I had problems with the engine checks. I replaced the intel NOx sensor myself on the road, but the problem did not go away. I needed a computer to clear the errors. I arrived at these guys' place almost an hour before closing, and they fixed everything. I paid a total of $280 for the diagnostics. I think that's not bad at all. Also got friendly service nice guys Thanks.

Not transparent. Initial estimate came in around $4500. Final bill was $10,900. 1600 miles later the rear end (which they said they fully replaced) has a burning smell and smoke. I live 700 miles away in Texas and they will not stand behind their work. Chevy shop says the rear end they sourced is a junk yard part and leaking fluid. May need total replacement again. Which is $4500 at the dealership…don’t take your truck here if you want fair pricing, quality work, or a warranty.

Absolutely the worst and most dishonest service we've ever dealt with. We called this mobile repair shop to replace the starter on our truck. After the replacement, the truck still wouldn't start. The mechanic then claimed the engine was blocked—a serious and costly diagnosis. Luckily, we didn’t take his word for it. We called another shop, and they found the actual issue in minutes: corroded battery terminals. That’s it. Because of this shop’s incompetence and completely wrong diagnosis, we lost an entire day and were left stranded for hours. And to make it worse, they refused to take any responsibility for their mistake. These people are either completely unqualified or simply dishonest. Avoid this shop!!!

Absolutely the worst dishonest people you could deal with. Don’t just walk away run as fast as you can!! Called for road service and mechanic told me it was a fuel pump on Cummins N14. They wouldn’t change on the road but told me if I towed to about 2 miles down the road to there shop for $520 dollars they would fix it. I spoke to the owner Mike and he assured me how they do great work and have vey fair rates at $90 dollars an an hour so I agreed. Big mistake that was!! Well the part came in at noon and the truck was ready about hour to hour and half later. Everything seemed good tell I got the bill for a whopping $5100 dollars. Now the part at the dealership is $2500 and it takes 2-3 max to replace it. Stay away from this place at all cost, dont trust a word they say. Update after 2 days the fuel pump is leaking, they claim to be good Christian people.

I'm not sure what was going on the day I stopped to see about an oil change. I did not feel like they were interested in getting my business. There was a one hour wait, and they did not take my information or ask my name. I took my business elsewhere.

I would never take my truck back to this place. I was told to come here since I was new in town, but every time they suggested something, it just led to more problems. I figured out a bit too late that they were just slapping on random parts to my diesel truck. They kept handing me a list of things that supposedly needed replacing and charged me $400 just to check it out. I ended up going to Speedway Lube around the corner, and they actually fixed my issue on the first try. The parts that Pit Row installed were completely unnecessary. I lost $9,000 because I didn’t know where else to go. Pit Row cost me a ton of money. They could have just admitted they didn’t know what was wrong instead of making wild guesses. They nearly pushed me to sell my truck with all the work they claimed I needed. The only thing they have going for them is decent customer service. I’m really glad I found Speedway Lube.

Had a warning come up on my dashboard during a cross country drive. Not from around here but pulled off and came here and the gentlemen immediately checked my car thoroughly for issues and sent me on my way. Kind, friendly, and efficient service. Thank you!!

John came out late Friday night and repaired a couple of air issues I had on a set of trailers. (Dolly & rear trailer) the company mechanic came out and did not do a thorough completion of the job. That's where John showed up and got us rolling after sitting for 11 hours! Thanks for your timely response & repair! Highly recommend.

This shop was a God send. Pulled in with some wiring issues. They were incredibly knowledgeable and got the issue resolved quickly. Excellent service and very fair pricing

I ran over something a few miles up the road and started reaching out for help. I was able to limp my truck in here and these people did an amazing job on getting me back on the road within a few hours. Great staff, great owner!

I sent a driver in with an issue that the TA couldn't repair. Spoke to Mike. He had my driver back on the road in under an hour. Very down-to-earth and pleasant to deal with. Would absolutely return!

Truck DEF pump decided it didn't wanna work any more leaving us derated. TA only seems to want to do oil changes anymore. Reviews of this place were good and I'm glad I called. Exceeded expectations. Didn't do the normal eye roll that some shops do when you know the problem. Gave accurate expectations of wait times, kept in contact so didn't feel forgotten about. When it was time, truck repair was fast, job done right, and priced very reasonably. Honest work is hard to find anymore. Back on the road at the end of the day. Will be probably comming back for actual preemptive work, not just this emergency repair.

Truck broke down at the pilot fuel isle and got picked up by Taylor wrecker and brought to Pit Row for repair. First the place is great, they have a drivers lounge and plenty of parking. Guys wee on the truck at 705 am and let me tell you these guys are the best. Veteran staffed and as a veteran I appreciate the values and thoroughly enjoyed talking with everyone. They found the issue within five minutes and had me in the shop and repairing within 10 minutes. I would absolutely recommend this shop to anyone. Cant say enough great things about this crew at Pit Row.

Start by giving 2 thumbs up,highly recommended for truck repair small 2 big they got you covered much faster then TA.next door very professional and knowledgeable staff onwer happen to own trucking company so he understands completely how hard is making $$ in this business so his charges are more affordable than big shop I went in for air leak problem end of find out had 2 air bags on truck few fittings on truck and trailer got in and out with in few hour didn't charge my company arm and leg but like every 1 else they gtta bills to pay for and nothing is free nowday my point of view prices was affordable whole crew was very helpful they are very quick and reliable highly recommend ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

My daughter was coming back to Atlanta from Birmingham and started hearing loud thumping noises. She pulled into Pit Row and the staff there was extremely helpful and nice. Found it was a loose piece of plastic in the engine compartment. They zip tied it down and she was all good. She offered payment for the help and they would not accept. Great people and thankful they helped my daughter get home. Thank you!

