My roadside assistance sent out Twin Creek Towing for my tow. Twin Creek sent out Corey and he was awesome. He was there quickly and was very courteous. I would highly recommend these guys.
I highly recommend this company especially their driver Corey. He got to me quick,fast,and in a hurry when I needed help. He is a great guy altogether and is a blessing to this company.

One of the most expensive companies for car lockouts that I know of… $105 for help me get in my car (I locked the keys in it) and you’re 0.6 miles away from me……. Come on
Whoever answered the phone when I called was very rude. There is no one there and they ask to call 30 minutes ahead of time which is ok, but we did that and still waited an hour for someone to show up. Called whoever the number is on the website and she got rude stating how she cant just have the drivers stop what they are doing to get our car out. I understand that, but why did she have to get smart about it. I just wanted an eta of when someone would be there because we called like we were supposed to and still had to wait an hour. Then she smarted off saying I talked to your husband about this earlier. Well it doesnt matter if you did. I just was calling again to find out an eta. I just dont understand why people get so rude so quickly when you are just asking a simple question. Someone needs to talk to her about how to talk to customers.
It is so sorry when a company does not know what an itemized statement is. When you are dealing with an insurance company, they need more information than a name, amount, and how it was paid. How am I supposed to be reimbursed if my insurance company doesn't have the information? Is your company going to reimburse me for what I paid? Your dispatcher was so rude to me as well as someone else. That is very disrespectful. This matter could have been taken care of professionally. There is no excuse for a company that has a rating of 4.7. As far as the driver, he was very respectful. Thank you, sir. I will never recommend your company to anyone. If anything, I would appreciate it if you could straighten this matter out.
If you get in a wreck, you'd better hope the police don't call these guys. The tow truck driver they sent was a bitter old man in a red squarebody Ford who charged me $300 cash for a 2 mile tow to my house instead of taking it to their overpriced impound lot. He would ONLY accept cash (who in the world carries $300 cash?), and didn't even let me go to my bank for the cash. The man was also very rude to my boy. Do better!
Very friendly, very professional, very quick, and very helpful. I’d recommend this company over others I’ve had to use in the past. It’s refreshing nowadays to find customer service that’s genuinely helpful and good at what they specialize in!
I had a blow out on I-20 near Oxford, Al. A very nice driver showed up and got me going. I was down maybe 45 minutes from the time I called until my spare was put on. Thank you for the speedy and courteous service.

I pulled into Oxford and my transmission went out on my car. I called AAA and they sent Josh out to tow me to Sunny King Ford. Jos was very respectful to my situation, as I was waiting on him to arrive, I called and reserved a rental car with Enterprise car rental. I bit later, Enterprise in Anniston called and told me that I didn't have a car there. I started calling again and no one had a car. Josh took me to Ford, he walked in and started talking with the service manger. The service manager made a few calls and talked to a local car rental (Bama Auto Rental) and they reserved me a car last minute to go home. It was great working with Twin Creeks, Sunny King Ford and Bama Auto Rental. Highly recommend all three, they made my situation less stressful. Thank you!

The driver who “rescued” me was absolutely a pleasure to work with. He was so kind, patient and knowledgeable. After a series of failed attempts to get my paid Roadside Assistance to cover a tow home (175 miles away), “Cheeks” (I never got his first name), made sure I got safely to a dealership with my truck and that my husband was definitely picking me up. My wife's car overheated and broke down. We had to get it to the dealership while dealing with a couple of other family emergencies. Twin Creek Towing responded. They called and said they were enroute shortly after we called, they called when they got the car and sent pictures when they loaded the car. Sent text when they started the tow and called and sent pictures when car was delivered. The work, professionalism and customer care helped us get everything handled with the car and allowed us to be able to care of other problems at the same time. I HIGHLY recommend Twin Creek Towing and will use them again if needed.
Michael was awesome!! He took great care with my vehicle and was very friendly, and didn't look like he just got out of a barrel of oil, he kept a conversation going to keep my mind off the needed repairs and it worked. He's definitely a keeper!!!
The driver was fast and friendly. I wasn’t home to get the vehicle, the whole transaction was easily done over the phone. I’ve used this company after a tire blew out also, he got to me quickly and put my spare on so I could get to the dealership for a new tire.
Nick picked us up on the side if interstate 20 and towed us to a repair facility. He was nice and fast. He got to us within 30 minutes of our call to him. Price was extremely reasonable. If I had to have trouble, glad it was in the area that it was. .
Had to get my car re-towed to the correct location today because my insurance made a mistake yesterday. Johnathan communicated with me throughout the entire ordeal, contacting the shop my car was at and worked for a very long time to get my keys back from the shop owner. I’m not sure what I would have done without him! Great experience with this employee, definitely above and beyond service!!
Taylor was as nice as he could be very polite gentleman. He had checked in with us being it past 30-45 mins after making the service call, he informed us he was stuck in a wreck and as soon as they clear a spot he will be on his way to office to get bigger truck to tow my trick. Approx 30 mins later he returned the call and stating hes on his way. He made it quickly to us, hooked up our baby truck and took her to the Auto Doctor( Pit Row). I highly recommend Twin Creeks Towing Service. The driver (Eddie) was prompt, courteous, and quite professional. Very good customer service with Twin Creeks! I was alone and approximately 20 miles from home. The driver took great caution and concern to not cause any vehicle damage during the loading, unloading, and towing process.
