The guy who answered the phone was very unprofessional and I gave him the info and he went on and on wanting to know what color the rims were when you're getting used what does it matter as long as it fits
They gave me the run around for nearly two weeks about picking up two cars I had. I called another place and had them picked up the same day and got paid more.
I’ve been to this place a couple times and every time they were rude and they price parts off the “internet” were they are new. I paid $150 for a beat up bumper with stripped threads!! I asked if they would come down on price. They politely said “you can get a better price somewhere else” so I won’t be going back.

Won’t ever be going back here. Way over priced. They literally told me they wanted $800 for a car door. The yard is so messy and unorganized. Not to mention the guys behind the counter are rude as can be. I’ll just stick to pull a part where everything has a set price and you can check it before you even go to the place.
Tried calling numerous times, was told I had to speak with John and to call back in 30 minutes. I called back and was told to call back again in another 30 minutes. Called a 3rd time was told to call back in 5-10 minutes, called back only to be told to call again even though they were closing in 15 minutes. When I said it was my 4th time calling and asked if I could leave my number I was told oh there he is and put on hold and nobody picked it up. Extremely disappointing that a business would treat someone like this.
Communication issues. Appear unorganized. They didn’t know what inventory was available when I asked on the phone. I may just drive to pull a part if I need another part, unless it isn’t possible. The 2 star was because the guy at the counter is nice
If I could Rate them a zero I would , they got a guy name GARLAND THERE A REAL RACIS ... called to ask about my car and he very rude and disrespectful no professionalism or customer service I will rate this place till they STARS DROP TO NONE ON EVERYONE PHONE I KNOW ... GO TO SKELETON AUTO CHAD KNOW HOW TO TREAT PEOPLE AND GE DONT DISCRIMINATE
Rude staff. Went to purchase a set of leaf springs and didn't want to help cause it was 30 mins till their lunch. Decided to get me some bucket seats as well and had to pull them my self. When I asked for assistance to bring them to the front cause I wasn't allowed to bring my personal vehicle thru gate they insisted me wait for their help I waited 1.5 hours till close and they still wouldn't help after I had already pulled them so I drove my truck in and loaded them my self and left. I will never go to this place again. Charging full new price off of ebay to sell to customers instead of pulling the used the customers wanted and telling them the part was cleaned and guaranteed it would fit and work but has a no refund policy.
I would recommend Bama Salvage to anyone. They are extremely nice, they offer reasonable prices, and they are extremely quick depending on the what issue needs fixed. From personal experience (your time may vary), they fixed my transmission in one day and put a back window in my vehicle in just a few hours.
Good people, great prices, they should make the guys they tell you to get to pull parts do it. We shouldnt have to find someone to help us. But been using them for years and the parts are always good!
Too busy to get screws I needed but let me go with screw driver and take screws and clips of a truck and have for free. Not easy to find through mud or remove when found, but managed finally and fixed my tail light.
They are very reasonable,and get rite on your order, good people, awesome place to visit and get what paer you need at a much cheaper price than most salvage yards
I had a very bad experience with this place. Initially they were very nice and helpful but after a while that changed. I called about a part and was told it was $550, but when I got there I was told $600. The part was supposed to be ready in a couple days, 3 weeks later still no part. Whenever I called the guy that was helping me, he was "never there" and no one else seemed to know anything about what was going on. I was even put on hold once while they tried to reach him on his cell and they never clicked back over and didn't answer the phone when I called back that day. This was a terrible experience!
I called on the phone asking about a fuel pump. Was told it was 50.00. I repeated back to him and he said yes, $50.00.

I had my mechanic come in to pick up my part. They were taking a unnecessarily long time.
Got a phone call from my mechanic saying they price him at 70.00 dollars. Excuse me?? Why did the price go up that much?
I got on the phone and the same guy who told me the price, lied to me on the phone.
I never had this happened to me before. The guy straight lied. He said himself and the other guy was in the store Saturday. But he himself gave me that price in the first place.
They wasted my mechanic and my time because I could've just order this online and got it at a waaayy cheaper price.
When my mechanic was leaving, they tried telling him they would give to him for 60. Hell no. If you tell me a price on the phone, that's the price I want it for.
Never doing business with them ever again. They tried taking advantage of me. I'm sure this isn't the first time they done this either. If you need parts order it offline or go somewhere else who actually keeps their word.
Great place to find used vehicle parts. They have every vehicle you can think of. They have parts for engines, transmissions, rear ends, brakes, shocks tires, rims, and radiators. They have interior parts such as radios, seats, seat belts glove boxes, ect. They also will allow to return a part and swap it if it's the wrong part. They will order a part for you if they don't have it on their yard. Great guys own the business.
