I was in a bad situation with my keys locked in my car while it was running. I originally called KeyMe Locksmiths and payed them to dispatch a truck to me to help get into my car and retrieve my keys. They never showed after waiting 5 hours and also said I wasn’t in their system anymore to receive a receipt of my purchase. I contacted Enterprise after realizing one of the locations was still open cause my car was a rental from them and they reached out to Zack’s Towing to assist me. He did a great job with communicating with me on his ETA to my location and as well on how to find me so that he could help me. He was very respectful and supportive. It was a lot to ask of him to do given that the temperature was extremely low but he was more than willing to assist me on getting back into my car and back on the road so I could get home. I highly recommend you give Zack’s company a call if you need any roadside assistance. Super friendly service and high quality assistance. Thank you Zack for all the help.

Got stuck in Cantwell with car trouble and called Zack who not only got my vehicle towed back to Anchorage, but also was able to transport my partner and our 2 dogs back as well.
Zack was fast, professional and knew exactly what he was doing. Always answered and has the tools to get the job done. Hands down I would highly recommend him for any roadside needs! Long story short, my best friend and I managed to get ourselves stuck on a rock in Denali National Park 😅. A kind family stopped to take a photo at the park sign and helped us lift the car off the rock. We then limped to the only mechanic in town, who told us there was no way we could drive that car back to Fairbanks.
Enter Zack — our absolute lifesaver. While the rental company kept telling us ‘no,’ Zack used his connections to get us a replacement car, personally drove us back to return the damaged one, and made sure we weren’t stranded. Two girls alone in the Alaskan wilderness and he truly had our backs. If you ever need help out here, call his company — Zack is the real MVP in a crisis. Thank you, Zack!

Big shoutout to Zack’s Towing! I had a rental car that needed to be towed and he made the whole situation less stressful.
My friend and I were all set to hit Denali National Park on our vacation, but things got a little "rocky" and the rental company said they wouldn't give us a replacement. Zack’s Towing stepped in and actually called the rental company to make it happen, completely saving the last day of our trip!
Zack was super friendly and funny, he made the near 2 hour drive back to Fairbanks fly by and gave us a little keychain to remember our unexpected towing adventure. What felt like a complete disaster became manageable and now we have a story to tell.
If you ever need towing help this is the one to call. Seriously appreciate everything, thanks Zack!
I had a flat tire an hour north of Cantwell. I called Zack and he happened to be 5 minutes away, so timing was awesome. I had already patched the tire, so he put air in it for me and we were on our way. He didn’t charge us either because he was passing by. Great guy, and highly recommend.
Great quality service. But more importantly great, honest, helpful people. Couldn’t begin to thank them enough for their help. Stranded hours from home with a 2 year old and a dog. Couldn’t have done it without them.
We had a breakdown coming back from Fairbanks and struggled to get home before contacting AAA, to get our truck towed to the shop in Wasilla. Zacks Towing came to the rescue and we realized we should have called the day before rather than struggle until 2:30am trying to get back. Harold showed up and gave us a keychain with their information. I have peace of mind knowing we have tow service we can call along the Parks Hwy with or without AAA. They are great and Harold was very professional.
Just used Zack‘s towing to help with a a trailerbreakdown on our Alaska journey (from NW Arkansas) It is very unnerving to have something like this happen so far away from home. That said… What a blessing it was that we contacted Zack. Incredibly responsive and professional. The driver that he sent Andrew… Was so pleasant and professional. These guys really were like angels out on the road to help us through the challenge. Cannot recommend Zack and their services any higher. Best of the best!
Excellent service! I am a premium AAA traveling in Alaska from CA. My older van locked all the doors after I closed the sliding door. They showed up under the estimated 1 hour. Pleasant, professional, and where expedient. I was off the Parks Highway at mile marker 220 around 10 mile north of Cantwell.

I ended up swerving off the road and got stuck in the snow. First time I was ever in any kind of accident & being so far from home I was nervous and pretty shaken. State troopers gave me Zack’s number & so I gave him a call. Took a couple hours to get to me b/c I was basically in the boonies but I’m so thankful for them! Zack and Andrew were awesome! I had a flat tire 🛞 northbound of parks hwy and they came quick to help me out. They also made sure we had lodging for a night so that was really nice of them.

