and gave me a copy of the test to show Napa so that I could get my money back. I took the battery back to NAPA and they didn't care or ask to see the test from the dealer. They ran their own and told me they wouldn't refund my money since their test showed no issues. I'm not happy with my experience or the product, but they wouldn't refund my money. Either way, it's been a huge waste of time and money and I'll take my business somewhere else next time. Lesson learned. UPDATE 12-28-21: I called the number listed on the reply and spoke to a rep who said someone would contact me with the next 24-48 hours to help resolve my issue. That never happened. This place continues to be a waste of time and money.

North Pole NAPA is always a pleasure to visit and get my parts. Very helpful and courteous staff. It's better than the in town NAPAs.

Moved to North Pole in August from California and needed to winterize my car when I first got here, they were great with letting me know what I would need and had everything stocked in preparation for winter. I've continued to go here regularly for both my car and my wife's. Whether in person or on the phone everyone has been super helpful in helping get what I need and are willing to have things moved to the North Pole store from Fairbanks to make it easier/more convenient for me. It's the only auto parts store I'll use in the area, great manager and assistant manager who seem to have a good relationship with lots of businesses in and around North Pole. I highly recommend this Napa location :)

I needed a starter for a 94 Jeep. They had 2 in stock in the store, one new, one reman. Price was reasonable. Great all around, I'll be back!

Drove from Fairbanks to pick up a part I paid for at another Napa store who called to verify they had it and I was coming to get it only to find they closed early. I even asked if they could leave it outside but nope.

The prices are a little higher than AutoZone and O'Reilly but they can always get you what you need. Their NAPA parts and warranty are better than OEM and I truly appreciate that they are always trying to expand their inventory and save me a trip into Fairbanks. My only complaint is that the online ordering and in-store inventory don't seem to match up all the time. I ordered a battery for in-store pickup. The website said there were 2 of them at the store. There were zero of them at the store. But they were able to get the battery from another local store within 2 days.

Slow, slow, slow. Waited over 20 minutes to check out due to costumer load in the store. If there was ever a business that needed a self checkout kiosk, it's this one. New auto parts store is opening in the next few months at the Ben Franklin Mall in North Pole. It will be good to NAPA to have some competition, hopefully this causes them to step up their game.

Great store, been shopping there 20+ years. Always friendly, handicap access, knowledgeable people.

Long wait times are common here. I just went in there to buy an entire front end for a ford power stroke. After waiting for 25 minutes or longer to get help, the 1st clue I was in the wrong place was when the parts attendant asked me if the power stroke was a Chevy. Basically I wasted 40 minutes of time there to walk out the door with nothing accomplished. Also earlier in the year ordered a remanufactured power steering gearbox assembly for an early 1999 7.3. I installed it and found out that it was the wrong one after being very specific on what I needed. I had to remove and re install the proper one; several hours wasted. I think I'm done shopping here.

It's really awesome to go into a auto parts store and get the right part the first time and the dude behind the counter was very knowledgeable about the parts and was not rude when I asked questions. Will recommend the friends

Store is cluttered. Many items have layers of dust on them, their phone line is ALWAYS busy so you can never call, they also like to give veterans a hard time if they ask for a discount. I will be making sure myself and all my friends go to auto zone from now on.

So to start off this they are really nice people. The reason behind the one star is the lack in knowledge they have. Also listening to their customers would also be helpful. Came in there for brake rotors and told them the make model and sub type. I get a yes and head back to Eielson and start to pay for a lift. Get the rotors fully off to find out they are for a premium fiesta....... How do you confuse a st and a premium. Not even the same name. Anyways like I said. Lack of knowledge in auto parts is a problem. Oh and to top it off the gave my the completely wrong pads

NAPA always does their best to make sure I'm taking care of. Do they always have what I need? No. But will they work with me to try and find it and get it here as fast as possible, yes!

Great store friendly knowledgable staff easy to find what your looking for, they only lost a star cause it's a little hard to access easy to see from the highway but only access is on one side of a divided highway off a frontage rd.

Didnt have the parts I needed and tried selling me the more expensive brands and was not very knowledgable or helpful. Calling is a waste of time as the line is busy. Anyway, the young lady didnt know much and as she didnt try and only punched a few keys on her keyboard, I quickly searched their website and others to find my part numbers and gave them to her but she was reluctant and I'm sure it's because some of the parts i needed were available for much less. Spark plugs went from $9.99 a piece to $2.99 and plug wires were only available via shipping from the lower 48 and I would have to pay the additional cost for that on top of the $83 dollars. For spark plug wires ! I later found them for $32 in fairbanks at one of napas competitors. Lost me as a customer !

Didn't even know what parts they carried. Instead of looking in the computer they just said know. Not the first time they did that. I even gave them a part number off there web site.

I Gave my wife a list of parts to get and told her to have them look up the parts for our Suburban 2500. We were sold an oil filter that was too small (Suburban 1500). Needless to say, when I installed it and tried to run my SUV I lost 5 qts of oil. After that we tried to buy 6 bolts to connect the font differential to the drivers side CV axle. The individual working for NAPA tried to sell my wife a $ 190 drive shaft repair kit. I ended up buying the bolts I needed at lows for $2.50. If you are going here don't depend on them to look up your parts.

Always has part needed in stock. Busy store. Helpful parts counter. Discounts offered. Recently renovated. I wish there was an auto parts store with longer operating hours.

So far, they have treated me with excellence, both through my military shop and as a normal customer.
