The new mechanic was supposed to changed my fan cluck and water pump. He only change the fan cluch and tried to charge for both. He is shady. One I explained the situation to the owner he told me I owed them nothing

They could only find my part out of state.and was going to charge me 225 more then I paid for the part I found local my self.
