Very dishonest. Contracted Dylan for a roll back move, agreed to price. Was charged TWICE! Called back spoke to Jeremy the owner. Gave them the emails and text messages showing price and now they refuse to answer phone or emails and refund the money.
Dylan Patterson is the greatest!!! His calming spirit made a very traumatic experience for me so much less stressful. I was unlucky to get a blown tire on I65s in Alabama somewhere near exit 238, my husband was in Nashville 3 1/2 hrs away. My husband reached out to this man randomly and asked him to helped me, he was there in less than 20 minutes, because I didn’t have a jack he couldn’t change my tire but he called a few different tire places to see if they carried this special tire and after many calls on the side of a busy, loud interstate, he found one, and took me there. I can’t tell you how grateful I was to him. Thank you Dylan!! You’re the best!!
This is the greatest towing company I've ever had the pleasure of using. These guys are quick, professional, and helped my mother (who was stressing whenever her car broke down) understand that everything was going to be alright. My coolant house popped off my radiator going the interstate coming from Florida on the way to Tennessee. My insurance called them out to me and I got from them asking what all happened. I told them what happened and he offered to get me some coolant since I was able to get those back on he brought it to me and I was back on the road and good to go thank these guys a lot I was far from the next exit and it was 100*

I am thoroughly impressed with how great these guys are. I called and let them know we needed a tow. They told me to send my location right over, rates were great as well! Ended up that our car wouldn’t go into neutral so Dylan called us back to let us know it would be extra since it wouldn’t go into neutral. I guess he could hear the stress in my voice and told me to just hang tight and he would be to us shortly. 5 minutes later he pulled up and was able to get it in neutral with no problems! I did something really stupid on my F250. Ran off the back of a semi loading doc. I mean just the front tires so it landed on the skid plate on my Tremor so no damage. Just utter and complete stupidity on my part and not paying attention. Anytime towing answered, laughed with me, and sent Matt out all within 15 minutes of me being inept at driving. Knew exactly what to do and even priced it at what my road side will reimburse me. If you need a tow in the south Birmingham and Shelby Co area call these guys. Thanks for the help guys.
So they were a little late in verbal response,however, wow, gosh, the owner called me when he could, I explained to him my truck wouldn't start, I'm from Rochester, MN for the hospital, dealing with a major (terminal) illness, not a lot of money, please take me to honest mechanic. He called back, said one of his mechanics will come to me, hopefully get truck started. Very nice man, worked, had to go get parts, worked some more, something broke while he's removing it, in end, with difficulty, he got the truck running & diagnosed problem. I paid him modest fee, could have cost me hundreds for tow, a shop, complications of diagnosing. Honestly, thanks so very much.
If you want your car held hostage, then this is the company for you. Don't accept a tow early in the morning if your roadside assistance sends you these folks. They will hold your vehicle hostage and you won't have a clue when it will be taken to the original destination. Absolutely pathetic.
No sir I will not be calling. I did call you when you had my car. You acted like I did not matter when I called you the first time. You said you were going to call me back but I got nothing.
If you don't want to work for the contractors that Insurance companies hire, then don't. I really wish you would have just denied coming to get my car in the first place. When the driver got there he said he did not want to make the haul in the first place. He said he was going to make the insurance company pay.
The vehicle should have only been at your facility for a few hours. Not 10 days. you should have taken it to the body shop as soon as it opened but you got the 10 days of storage fees instead.
There is no excuse you can give me that would change my opinion in this case. Nothing. This should have been a simple deal. Pick up my car, take it to your facility, tow it to body shop, charge insurance. They pay you. Simple. Thanks for making it a horrible experience.
I called to be towed to a nearby tire shop due to having a flat tire. I was told at that it would take an hour and a half max which I am ok with and I expected it When the hour and a half passes by I then receive a text stating that they can no longer complete the job. No reason given, but yet they are “open 24/7”.
Edit: 15 minutes after this review I received a call from an employee named Jason cursing me for the bad review and blaming the cancelled tow service on my insurance. Unprofessionals all around at this company.
Don't use them driver has nasty attitude I tried to get them to pull my vehicle to my home I told him I would pay out my pocket but they wanted to get storage fee bad business
Jason was very helpful throughout an ordeal created by our insurance company, Progressive. Kind and thoughtful. Broke down on the interstate and his employee stayed in contact with us and did everything in their power to make a difficult situation as easy as possible. Highly recommend Anytime Towing. As for Progressive Insurance, they’re awful and too big to care about their clients.
I can't tell you enough how amazing they were. We were moving from Texas to TN, the boat blew a hub in Alabama, had to leave it on the side of the road for 3 days until we could get back. They literally helped my husband and daughter fit out and got us back on the road. Not to mention checking to make sure the boat was still there before they went back to get it!! (This was 2 years ago this happened)

This guy is fantastic. My F150 was dead in the water. Was planning on having it towed to a dealership and had already lined up a rental car. Tow driver came out, check a few things on my vehicle. Diagnosed it was a key fob security issue, had my vehicle going in about 10 mins. Didn't charge me a dime!
