Was recently in an accident that rendered my vehicle not drivable so I got towing set up through this company and it was such a pleasant experience. Michael from here called me to let me know he was on the way and when he got there, put the vehicle on the flat bed quickly, letting me know what he was doing every step of the way! When we got to the destination, he put it exactly where I asked him (in a rather tight spot). Will definitely be using this company for towing needs and I recommend you do too! 6/5 STARS from me!
I highly recommend B&C towing. They came out right away, very friendly- great customer service, & their prices are fairly cheaper than others locally that have been in business forever. They took payment over phone, & txt me a picture letting me know when they picked it up & also sent a picture showing me they had dropped it off, as well as called me before they left the dealership letting me know they had just dropped my car off. I have dealt with several wrecker companies in the past & I would have to say this is easily one of the best ones. If I ever need a wrecker service in the future I will definitely be using this company again.
I was in a total bind with a flat tire and some stressful student loan and work stuff on my mind, and the driver from B&C couldn’t have been kinder. They showed up with such a friendly attitude, gave me amazing advice, and really went out of their way to make sure I felt safe and taken care of. It’s not every day you meet people who genuinely care like that. I can’t thank B&C Towing enough for turning a rough day into a reminder that there are still good, helpful people out there! Mike was so very careful and meticulous with my car. He went above and beyond taking great care. He had trained very well on how to work with electric cars (as mine was). He was also very friendly and professional. His tow truck is beautiful and well kept. I will recommend him anytime for anyone.
Micheal was awesome! Called around 12 noon to see if he could tow a vehicle for me and by 330 PM the vehicle was towed to where I needed it to be. He answered the phone on the first ring and was extremely professional throughout the whole process. For any more vehicle towing needs, Micheal will by first call!
Good job loading my truck on the rollback. Truck could not be placed in neutral, so he backed up to the tires, greased the rollback with WD40, and slid the truck right up on it. Innovative thinking for the situation. I appreciate the care for my truck.
I had an unusual situation with a boat trailer that had the front strut post collapse (with the boat on the trailer), leaving the tongue of the boat trailer on the ground with me having no way to jack it up and get it to where I could get it on my truck hitch. Mike responded to the call and within five minutes had the trailer raised, the strut back on the ground, the trailer stabilized and able to be hitched and towed by my truck. He's the guy you want when you need a tow! Quick, professional, skilled and has the right equipment. Nobody wants to be in need of a tow, but if you find yourself in that situation, Mike's your guy.
I needed to have a car in Alabama delivered to Florida. They had Everything needed to complete. This driver was very polite and extremely knowledgeable on how to do this. And did a wonderful job thank you very much for helping me get this task completed.

Mike was prompt and very professional. He was able to pick up my car within a day despite being an hour away, took pictures at pickup and dropoff (service center was 3+ hours away), and stayed in communication the whole time. He was able to pick up from the service center the day after it was ready and return to my home without any issues whatsoever! Really enjoyed working with Mike - will definitely be reaching out to him again with any towing needs!

We were in an accident south of Birmingham on I-65 at 3:00 on a Saturday. We live in Florida, and were headed out of town for a trip. Michael the owner of B&C was so helpful, not just in telling us what was going to happen to our car, where it would be kept, etc….but actually taking us to the airport to get a rental, since all local places were closed on Saturday afternoon. Both his daughters had a dance recital that day, and most people would have said, no. Not only did he take us to the airport, he lowered the car so we could get our belongings, and he removed our tag for us, as he knew we would have to turn it in to the DMV. We of course did not even think of this. As he said, “I treat people like I would want my family to be treated.” Outstanding company and owner. If you need tow service, you will not find better.

I would highly recommend B&C Towing and Recovery to anyone! My family and I were traveling from TN to FL and got a flat tire. We called & spoke with Mike, who was quick to answer and pinpoint our location. He gave us his ETA and kept in communication until he arrived. He and his partner were quick to load up our vehicle, and they transported all three of us to the nearest tire shop for repair. They were very friendly and affordable, and they turned our unlucky circumstance into a better situation in a very reasonable time! Mike even made sure to email us the necessary documents to be able to file a claim with our car insurance. We were lucky to have gotten connected with B&C, and I would highly recommend them to everyone! Thank you again for all of your help!!
Mike was professional, very nice and arrived at his estimated time. He very efficiently loaded up our truck that had broken down AS WELL AS hooked up our camper that we were towing. He towed our camper to the place where we store it and BACKED IT INTO our storage unit and then continued on towing our truck another 60 miles. He helped make the most of a not so great situation. I would definitely recommend his services!
Mike gave exceptional service communicated his eta time. When he arrived he asked questions about my vehicle, took pics and hooked it up. When I arrived at home he tested the battery my car started right up although it was jumped off earlier from a co worker and didn't start. Oh well it turned out I needed a battery. My car broke down on the way to work and needed to call for a tow. B&C Towing came very quickly to pick up my car. The gentleman that i talked to handled everything and gave me updates every step of the way. I couldn't ask for better customer service.
Today B&C Towing came out to my home to jump my car off but it turned out I needed a new battery. They end up having to tow it to the dealership so they could replace the battery. The driver name Michael was so professional and patient in the heat. He had to wait for approval from my warranty service and they took longer than they should to get the order number. If you need Towing service I highly recommend this company.
