Bought a motor for my 2015 Silverado. Motor ran great saved $1000 from the next closest low mileage engine. I never spoke to Gene that he didn’t say God bless you when he hung up. I like to do business with Christians, and this man is one of them.
I been searching for Doors for my son's 2012 Hyundai Veracruz all over the state. Called Hearn's not only did Gene have them he took them off and loaded them in the back of my truck. I needed an odd part for my 2009 Kia Spectra.....the sun visor retaining clip in beige. I spent two days scouring used parts websites trying to find an OEM part with little success. I found three scrapyards in various parts of the country showing that model car on their lot. The first two didn't want to bother with what I'm assuming they thought was an insignificant part that wasn't worth the effort. Hearn's was different...went out into the lot, pulled the part, and sent me a picture to verify that it was what I was looking for. I was given a more that fair price, and with shipping, the whole transaction was less that $15.

I work for a non-profit in Cullman and a client of ours was needing parts for their car so they could make it to their new job. They were struggling to pay for the parts and were going to barely make it before Hearn's closed. They went ahead and pulled the part and had it ready for my client when they got there. They also didn't charge them because they knew how dire their situation was. The owner's wife also called the next day to make sure the parts were correct and fixed the problem. Hard pressed to find that customer service nowadays!
I called Hearn’s today to help someone who blew out two tires on the side of the road. Hearn’s was very helpful and quick to come. They did the work in the very hot weather and made sure the tires were at the right pressure and that she was safe to continue on with her son. So thankful for how they approach their customers. Highly recommend!

We LOVE Hearns. They have saved us so much money. I had a wreck back in Oct 2022 and they were on site in no time to get it cleaned up. We had to have our truck towed recently and they charged us a very reasonable price especially compared to others. I locked my keys in the car today and they were here in 5 minutes and had it done in a Jiffy for a beyond reasonable price. In PCB where we moved from it would've cost $100 easy and they did it for a third of that!!! Thank you Hearns for being there for my family!!!
We needed a part for a very much older pick up truck and after calling every salvage yard I knew about, I was told about Hearn's by someone Palmer Brothers. They had our part and were so nice, they just stopped what they were in the middle of doing and went and gout our part. I was flabbergasted! Great customer service. So far above and beyond and needless to say we got our truck back together and back on the road in no time. Thank you so very much!
After our teen daughter had a tire-shredding blow-out on Hwy 41 on a Friday night, I called Hearn's to tow her car the following morning. Mr. Gene came to look at the vehicle and decided we didn't need a tow, just a tire change. We'd thought she'd damaged the rim too much for just a change! I called and ordered a radio for my 97 Expedition. This radio was the same exact numbers as mine. They gave me a great price and i received it the next day . The radio worked great. I locked my keys in my older truck while in Curry, AL. AAA application originally stated they would send out a locksmith within 30 minutes but minutes later updated that help would arrival at 3 hours. I asked clerks at the business where I was locked out if they knew of any local locksmiths and several people recommended Hearn’s Salvage and Wrecker Service in Arley, AL. Gene from Hearn’s arrived within 15 minutes and had my truck unlocked within a few minutes. I highly recommend Hearn’s if you ever need auto locksmith services and will if I ever need wrecker service. They were very prompt and courteous.
Gene is incredibly nice and very helpful. He had a used transmission for sale that I needed, so I wired him the money, and he got it shipped to me very fast. It's exactly as described, and I couldn't be happier with my interactions with him. He was honest and upfront about the transmission, quick to respond, and gave me a great deal!
We had a tire blow out on our company box truck. My husband called Hearn's salvage, and within 5 minutes, he was at our truck. He got him back to his shop, found a replacement, changed tire, and had him back on the road within an hour. Excellent, fast, friendly service!
Great service. Unfortunately I locked my keys in my car. The last time I needed roadside assistance, I called AAA and waited over 2 hours because they sent someone over 50 miles away. Hearn's was not only prompt but also extremely professional.

My word! These guys are the best. We got in a bit of a tight on the lake...they came quickly and pulled our vehicle out for us. We were able to enjoy the rest of our time on the lake without being stressed.
