I visited Advance Auto Parts in Sville last week and was helped by an employee named Carly Lucas. She went above and beyond to assist me. Not only was she knowledgeable and kind, but she also came out to my truck and added 2 quarts of oil for me. Her professionalism and helpful attitude made my experience stress-free. Much Much better than the Last visit. No longer only WarmBlooded and Pulse Requirement needed for employment. Just needs Better Computer system.

Went in today needing help with a broken headlight. Both gentlemen were quick and helpful with looking up the correct bulb I needed. Went and got it off the shelf. Explained in simple terms how to take apart and change it myself really quick. They always provide excellent customer service anytime I visit this location. ??

I just went in and bought some headlight bulbs so I could fix mine and it was pretty average and nothing really out of the ordinary. The people were nice and they helped me get what I needed, so that was pretty cool of them.

I'm not sure of the hiring process, but seemed as if it wasn't much over a Pulse, or an Averaged Warm temperature. But Thankfully, after 20minutes, the guy was able to find passenger Mirrors in the computer system.. But I was surprised I didn't get an "Uggggghhh, a Snarl or BRAINS".

I have only had good experiences with the staff here. This most recent trip, the staff was immensely helpful in addressing the problem, finding the right parts for the fix, getting me a discount without me having to ask, and then helping me install the parts in my car. Thank you! I would definitely recommend this Advance Auto Parts to anybody. Great place!

Always got plenty of help whenever I go in there.If you don't know where your item is they will go with you to locate. ALWAYS got the correct part from them Nice people and knowable.

I came to Advanced on a whime, due to a dying battery. I had my 3 kids 5yrs. Old and under with me. I was immediately greeted by staff, and Chris, who was the guy who helped me throughout my ordeal. He helped me find a battery that was right for my vehicle and budget, checked my old battery to make sure I did, in fact, need a new one, and replaced it for me in the 105 degree heat! He never complained, told me and my kids to stay inside the cool building. He did a great job and I’m grateful! Chris, you rock and we’re a super cool dude! Thanks for all your help bud!

Good store with knowledgeable staff. HVAC is controlled by some faceless corporate type out of state that knows more about our weather than local staff! At least that's what they say. Know what you need before going in and you'll do well. Not their fault.

My trouble light came on in my truck. I took it to them and they did the read with their diagnostic rrader and found a faulty thermostat. They even recommended a repair place .

This is a good place to get brand new parts for your vehicle when your repairing it they are very helpful and ask all the right questions so that you get the right parts for your car and usually there's someone that's knowledgeable about General workings of a car and you can ask questions and I understand that they have a testing machine they can go out and plug into the newer cars and find out what's really wrong and what the check engine light means or the little idiot lights on your dashboard

Chris jumped through every hoop I three at him and did his absolute best to get me everything I needed. They clearly do not pay him enough. The Springville Advance is where I prefer to get all of my auto parts needs. This location has the best folks behind the counter of all other area parts houses.

Staff is super nice and helpful. They will definitely go out of their way to make sure you can find what you need.

Visiting from out of town due to the Hurricane in Florida. AC starting acting weird in my vehicle and I diagnosed it as a blower relay. This location was out but Chris was able to confirm the part number I required and ordered in from another store. Great service and my AC is up and running again!
