very bad customer service tried to place order with this first of all their payment machines does not work cause we tried making payment twice from different cards it went on declining and then the manager from their company called us and told that our cards are bad and do not call for nay parts screaming like an idiot over the phone i was really in need of that part but i think they are not here for a business i hope their yard shuts down .

Found what seems to be an odd 20" Ford wheel online at Bobby's, contacted them by email on a Friday late and got a return call pretty quickly confirming availability, condition and price. Monday had an image sent and the part shipped with tracking info. Arrived packed well and in same condition as the image showed. Not ideal imo ordering a wheel from AL to be sent to PA, but they provided great service, at a fair price. I don't think I'll ever have to deal with them again, but I'd have no hesitation doing so if they had something I needed. Two people I spoke to were very pleasant and helpful, so I'm not seeing what some of these other reviewers are talking about. So I'd highly recommend if you're local to use them, and have no hesitation if you need them to ship you something as well.
Whether or not you will buy parts is really only relevant because that was the only reason I called. That’s pretty much not important, you were the third place I called and I figured it was a long shot. The review is low solely due to the rudeness you insist wasn’t there. Dismissive on the call, hung up in the middle of a sentence, and a continuation of being dismissive.
Good prices good experience great hospitality even went above and beyond by referring someone to install my window at a reasonable price love them please go check them out nice people across the board got a new customer for life
Good afternoon I wish everyone reads this review. These people and company are unprofessional. No words can explain how bad the service, attitude, and managers are. They are scammers with an office to make themselves look legit. All their parts are bad, overpriced and poorly staffed. We Seven stars Auto purchased a transmission from here for an Acura TSX that was completely broken. Our mechanics who have been doing this work did not notice this until we put it in the vehicle because the gear does not sit in Park. I repeat does not go in Park. It means the interior clutches are bad and Bobby’s auto parts had to know this because when they get the car it was siting in neutral yet they have sold it. Please check all your parts before purchasing and I do not recommend anyone to buy from here. I’m only leaving this bad review because the manager was rude and would not take responsibility for their bad transmission. He is going to try to tell you that we have messed it up. I still have the transmission and I bought a used one from LKQ online. They are the best I’m happy I spend more with them for a guaranteed transmission. I still have the transmission in our shop to show y’all the problem. I would bring it back and show you it does not shift into all gears and doesn’t sit in park. I contacted them and they said they will leave my shop name if I leave a bad review. Well we are seven stars auto and sell great cars on Facebook you can message me and come see our great cars, best in town. They have some reviews that are good but seem fake. Read the other reviews about similar issues but some were refunded however is it possible that I’m an American citizen but not white and that was an issue to them? Could they be racist? It’s all possible however please be carful if you do business from here. Thank you.
I was on my way home when my spacer cracked causing my rim to rub my break caliper, thank god it happened in front of Bobby’s, they were able to get me a rim with a tire that looked brand new and held air, and even let me borrow a Jack to get the truck off the ground to get the wheel on! Nice people and good prices, I will definitely be back!
Worst place to buy parts. They try to force you to go to his mechanic and spend triple the money. Really bad customer service . Would not recommend to buy from here
needed an aux port for my corolla and it wasn't listed on their website but I went there and got the part in about 10 minutes. great service, great price, and it works great. highly recommended
When I called in the later hours closer to their closing time. The female that took the call, very short with me. Interrupted me when I was asking a question. Overall rude. When I called earlier, a little after 2pm CST, The female that took the call was patient and helpful. But 1 person will spoil a rating
Gave us the wrong part and argued that it wasn't and didn't want to correct the problem with either the right part or a refund at first. Then called my husbands job which had nothing to do with our transaction with them and banned my husband from the property when he made a complaint about it. Really poor business practices and terrible customer service. Do Not Recommend!!
Awesome place for good used parts. Owner is super nice and tentative to his customers. Was a pleasure doing business with them and will for sure go back. Also you can't beat the price on his parts. Hope this helps anyone thats looking for used parts.
Best experience I've ever had with an auto salvage business. I was almost speechless when I walked in and saw the employees. They were friendly and clean cut, not some old, bitter, burned out junkyard slug.lol I expected to wait for a while for them to remove the strut I was purchasing from a car but I was in & out in ten minutes tops! I even found a mass air sensor I've been looking for, for my BMW!! I will be back!!
I called several places for used Toyota Sequoia rear axle assembly. Bobby's offered me one for $400.00 with delivery and it included everything from driveshaft, yoke, coils and even bump stops...WOW! everywhere else I called was well over $1,500 just for the axle itself. The axle assembly worked out great and was exactly what I needed....THANK YOU!
Prob the cleanest used auto store I've ever been in. I love that they deliver and that they have a huge yard of parts and inventory. I would gladly refer them to every person I know.
