Arrived at 7 am on 3/27/26 they start taking trucks on the scale at 7:30 am when you arrive just get in line in the staging area they allow overnight parking and there is a port a John in the staging area . The lady at the scale was pleasant and easy to communicate with they are fairly quick about getting you in and out . Not as bad as I thought it would be by some of the other reviews I read would come back again .
From the Security Guard to the dock master that unloaded my trailer was an exceptionally kind and professional experience!!! Disregard the negative feedbacks ….
This is the WORST company ever. I have a commercial business in a second building on my personal property. I ordered a commercial dumpster to be delivered to my business. WM driver refused to deliver it because the business is on the same property as my residence. It is a completely separate building and has nothing to do with my residence. This was all for my business. I am extremely angry and frustrated with WM! They are extremely unprofessional. The representative I spoke with was VERY rude. And it has been almost a week now and I still have not received any of my money back!!!!!!
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE HORRIBLE!
No regard what so ever for drivers clock. Will take other drivers first who came in after you with the same material. They do not go in order you came in. Everyday I’ve come here to dump in the building it’s been over 4 1/2 +hrs wait each time.this place is a joke
Super long wait times for tucks. Hope your coming in a truck with a sleeper you can almost do your reset here, you definitely can do a split clock. Very disorganized.
So lazy here, I've been here since 11am to dump and they always wait until the end of the day to dump all the trucks, waiting here is puts me in violation everytime
Well this was great to hear I recently had a project where customer (generator) owned a trucking company. This type jargan made the owner by (RCRA STANDARDS) made sure the low bidder did not use this facility as a TSDF option on the submittals. Guess that's why there Pensacola, Florida facility did not bid on the job at all. No maybe Mark or staff like the group in Alabama are lazy or some of the cleasheas previously used by other posters
They're so sluggish and lazy at doing a simple job. I use to work at a waste field and could work circles around them. Needs new staff to get the job done properly and in a reasonable time.i waited 8 hours one day. 6 hours today. Others have complained about how long they take as well. One driver waited for 16 hours. Just unprofessional.
They say they are trying to protect driver's by maker ng them shave off facial hair , but then when you get out of truck and drag all that contaminated dirt back into your truck your still breathing in contaminated air while you drive eatand sleep in it
There delivery hours a terrible small window 2 make delivers only 4 hours from 7am 2 11am..they do except delivers on fridays and its a long wait 2 get umloaded.
Unprofessional unacceptable wait times drivers spend several hours waiting to dump drivers end up losing drive time they could othwise be using to pickup their next load strongly recommend using another facility