If I could give this place 10 stars I absolutely would. Myself, my wife and my 2 year old found our selves on the side of the road two days before thanksgiving and had been told most service shops were going to be closed for the thanksgiving holiday. After having the Loves Service repair truck come out and tell us there was nothing they could do for us we had to call a tow truck. Our tow truck driver Bobby from Burleson towing made a call to Pit Row just before their shop closed and told them the situation and they agreed to wait after hours and see if they could help us. When we arrived the entire team came running out to our truck and started working on getting us back on the road. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and within minutes of arriving they had a fix. Within 10 minutes our truck was running. The best part of it all wasn't the exceptional service but the encouraging and uplifting words received from Mike and his partner. My wife and I were in tears leaving this place because upon arriving we felt defeated and ready to throw in the towel. We are extremely thankful that there are still honest, good hearted, and god fearing people in the world and we found a whole team of them at Pit Row. 10/10 recommend. God bless!

I’m a trucker from Utah,.. was driving through the area and broke down on I-20 just past exit 168. I called Pit Row Truck Plaza and they had a mechanic out to me in less than 30 minutes. The mechanic immediately identified the problem, ran to get parts and had me up and running within the hour. These people are very professional, did an excellent job, and their prices were reasonable. What a great shop. I will be recommending Pit Row Truck Plaza to my other trucker friends.

Thanks to Mike and his team. I lost a wheel bearing on my truck. These guys got me straight in and done the job right. I needed to have another job done and Mike went out of his way to help me. I really appreciate the extra effort and I will definitely recommend y’all to all my owner operator friends. Good to see honest people still working.

I just wanna start of with saying that this place is amazing and so are the people that work here. Last week one of my trucks was down and I called to see if they can help me out , Mike answered the phone and was just amazing and professional from the moment we talked. They got my truck fixed as soon as they could and stayed professional the whole time but they also made sure driver knew everything that was going on. If I could I would give them 10 stars on their professionalism and the work they do. Once again thank you so much and it feels good to know that amazing businesses like this still exist.

We were traveling through in our Motorhome on the 2nd day of a 6-8 month trip. We had discovered about noon that we had blown a hydraulic line on our leveling system. After calling a couple of other places with no luck Pit Row said they may be able to get it fixed that afternoon or the next day. They said we could park in their lot overnight if needed. We arrived at their shop about 3:30 pm. They got us in removed the bad line and had a new one made and installed before 5:30, and best of all they charged a fair price. They were friendly and efficient and still allowed us to overnight in their lot so we could get back on schedule in the morning. If you need work done this is a great place to go. They made what could have been a big disaster for us into a pleasant experience. It is nice to know if you have an emergency there are still good places that are willing to help you out.

Took my horse trailer to have welds done. They were the only place out of 8 that I called that would look at my horse trailer. They were honest when they looked at my trailer. They added additional supports so that my horse had a safe ride. They were super nice. Easy to work with and gave honest work for the cost. I will recommend them to all my friends that need trailer repair and truck repair.

Man oh man. I cannot thank Pit Row enough for helping me out of a terrible situation. Laura even after close of business made sure everything was taken care of. These are very good people who know what they are doing. I’ll be back for all my repairs when I’m at home.

Passing through and was leaking coolant. The front counter was extremely professional and friendly. They worked me into the schedule without an appointment even with a full schedule! Tech had a fast diag and great repair on the radiator replacement. Price was extremely fair. Shop manager provided me a ride back to the camp ground so I would be comfortable waiting on the repair. I would highly recommend this shop.

Air compressor quit working on a 2017 Volvo (D13 with I-Shift) Truck was right before the 168 exit ramp on I-20. We look for repair shop and we found Pit Row located at the same exit. Call them they send a Mobil Unit to check what is wrong with the truck. After the mechanic inspect everything told us the air dryer is bad. We explain that air compressor not building air, but the mechanic insisted the air dryer need to be change. He also told us we need to tow away the truck to the shop, because he cannot work on the shoulder. He offer to call his buddies from Hanks Towing that happen to be across the street from Pitt Row Shop and they tow away our truck to Pit Row Shop. There they need it to order the Air Dryer from VOLVO and told us the part will arrive next day. Next day air dryer was delivered and the mechanic replace it. The truck still didn’t build air. They called us and explain that we need to change the air compressor, because it doesn’t build air. Than we comely remind them that was the reason why we call for help first time around, why than they change the air dryer without any reason. We didn’t get any answer and have been told they will order an air compressor from Volvo, this time will be delivered same day. Air Compressor was delivered later in the day and while replacing it mechanic knock down an oil hose which was later duck taped by the mechanic and tied with plastic ties.(please see picture) Did not put the compressor hose into the fitting and was leaking air. Also the engine light come on. Very sloppy job. Terrible experience. Charge us $4,250.00 and told us everything is ok now you can go. 50 miles down the road come a message on the dash board “Air dryer malfunction” this time we went to Volvo dealership. They had to replace the knocked down hose from the previous mechanic, install a new fitting and reposition the air hose from the compressor also change the air dryer cartage. Apparently Pitt Row mechanic put a new air dryer with the old cartage. Terrible experience. Please if you have a choice stay away!!!