Broke down about mile 89 on the Parks Highway. AAA dispatched Zack's to haul my truck back to Dean's Automotive in Anchorage. The wrecker arrived as quickly as could be expected given the distance I was from Cantwell. Andrew, the driver, was courteous, professional, and had a thorough knowledge of my AAA coverage. Had a great time chatting with him on the way back to town.
I'd highly recommend these guys if you're ever in a bad way within their service area.
My vehicle decided to malfunction on the George Park Hwy between Cantwell and Hurricane Gulch. Before calling Zack’s Towing I called another towing company. The other company's customer service was the worst I experienced in my life. They wanted to know the latitude, longitude, the street name. I told them several time that Alaska is unique from the “Lower 48”. It is only one road: the George Park Hwy from Fairbanks to Anchorage and the only thing need it is the miles number. I felt like I was dealing with someone did not want to listen. They strung me along for 4 hours so I gave up and I contacted Zack’s Towing and thank goodness they did!
Andrew came out with a flatbed and saved my day. He was patient and methodical avoiding further damage to the fender, treating it like his own.
Zack’ staff were very professional and on time. The entire process from the 1st call to towing service was super nice, easy and efficient.
Highly recommend these guys for any of your towing needs. If I need a tow in the future I will call them again.
Got Zack’s Towing when no other business wanted to work, since it was Super Bowl Sunday & also snowing. Andrew answered the call, & went above & beyond what I’d expect. He was very knowledgeable, courteous—& even chatted with me for just a little bit about concerns I had with my truck. We got to know each other a little more personally through the time he was doing his work, & that’s actually the main reason I wanted to give a review; not many people seem to be genuinely, thoroughly good people these days. I appreciate his very professional, very encouraging attitude! Zack’s will get more of my business.

Super thankful for Zacks towing! Locked keys in the car on a Saturday and nobody is open or nearby (for hours) that can assist. After more than an hour of asking around I was referred to zacks towing. They answered the phone and arrived at 11pm Saturday night to open the vehicle . Thanks so much !!
We broke down in between Denali and Black Diamond. Zack’s towing was right on time to take us back to Fairbanks. To put the icing on the cake, the towing company worked with our insurance company, and the tow cost us nothing out of pocket.
Zack and Andrew both coordinated together to efficiently get my pregnant fiancee and I from mile marker 180 (30 miles South of Cantwell) where we broke down, to our destination in Fairbanks (181 mile trip). From the moment we broke down to the moment my car was loaded and we were on our way to Fairbanks, only 2.5 hours had elapsed. I coordinated all the details with Zack, and Andrew picked us up and towed our car. Both were extremely professional and very friendly. They are very hard working gentlemen. Also they are looking to hire another driver to help during this tourism season (2022). I recommend them 100%. There is no greater or more convenient Towing Company in the central Alaska area for all your car trouble needs. Thank you for all your services Zack and Andrew!
My husband and I broke down between Anchorage and Fairbanks when we were on a road trip a couple of weeks ago. We were (what genuinely felt like) the middle of nowhere. Of course, we didn't know where we were and I started getting scared not knowing what to do. We called another tow company first and they said they could send a truck our way but they wouldn't get to us for 2 hours. It was super chilly that day and even though I had some snow gear, 2 hours I felt was too long for me to try and stay warm. We told him we'd keep looking and give him a call back if we were interested. We then called Zack's towing and asked if they could help us and how long it would take to get to us? The person said he could get to us in 45 minutes, and we told him yes please (much better than a 2 hour wait)! Sure enough, Zach (the owner) himself was there in about 45 minutes, only took a few minutes to load up our car and he was very gracious and let us sit in the nice warm tow truck while he did so. He then drove us to Anchorage and was super nice the whole time. We were kind of embarrassed to say we had no idea what happened to our car and he was super understanding and was happy to help us out. We had a great experience with this company and were very thankful of them helping us out!
