Bad air leak at the Pilot Travel Center in Tuscaloosa, AL. Mechanic was out there first thing the next morning and got my rig fixed in no time!! I HIGHLY recommend this company for all your mechanical work!!

I was riding through the woods in tuscaloosa on my side by side and got a flat tire. I called diamond back and the owner himself asked for a pin drop and came out and plugged the tire for me at midnight! Literally no job is too big or too small, no matter where you are at any time of the day!
My radiator started leaking on my 579, gave these guys a call and they got me in and out quickly, it was late in the afternoon and they stayed on it until it was completed. I couldn't be more pleased with the service and price, they have a customer for life with any repair I may need in the area. Thank you for a job well done.
We called in for a broken down turbo hose on a semi and they got us back on the road within an hour! They charged us a very fair rate and were very communicative and respectful. All in all a very good experience!
Two of my trailer wheels came off on the highway, causing damage to the brake chamber, pad, drum, and oil leakage. Found this shop on Google and gave them a call. They were able to start working on the truck on the same and it was fixed the next day. Brandon was very honest about the price. He escorted my driver and even updated the brokers for us. What?! They also straightened my protection bumper that got bent. Very satisfied with the service and the fair price. We don't find good professionals like this very easy out there. Keep it up, guys!

I am a service manager from Ohio. I had a driver break down near Diamondback Fleet Services. The guys did an awesome job. They took care of the driver and were more than competitive on price. They went above and beyond. Having drivers break down in different states is always tough. You never know who you are dealing with to get the truck rolling again. I would definitely recommend using this shop!!

Our driver had a blowout late at night in Tuscaloosa, they were the only ones to have our tire size, mechanic come out quick, and brought my driver water! Will be using this shop from now on. They’re very well priced, extremely respectful, and these guys know their stuff.
This what the single greatest experience I’ve ever had with a mechanic while driving trucks!!! Pricing is phenomenal, they will not try to get over on you!! Their work is fast AND it’s great work! A shop full of mechanics and the owner is very personable! Treats you like he has known you for years and is a very funny man!! As long as I’m anywhere near these guys, this is the shop that I’m going to!
This is a bit lengthy. It was 104° just north of Birmingham, AL when my AC stopped blowing cold. I quickly discovered the compressor seized. I googled "diesel repair shops near me" and "Diamondback Fleet Services" was the first name on the list so, I called. After a few minutes on the phone they sent someone to get the new compressor so it would be ready upon my arrival. They cleared a bay awaiting my arrival as well. These men worked well past their cosing time to make sure my dog and I had properly working AC and at a fair price. Any other shop would've closed and cost me a motel, but not these guys.
Took my 2017 Freightliner there for clutches and split Pin replacement…Service was amazing and pricing reasonable… Fast work put me back on the road the next day!!! Brings the old school transparency and honesty back into the work shop..
The owner of the company himself rescued me and my camper on the side of the interstate yesterday. I had two blowouts and one spare. He came and put the spare on and took the other wheel and had a tire mounted and balanced. Would highly recommend them for anything mechanic related!!! Great honest man with a small business.
Rebuilt my motor 3406E cat. Not too many guys know how to do it right anymore. Was built in a 10 days. They actually had all the parts minus the new head. After my first long haul they adjusted the valves for free. Great service still reasonable shop prices when everyone else is $100-$150 an hour. Have over 50000 miles on the motor now and have had no issues.
