I had a fantastic experience at AutoZone in Dadeville! I came in with a headlight bulb out, and while another employee helped me find the correct bulb, Bobby absolutely went above and beyond by installing it for me. He made the whole experience quick, easy, and stress-free. Bobby was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. It’s rare to find service that feels this genuine and thoughtful. I’m extremely grateful and highly recommend the Dadeville AutoZone! 🌟

Never done a review on the auto parts store before, but this auto parts store employee went out of her way to be professional And personable! That is a very hard combination to find. Just moved to Dadeville to retire on Lake Martin. During my 50 years of training, sales people all over the world I’ve met a few, but never at an auto parts store! Whoever hired her needs to be hiring for the rest of your stores in Alabama… Her name is Anesia H. Please let her know she is appreciated!!! By the way, all I needed was a three dollar spark plug and she Treated me like I was buying $1000 worth of products👍 People will not always remember what you say to them, but they will always remember How you make them feel… She made me feel like family!

Words cannot express how helpful Anesia was when my car was having trouble (due to different reasons). She supported me emotionally and helped me through the process of getting road-side assistance. I know her job does not require her to do these kinds of acts, but she truly was amazing! Thank you so much, Anesia!

I remember when this location first opened, service was great. Now it seems the staff would just as well not have to deal with you. Ex: Last week I went in to purchase an item. Stood on line, even though I was the only one in line. Lady working sees me, frowns, and phone rings which she picks up. She then talks for 5 min while im standing there waiting to pay..finally she rings me up and says NOTHING. No thanks etc. So Now this week, I go back..Walk in, get my item, walk to counter. Please note Im the only customer in the joint. There are FOUR employees at the counter. No one would acknowledge my presence. I coughed, hemed and hawed, made noise..nothing. Oh and phone rang and one guy looked at me and picked up phone. 3 others kept staring at computer screen. I then put my stuff on top of the candy bars and walked out. Im done..w employees like this, Id sooner drive to Alex city. Competition, here I come!

Just had my battery changed at the Dadeville location. Didn’t catch the employees name, maybe late 40s, reddish beard and hair. But he was everything you want in an employee. He took extra steps to fix issues I wouldn’t even have known about, potentially saving me thousands of dollars. Saw my old battery had leaked acid and he cleaned all of it up for me and made sure there was no further damage. I’m a store manager in retail myself and he’s the type of employee you put at the top. If he’s not the manager he definitely should be.

While at the cash register for check out the manager had a tablet at the register at a volume such that it was difficult to hear her. When I asked her why she had the volume so loud she totally ignored the question. This occurred at the Dadeville alabama store.

I am from North Georgia and was visiting a good friend on Lake Martin. We were out on one of his boats late at night. Boat had been running great…… until….. the outboard motor wouldn’t start. THANK GOODNESS for a great trolling motor that got us back home an hour and a half later. So, I figured out the problem to be a faulty IAC valve and found that Autozone carried the exact OEM part made by Mitsubishi. The outboard is a 200 HP Suzuki 4 stroke so anyone reading this may have experienced the same issue with this part going bad. I called and ordered the needed part and dealt with parts Manager Bobby at the Dadeville Autozone. Bobby really went to bat for me and got me the part I needed faster than anyone else could. Bobby also gladly helped me pick out a new deep cycle battery for a boat as well. If you’re in this area, and ya need anything auto or even boat related, I highly suggest giving this store a call and ask for Bobby. Excellent customer service from this gentleman and two thumbs up. I definitely recommend this store.

The team there was a great help this morning. I needed a new battery. They tested the old one, confirmed it was bad, and installed the new one on the spot. Due to a shoulder injury, I couldnt help them so they did all the work. Thank you and I'll be back.

I went to the Dadeville, AL, AutoZone Auto Parts store on Monday, Jan. 6, to purchase a battery for my lawn tractor. They had the battery I wanted but the shelf date was several months old. I asked a store employee if their batteries were routinely rotated and he said they were. The employee further told me that their delivery truck would be there on Wednesday. He seemed to indicate the truck would bring newer dated batteries. I left my name and number but never got a call. The following Monday I visited the store again and spoke to the same employee. He checked and said they didn't get any newer batteries in. He said he was going to the Alexander City store that afternoon and would see if they had a newer battery. He again said he would call me either way and let me know. I confirmed that he still had the note with my name and number. And again he never called. I sent an email to AutoZone's national website regarding their lack of customer service. They replied and said that my email was being forwarded to the district manager and that I would be contacted within 24 to 48 hours. That didn't happen either. I sent a second email to AutoZone letting them know that the district manager never contacted me. They said my second email was also forwarded to the district manager.A day or two later the district manager finally attempted to contact me. But by then I had already purchased a battery at O'Rielly's Auto Parts where, I must say, I received much better customer service.
