These guys and ladies are polite and helpful. Locked our keys inside our pickup at the river boat ramp in the rain. In less than a half hour their tech showed up and a minute later we were good. Easy pay options also.
I have used superior a few times and I cannot express how satisfied I have been with them. They are timely, professional, and do great work. It is hard sometimes to find a good honest mechanic, and that is what you get at Superior.
On our way back from our camp. Buddy's jeep had issues. Came and towed the jeep and trailer with tractor. Got him back on the road super quick. Very fair price. Highly recommend. Definitely the best.

This place is awesome! They got my husbands truck fixed in no time and the price was so reasonable. I also locked myself out of my car they were at my house in like 10 mins and had my keys out in 10 minutes. I really appreciate the customer service and the quality work! We will use them as long as we are in this area!
Although the Payne's didnt have time to fix my girlfriends car the staff got me the parts needed at their cost and allowed me to take them to my mechanic back home. For that I am much appreciative. Mr Will and Payton were two of the most professional people I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Thanks guys!
Great company and staff to work with! Even with severe weather rolling in yesterday (a Sunday, too), they worked hard to get my disabled SUV to a safe location until it could be taken to the dealership this morning!
I got my keys locked in my vehicle at around 7:00 PM. (My husband actually did it?♀️) Anyways I stayed on the phone with state farm for an hour and some change trying to take advantage of the roadside assistance I pay for. Long story short after being hung up on 4 times and a huge hassle, I called Superior Towing around 8:15ish. They said it would be up to 45 minutes. 15 minutes later someone showed up and within 5 minutes he had my vehicle unlocked. They really stood up to their name (superior). On top of all that they charged me $200 less than the quote State Farm gave me for a out of network towing company. Thank you guys so much!
They have your vehicle FOREVER! They NEVER return your phone calls. I paid $600 to have my car fixed because it was running hot and 3 months later the motor went out because it ran hot again. Of course, it's not their fault!

While traveling in Alabama.... I stayed with my sister at Autumn Lake Campground..... My ole '96 van went down on me..... Will, Jennetta, Gail, Luke and Hunter.... plus others were so helpful..... Twice while I was here, they worked on my van and was very reasonable price.... Service was top notch......
